Paid $24.35 for a Giant Roast Beef & Provolone sandwich Mike's Way + Mayo and got home and got a sandwich with a few slices of meat and cheese, no Mike's juice, no herbs and spices...Not the sandwich I paid for. On more than 3 occasions (so not an off day/night) this location has botched up my order and I've never complained, but this time I couldn't hold back. This is an opportunity for J Mike's franchisee to retrain their employees and set expectations on how their products and service are delivered to their customers.

I love the Bourbon Sriracha sauce and used it as a dipping sauce for my fries. You can also never go wrong with hearty mashed potatoes and their gravy. WOW that is no Dietz & Watson or Publix brand cheese - right out of the Italian market in NY or Philly!!) They put balsamic and oil on and the veggies were sauté etc. And there in was the only issue. Flavor and ALL ingredients were great....... but the sourdough bread was a soggy sponge by the time I cracked it open on the beach about 30 minutes later. The vinegar, the liquids from the sauté, the oils and etc. I WILL be going back for this exact thing next time, BUT will get it "dry" or dressing on the side. I picked it apart and threw well over 1/2 the roll in the trash. 5/10 Really good first visit for me and EASY PEASY fix so check back on my update......
