Awesome! Fast delivery, still smoking hot. Asked for extra cheese and they added triple. Best Pizza Hut I've had in years, probably best pizza in Sarasota read more

So we ultimate meat pizza which look great but when you bite into it there's no actual sauce on the pizza like I mean there is a dusting of sauce like they used a very thin paintbrush dipped in the tip and then rub it across the pizza itself Pizza started with sauce that that's all it used to be so in order to make everything else taste good you need the sauce serving a pizza with no sauce is serving bread with toppings the service was great the pizza could be a lot better with sauce some sauce would project this to heights not reach before by other pizza places and how much money are you saving on not putting sauce on pizza seriously put some sauce on the pizza read more

have been going here for yrs. Always baked to perfection! The service is awesome. And if by chance you are not satisfied, they make it right! Delivery is always fast and they have real nice drivers! Tip big please! read more

Food was delicious! It came out super quick and the taste was great. Would definitely come here again.

I spent nearly $50 on a couple of Pan Pizzas that I had to finish cooking when I got home. The dough inside was almost raw and disgusting. They were ready when they said they would be, but I would have been much happier waiting a few more minutes on food that had actually finished cooking. Plus as soon as I pressed the keypad to leave a tip the manager took the money out of the register and pocketed it, I always thought that money got split up between the employees at the end of the shift, not pocketed by management. I won't be back. read more

b892583d-8bed-4159-81b7-ff33efa66f71 We were celebrating a birthday with a pizza party, your pizza was just about the worst we've had: cold, almost no toppings (hard to even see any), almost no marinara sauce (ordered extra), the crust was soggy, the taste was bland. I'm sorry, but when today I find that my wife thought the same (yesterday we don't want to spoil the party), I realized we had to complain. Last time I ate your pizza was 10 years ago and it was delicious . What happened? read more

The large pepperoni pizza I ordered was almost inedible. Basically, the crust had no garlic, butter or any seasoning on it and it was plain and tasteless. There was next to no sauce, cheese or pieces of pepperoni on it. It had no flavor. Biggest waste of my money ever! Many years ago, Pizza Hut was amazing! Not anymore! Will NOT be going back! read more

In town for some sunshine and surf. The kids wanted something familiar and quick for dinner so we settled on this Pizza Hut. The location is delivery or carry out only. The storefront is clean and straightforward. The pizza is exactly what you'd expect, super tasty and recognizable. Above all, the service was so kind. I wish I grabbed the name of the staff who helped me, he was incredibly welcoming and dedicated to customer service, thank you. If I'm in the area again, we'll gladly return! read more

Pizza Hut - Cheese and Pep pizza with breadsticks - Pizza Near Me - Sarasota, Florida

Even though we all know it's just Pizza Hut, and usually a chain restaurant is predicable, the food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. The way Russ treats his job and customers is refreshing by today's usual work ethic. read more

The service is horrible, placed order online, when we arrived Russ Harris said they are out of pan dough and they did not do our order. No call, no text, no email to notify us the order was cancelled. Lost time for nothing. How can a manager act like this I really don't understand. No wonder parking lot is empty. read more

I know.....just another chain store. BUT.....they are accurate, fast, and everything always tastes good! A good reliable source!!

The Hut has a new offering with their Detroit style pizza. Growing up in Ohio, I was familiar with Pittsburgh style pizza; and of course, our local Briar Hill pizza--all share a similar trait: you place the cheese, the toppings, and then you put on the sauce. Some sauce stylists follow a pattern and some are just ploppers. Most of these pizzas are round, but some are rectangular. I wasn't familiar with the latter shape until I moved to Connecticut, where this was referred to as Sicilian pizza. Besides being rectangular, the pizza crust was rather thick and heavy. I was curious to see what the Hut had concocted. This pizza has the rectangular shape and the crust/base is thick but isn't heavy and is somewhat light. The cheese used has good texture and flavor, and the pepperoni is pleasantly chewy. (I ordered double pepperoni but was disappointed in the amount provided) The edges of the pizza are a very nice slightly burnt cheese. I suggest you grab the corner pieces to get the most of this "cheese to the edge" slice. My wife was more than hesitant about ordering the Detroit style from the hut, but she discovered she actually liked it. I suggest you give the Detroit style a try while it's available. . I also picked up a dozen honey barbecue wings, and they were very good. read more

I grew up with Puzza Hut and some locations are better than others. Our pizzas are always made perfect!

Ordered at 11:33, Said it'd take about 35-40 mins, on the order tracker, it just stopped moving when it hit the cooking stage even after an hour of waiting, no message to say the order wasn't being done read more

Ordered a medium pizza and a small pizza and cheese sticks they messed my order up I called and nicely asked them hey I didn't get my cheese sticks I got some dessert thing so he with an attitude said so do you want me to reimburse you or bring the out and I asked him could you bring them out and he said hold I have to get my manager I was on hold for 20 min then hung up I'm an easy going person but damn he didn't have to be like that especially when they messed up on there end pissed about the service read more

I bought a large pizza from the Pizza Hut off 41 highway today. It was a total disappointment. Ordered large thin crust pizza with pepperoni, onions and extra cheese (for which I was charged an extra $2.00) . It was very thin, lacking extra cheese, crust over cooked (Dry). One of the worst pizzas I have had. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again!!!! read more

Great service. Great Manager. Food was very good and the care put into every customer is noticed. read more

Placed order on line for delivery. Only 25 minutes from the time I ordered until the hot wings were at the door in time for the game. A very personable delivery person who evidently takes pride in his efforts, unlike some we have encountered. Will definitely use the service again. read more

This Pizza Hut location provides outstanding customer service. Whether ordering by phone or online, they have never screwed up a single order. The food is always steaming hot when it arrives, and it always arrives before they say they will be here. Their new Tuscani pastas are simply amazing! The family loves them, and the bread sticks that go with it, superb! The wings, pizzas, and even deserts, are always hot and extremely flavorful. Their delivery drivers have always been clean in appearance, smiling and courteous. This Pizza Hut is quickly becoming our favorite pizza joint in Sarasota for the food and the service they provide. read more

I use this location a lot. The pizzas are good and service is good. The only thing I don't like is the online payment. I made the payment online and sent someone else to pick it up. When they got there they were handed a ticket to sign. They did not need a signature, it was already paid. The person added a tip and signed the ticket. I don't know if it will go through as the amount I paid online, or the amount signed for by the person who picked it up. I tried to call, but got a busy signal. I won't be paying online again, will pay when the pizza is picked up. My rating would be higher if the online payment confusion had not happened. read more

I called 2 hours ahead of time to order 7 large pizzas and they gave me a $25 discount right away without me even asking for any kind of deals. They ended up being 30 mins late due to traffic but gave me an additional $20 discount when arriving. The pizza was still hot upon arrival!!! Definitely will use this Pizza Hut again in the future. Very friendly and easy to work with!! read more

I use this location whenever I visit my sister and it's so much better than the one by me. Unlike the one by me, they get my order 100% right every time. Never a problem and always so friendly. I wish they were all like this one. read more
