When I got off stage and walked into my home, I could not believe the astounding presentation that my eyes witnessed! Chef Patrk not only astounded me with his presentation, but the food was incredible! Chef also pitched in to make our bar work smoothly and make sure that everyone had what they needed. Our Beach Birthday Party plans changed a week before scheduled due to icy cold weather in Venice ~ I changed the party to our friends condo overlooking Venice Beach. I wanted to make it easy on the guests, so my friend recommended Fresh Flamingo as she had used them several times for parties. I contacted them, placed the order for party platters and we were set to go! Small party - 12 people. I ordered the large 11 each of the Beef, Chicken and Shrimp skewers which came with Rice, Grilled veggies and Roasted potatoes. So tender and flavorful! The veggie tray was fresh and colorful. The Caesar Salad was crisp and everyone raved about the dressing. Also ordered the Greek salad and that was also yummy! The food was delivered right on time as requested! I was so happy with the communication as I had many questions about what to order, when, pricing, etc. and and the response was almost immediate. Great food. Great price. Great and friendly personnel. Every single person at the party raved about the food! I will write again once I order their weekly meal delivery service. All the dinners Patrik brought to our hotel were a hit with the team. There was a good variety with good fuel for each of our athletes. Presentation in individual boxes was also beautiful. I have reached that point, and it is time to sing your praises. There is no other culinary operation like the one that you offer. For those of us who are "food prep challenged," (lousy cooks), you offer a really delicious, reasonably priced alternative, and I don't have to schlep to the restaurant or do anything. Whoever heard of a delivery service that finds your location every time (my condo complex is hard to find), with a smile on the driver's face? At the risk of losing a bit of your personal touch, I must let others know about FF because it deserves our support. You only offer fresh( never frozen) food , and your door-to-door delivery avoids the need to use environmentally unfriendly packaging that the other food services foist on you. You have made it a snap for me. I leave a refrigerated bag outside my door, your driver puts my dinner in the bag, and it remains cool until I return home to enjoy that night's offering. Your entrees are plentiful and varied in their preparation. No, your entree choices aren't all home runs every night of the week, but your winners are so frequent that it is easy to overlook the occasional dud. And who woulda' thunk that Cauliflower Carbonaro Risotto would be the highlight of this week? And where else besides FF would you even find such innovative choices?
