The ButterBurger was juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're craving a classic burger. And those cheese curds? A little saltier than usual this time, but still sooo good and crispy. We definitely still devoured them. The custard is always a standout here. Super creamy, rich, and just the perfect sweet ending to the meal. They never miss with that. My only real complaint is the dining area. Tables weren't getting cleared as quickly as they should after people left, which made it a little harder to find a clean spot. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something they could improve. Overall, still a really solid experience with great food. We'll absolutely be back...especially for that custard. read more

I had the best cod sandwich here. I could not believe how fresh and flaky that sandwich was. It is my new favorite thing. It was worth the wait. I wished I had ordered a second one. It was that good. I also get the cheese curds. They were delicious. I rarely use this chane and I don't know why because the food is good. I used the drive thru. It took around 10 minutes to get my order. I wasn't in a hurry but If I was I would have not been happy. They had one window to order. After you order. They give you a number. You moved up and someone brings you your order. Today is Memorial Day. My husband received an email from Culver's this morning that read in part: "All day today we will be offering a Value Basket to all service members to show our appreciation!" When he went to Culver's to get his free basket, he was told he had to show the e-mail. NOWHERE in the email did it stipulate this. My husband is 81 years old and does not have a smart phone. He had to drive back home and have me print out the email for him and take it back to Culver's. It's over 100 degrees outside today with the heat index. To make an elderly veteran leave and return with a printed email is horrible customer service and certainly not how you should be "showing your appreciation"! While the offer of a free value basket was generous, you completely negated your good will by creating stipulations that were not part of the email. Shame on the manager working today. Have only been to a Culver's once before and I had received a coupon mailer so I decided to try this one out.Order was as pictured with BOGO burgers for adults and everything else for kids. I thought with saving the $8, I'd try the onion rings & curds. Definitely not worth the $8.78 for medium sized. To boot everything was very salty. My kids who normally will eat chicken barely touched it and only ate the fries. The burger was about a 6.5. Maybe I'll try something else on the menu if I go back. Ordered from Culver's this evening, ordered through drive through & then proceeded to sit there for a half hour waiting for our food. One employee noticed we were still waiting & she told us it was probably due to us ordering milk shakes as they only had one person on the ice cream station. This is my favorite fast food now, I always use the drive in and I always get the cheeseburger and its a good size and the meat pattie is freshly made with a grilled smokey flavor. The french fries are nicely salted and firm but not crispy brown. They give out ketchup in big size plastic peel tubs which is very convenient to squirt out than those plastic packets. Ok I have never really had a bad experience with this culvers. But today sent me over. I have been in this drive thru line for 30 minutes. Sat waiting for 10-15 to pay. Then paid and sat another 15 minutes watching people behind me get their food and people walk in and out with food. It was ridiculous. Had to try it since everyone raves about it. We were in town from CA visiting our Nana and we stopped in here for lunch. The line was all the way to the back of the restaurant and there was barely a place to sit. We finally ordered everything and it was amazing and just as good as they all say. The kids got kids meals that came with frozen custard, we ordered ours as we ordered our meals because I did not want to get back in line. they were so sweet that they offered to hold them in the freezer for us until we were done.
