Bob's has a drive thru option or a walk up window with outdoor seating available behind the building. They offer soft serve or hard hand scooped ice cream including a nk sugar added option. The also have hand scooped frozen yogurt, shakes and sundaes. Oh, and I almost forgot they have hot dogs too. As soon as I walked up to the window the staff welcomed me and was ready to take my order, but I needed a few minutes to make a decision. I chose the blueberry cheesecake which was cheesecake ice cream with big swirls of blueberry goodness throughout as well as the stellar coffee which was coffee ice cream with chocolate swirls and chocolate cups. Both were creamy and flavorful. read more

We returned almost a year later. Like SO many food products in the grocery store, Bob's has been hard hit by escalating costs for top quality ingredients and flavoring. And so the dense super richness from heavy cream was gone and the coconut flavoring milder.... read my original long GLOWING review below. Ambiance still wonderful and perfect! Great staff. read more

From the moment I tried their soft serve when I first arrived to FL I knew that I would be regular. At some point I was going every night after dinner for a treat. When I realized I could take a pint home, it was a done deal. Probably the best ice cream I've ever tried. It doesn't matter what I get (shakes, soft serve, hot dogs) everything is great! The staff/ service is always consistent and the girls working there always have smiles on their faces :) read more

Second time here and both times ice cream choices were great. Today, I had the vanilla/orange soft serve which tasted just like a Creamsicle, very good. My daughter and husband had banana splits. My husband had a normal with soft serve and my daughter had the one in the picture, mint chocolate chip, chocolate and rocky road. The banana splits are huge. read more

Rude personell. Runny ice cream fell out of cone in car just pulling from window. Refused to replaced unless we paid for another. How fast do you think a 75 y.o papa can move to throw off his ice cream. Clerk said he saw him tip it over. It wasnt a DQ Blizzard. We are not return customers. No wonder they didnt have any customers. read more

I came back here for another visit. Once again, I wanted a chocolate chip cookie sandwich. However, for the 2nd time of me wanting one, they ran out! If I do come again sometime in the future, I suppose I need to come earlier to grab one. Instead, I just went with a cup of the cookies and cream ice cream. It was a nice replacement for my original choice. It was creamy and had plenty of cookie pieces, but not too much. I also tried a twist with rainbow sprinkles in a cup. This was refreshing and creamy as well. read more

I just love it there ! I have to go there whoever I'm in town ! soft serve vanilla with rainbow sprinkles is my go to !

It's always better to give than to receive. In this case we gave the kids a treat of ice cream after the school Christmas program. At this time of year, that meant giving them a taste of real ice cream. Not the fast food variety but the rich creamy and flavorful type. The three children that we brought all opted for something different, cups, cones and different flavors. My daughter had a tried and true favorite, a scoop of chocolate on a cone. Totally pleased, this was a hit. Like a classic holiday movie that never grows stale no matter how many times it's viewed, a chocolate ice cream cone will always be welcome in our family. The other two children were thrilled with their choices as well. Located right on the 41, you order at the window and sit outside to eat your ice cream before it melts. There's also plenty of free parking If you choose to chill in your car. Consider Bob's an old style drive up ice cream stand - just keeping it classic. Salute! read more

I tried this ice cream place out tonight and was very pleasantly surprised. Prices are about average for today's market. Service was great. They had so many little choices for how to get my ice cream cone, so I appreciated the servers patience in answering all my questions. I got a vanilla waffle cone with 2 flavor bursts. I think it was mochchino and butter pecan. Whatever it was, it came out awesome. As much as ice cream makes me feel guilty, it was definitely a pleasure and ofcourse I will be coming back. read more

Went to Bobs with 4 people to get Sundaes . one person in our group didn't want the sundae size they offered they wanted one that was smaller so they made a smaller one and charged us $2.00 more than regular price because they said a smaller size wasn't on the menu. The lady that we talked to about the price was Very rude and snippy and continued on making our order slamming everything around because she was annoyed we would ask her anything about the price. So we called back the next day and talked to the owner. And he was more RUDE than his so called manager the night before and didn't want to hear about his employees and his prices then and he just hung up on us. It's too bad because we were longtime customers probably for about 8 years. we usually brought a group of 6 or more but we will never go back to BOBS TWIST AND SHAKE AGAIN. I GUESS with those prices and attitudes he has enough business read more

Lots of toppings, flavor bursts, hard flavors, and Italian ice flavors to pick from. A decent selection of soft too for the southern ice cream shops, but as a northern girl who grew up around soft serve, the selection was a bit limited. Portion sizes were fair for the prices and they had some toppings you don't always see elsewhere, like health bar pieces and cookie dough bites. Parking seems a bit limited & I didn't see too many tables, but there's plenty of benches to sit on as you enjoy your sweet treat. They also have a drive through here, so you can utilize that too if it's a rainy day or you're out on a short lunch break. read more

Stopped for a Sunday afternoon ice cream. Excellent soft serve! Service was great. Very nice patio. Give it a try!

Big servings! Keep half and drink it as a milkshake. Seriously it was as big as a human head.

Cute, nostalgic ice cream shop that is conveniently located off of Rt 41. All outdoor seating (benches or round tables with chairs and umbrellas.) Two items that my group asked for not available (one was a chocolate chip cookie sandwich for $2.99) I opted for a hot fudge which came with chopped nuts (whipped toppling and cherry are optional) for $4.50. Big portion, could eat only about 1/4 of it and passed to my hubby to finish. Closes promptly st 9pm on Tuesday nights. read more
