After contacting corporate, the owner left one voicemail with no apology and no attempt to understand the concern. When I called back, I was told he is rarely at the store and didn't know when he'd return. I left a message asking for a call back--two weeks later, still no response. Corporate then informed me the store had closed the case as "resolved." There is something seriously wrong at this location. Like others have noted, I will be avoiding it going forward. If this is how they treat customers over the phone, I would not trust the food they are responsible for preparing.

We did notice that the most mature person in attendance was maybe 20. Most of the staff had unruly long hair covered with a baseball cap and a person with a beard did not have a net covering the beard. we only saw one staff wearing gloves while handling food. If this is an example of the conduct and appearance of staff, you WILL be loosing business.
