I like Arby's. My fav is the Classic Beef 'n Cheddar. Sometimes I get the Double Beef 'n Cheddar. A few times I have had the Half Pound Beef 'n Cheddar - That is a lot of meat! I also enjoy the classic roast beef & the French Dip and Swiss. Yum! The Smokehouse Brisket is good sometimes for a change. The Arby's sauce is good but I love the Horsey sauce. Fries? Yes please! The potato cakes are my fav! Curly fries - excellent! Crinkle fries - very good! This location always treats me right - in the drive through or dining in. Welcome to Good Burger!!! Arby's is offering a Good Burger combo meal in promo of the new movie Good Burger 2. The combo comes with strawberry shake, small crinkle fries and a Good Burger. Lol! The Good burger is wagyu blend burger topped with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, and burger sauce on a toasted buttery brioche bun. The burger is made with a blend of 51% American Wagyu and 49% Ground Beef. I wanted to give it a try. The burger was actually pretty good. I didn't make any changes to the burger. Going forward, I would add extra pickles and more sauce. This is available for a limited time. Not bad Arby's! I did switch crinkle for the curly fries which are my fav. I don't normally get shakes with my food. It was pretty good. You can opt to get a different drink. I LOVE Arby's lemonade, by the way. Try it!! FYI, this combo was $13. Clean and courteous - that sums up our visit to this location for Arby's! We don't indulge in fast food very often and it has been years since we visited Arby's. But the curly fries and a classic roast beef were calling me and I had to answer! We walked through the door and immediately noticed the cleanliness of the dining room. All the tables were clean and the floors were spotless. It looked brand new! We went to the counter where a super nice person named Regina took our order. Shortly, thereafter it was ready. What more can you ask for from fast food? We rang the bell on our way out to indicate our total satisfaction with the food, service and establishment! I rode by the Arby's on Sandy Plains one day because my boyfriend and I wanted the fish sandwiches offered during the Lenton season. We entered, but the parking lot was empty-and then I saw the sign above: "Temporary Closed". I told Bill it should say Temporarily Closed. The Chick-fil-A said the store on Barrett Pkwy. should have the fish; they didn't. We finally found the Arby's on Bell's Ferry Rd. and ate there. Oh well. Bern there, done there. I guess I'll miss Arby's on SP's, but I love Greek food too. Just wish somebody would tear down that eyesore on Canton Rd. called Krystal's and put in a Culver's. read more

I come by this Arby's everytime I drop by the thrift store located behind here...dunno why but curly fries always goes well with thrift store hunting...Most of the time I go into the store but I think a couple of times I've been through the drive thru. Never had one bad experience. One of the best thing about Arby's is the cleanness of their restaurants. It doesn't matter where or when but this seems to be Arby's thing...which I really appreciate. The store is located right off of Roswell Road and the road to get in and out of is a road that people like to cut through to get to the otherside of the large shopping center...so watch out because people just speed right through.... read more

Arbys is an ok choice when you are starving. I pull up to the drive-thru. I try to order, yet the order taker could not seem to hear me. Once they handed me the food, the have given me the wrong order. I took the food inside to tell the other order taker that I had gotten the wrong order. He asked my what I ordered and put it through. First off, it's fast food fast :-) You know the commercials "...we have the meat..." Lunch here and I had to try their newly advertised fish sandwich that looks soooo good in their latest commercial. Well, the bread was good, but doubtful if my cat would eat this fish. Not likely a bad fish, as I got 2 of these and both were less than bland. Not that it's of any consequence, but McDonalds fish sandwich is much better than Arby's and theirs is nothing to brag about. Next time I'll stick to the good old roast beef sandwich that they're known for. Let me say the staff is very friendly and the place is clean, so no issues there. read more

It is a fast food restaurant, so I guess everyone has lower expectations. This Arby's is located on Roswell Road, in the same area as Taco Bell and other restaurants. A decent sized parking area is circled around the restaurant. It is a bit hard to exit the area and get back to Roswell road is you are going north. It is better to go toward Taco Bell and exit the area by the traffic light. Otherwise, it can be tricky and stressful to get back on road due to heavy traffic on Roswell Road. We have dined in and drove-through multiple times at this location. The menu rotates pretty frequently, and some of our long time favorites is no longer serving here. Accuracy: This location hasn't made any mistakes regarding our orders. The food has been served timely without a long wait. It happened multiple times that we were requested to pull up because we ordered something they had to cook freshly. But it usually only takes them less than 10 minutes to give us our order. Temperature: This section is the reason I took off one star. The food from here wasn't at an acceptable temperature. Fries were crunchy but lukewarm. Actually I can't recall anything we ordered was hot, even when they cook it fresh. Cleanliness: The restaurant is clean by following a fast food chain standard. Bathrooms were huge and only allows one person per time. Coupon is always the reason we come back here. read more

I noticed that the last review for this Arby's location is about 18 months old. Oddly enough, the review from 2014 could have been written today. I haven't been to this location in quite some time because it's not as convenient to me as the other one on Roswell Road (The one located just east of Johnson Ferry Road). And it has obviously been renovated since my last visit. The food was fresh and tasty. I specifically asked to have my potato cakes cooked fresh and they were happy to do so. I interacted with several of the employees and they were all pleasant and helpful. They greeted everyone as they came in the door and acted like each and every person in there was a special friend. You don't see service like this much anymore, and certainly not at a fast food restaurant. In addition, the dining room was very clean. It was obvious that these employees take pride in their work. Sorry I have to do this. The service at this place was well....um...non-existent. I went to dine in and nobody was around, not in the drive through station or the deep kitchen. I said "hello?" and nothing. I figured they were in a meeting or something, so I waited a good 15 minutes and still no one. So I left and tried the drive through. The girl on the speaker was short and rude sounding. I pulled through hungry as hell and the guy at the window had this dumb look on his face as I was evil or something. When I got my bag I grabbed it out of his hand and drove off I was so Irate. They might as well take the bell off the wall because I don't see it being rung much there. I will tell my dad to avoid this grease trap. Plus the floor was stick as all out. Do they even clean their mop bucket or just give it a once over? Don't eat here. Go nextdoor too Taco Bell or Wendy's. read more

Awful, dry toast beef, Mocha shake had no flavor tasted like maybe vanilla?!? It may just be this location, curly fries tasted old and cold. This location is never busy, so maybe the food is just stale. read more

This Arby's is usually great. Today we got an Italian sub. It was really good, but had TOO much mayonnaise on it. The mayo was falling out the sandwich -- really messy. Put less on or none then give the customer packets of mayo to add their own. read more
