Considering it was literally a 20 minute pick up time and I was there in 15, that's a little irritating. Pulled it out of a fridge in back. The food...ok. the tortilla chips were slightly better than Tostitos lime chips. My salsa for them was about a shot glass worth. Not adequate at all. The salsa was good, just skimpy. My bowl would have been good, except it was cold. Cold rice, cold beans, cold honey chipotle chicken. Not room temp, cold. Not a great experience. Agree with the low reviews. Food had potential, service was disorganized and staff was lousy leaving two team members to handle the lunch rush, such as it barely was. Restaurant was pretty clean overall. I door dashed this morning and I got a call from my dasher letting me know that they gave away my order to some random person and they didn't want to remake it. We were talking over the phone and refunded my order. I'm so greatful my doordasher let me know cause some people still actually take the money sweetest dasher I've ever met. Fast food workers really need to be nicer to the door dashers they are just doing their job.
