I door dashed form here before and it's often that they mess up my orders but I just kinda shrug it off until today. I door dashed this morning and I got a call from my dasher letting me know that they gave away my order to some random person and they didn't want to remake it. We were talking over the phone and refunded my order. I'm so greatful my doordasher let me know cause some people still actually take the money sweetest dasher I've ever met. Probably the most disgusting Wendy's I have even been to. No one eating inside when we arrived. Tables were dirty, had to ask someone to clean them (actually asked for the materials to do it ourselves, but the staff cleaned the two tables we were going to sit at- nothing else). Bathrooms were not clean. Not sure what the smell was in the dining room, but everyone noticed it right away. Ketchup dispenser was out. Drink machine didn't work. As for food, Wendy's Singles are my favorite fast food burger, and this was less than zero stars. Seriously gross. Fries were old and cold. My kids' chicken nuggets also tasted old. Do not recommend at all. Maybe the other Wendy's in Elko would be better, but not going to try. The frosty my son ordered was decent, can't screw that up easily, I suppose. My husband's spicy chicken sandwich was spicy. Overall, do not disappoint yourself. Go somewhere else. read more

I recently ordered Wendys on DoorDash. My Dasher, Brigham, was great and fast, but Wendy's totally screwed up. I ordered baconator fries, a sugar cookie and 6-piece chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were fine, but my baconator fries had several burnt fries (I'm saying black, not just extra crispy) and I didn't receive my cookie at all. I contacted Wendys and was told there was nothing they could do that I needed to contact DoorDash. I told them that DoorDash did not prepare the food, they did but still no help. I finally hung up because the only thing the girl kept saying is I am sorry. I then contacted DoorDash who immediately refunded the money for the baconator fries and the cookie, but unfortunately the delivery fee and tip were not refunded (which I understand as it wasn't DoorDash's fault. I was traveling through Elko for work when I knew that only Wendy's would do for food. I am a Wendy's fanatic; in fact the word I learned to spell first was Wendy's. Although it was early in the morning, 9:30 am I had to get food for the five hour drive ahead. Rebecca and staff were wonderful and kind women, the food was fresh, hot and I know that Dave Thomas himself would be happy that such fantastic employees are In his restaurants!! Wow first round was Fine. second trip to the counter was awful. 9 people Behind the counter. No one could take our order. People behind us walked out. No one spoke to us. This Wendy's is pretty hit or miss, but it's the best option for fast food in Elko (unless you are a huge fan of McDonald's or Burger King which there are two each). If you go at a busy time, you're likely to get half of your order wrong or to miss something. One time, they forgot my BBQ sauce for my nuggets and one time forget the bacon on my sandwich. That's not a big deal compared to what others have had problems with that I've heard. Also, they have a tendency to skimp on the fries. Half the time, my fries are only half full no matter what size I get! However, those are all things that can be overcome considering that 75% of the time they are usually pretty fast and get your order right. As you can tell, it hasn't stopped me from going to Wendy's on a pretty regular basis (although, the fry issue could still be resolved as this happens 90% of the time). read more

We proceeded to wait for 35 minutes on two cars. Granted, it was later at night so I understood the wait. Either Wendy's location can't seem to get an order correct no matter how clearly an item is asked for. I don't know if it's apathy, dyslexia or what exactly. Absolutely horrible, if I could it would have 0 stars, the worst place I have ever been. The tables were dirty and our server was a complete douche who didn't care about his job at all. We asked him what some of the sandwiches came with, his only response was "I have no idea" same with every other worker there. Stay in school kids. Wendy's has always been one of my favorite fast food places in this town since I was a kid. Lately I've been noticing that they're starting to lack in their food. Example I dined in today for about 20 minutes as anyone does at a fast food place I got the four for five for five dollars , the food came out quick which is good fast service is the best but half my fries weren't cooked the burger was cold and the nuggets were as hard as a rock so I'm gonna mark Wendy's off my list of places to not go to here anymore. read more

We stopped in for 2 bowls of chili & 2 sodas. The dining room was dirty. We waited 15 minutes for the chili & there were no orders ahead of us except a strawberry lemonade. Chili was lousy.
