We reviewed the project and they were off and climbing. We watched in amazement as they rappelled each tree not missing a branch. Mike and his team helped me when my cat got stuck in a huge Italian cypress tree and would not come down for over a day. I called everyone I could think of--athletic friends, the police, fire department, animal control, and another local arborist. No one was able to help my cat except for Mike. He had a full day, but he graciously pushed back his weekend plans to come and help me out when he heard that other companies refused to help. He was very gentle with my cat and took the time to get to know him up in the tree--he didn't just grab him and force him down. Eventually, he coaxed my cat into a backpack to be carried down safe and sound. I was more than impressed with Mike and his team--they were professional and kind, and went above and beyond for me when I was in a difficult situation. We recently had to have a very large heritage tree removed. We called on Arbor Vision, and Mike came out and walked us through the process and helped us through every step of the way from tree permits to getting a new tree purchased and being so friendly and professional throughout the project. Arbor Vision first examined my two Coastal Live Oaks in 2022. I am so glad they did! The beautiful trees were dying from multiple factors including drought conditions, insects, and worst of all an invasion of oak tree worms quickly depleting the tree canopies. Arbor Vision created an action plan to save the trees. Injecting insecticide into the trunks of the trees which interrupted the oak tree worm cycle without harming any wildlife - to administering fertilizer deep into the soil. We called Arbor Vision due to problems we were having with 1 of 4 Oliver trees we have. Zen from Arbor Vision came out inspected our trees and put together a plan for our Oliver trees and palm trees. The team came out treated the Oliver tree and trimmed back the other trees and pruned all of our palm trees. They also discovered that 1 of the palm trees needed to be removed due to poor root growth. They were very reasonable in their pricing. The team lead by Cruz cleaned all of the debris from the yard as well as cleaned the palm debris from the pool. We will be using Arbor Vision for any future tree maintenance. Great Job read more

Great service, great results, and well priced! We had Mike and his crew from Arbor Vision come to our house for tree trimming and maintenance of several trees. One of the trees was an apple tree that was starting to topple and Mike recommended (rightfully so) to completely remove it. I trusted Mike and he delivered great results. He did a great job clearing the tree branches from the house without over pruning unnecessarily. What a wonderful tree trimming experience! Mike Waller gave us a reasonable quote on the spot and was able to schedule our trees to be trimmed within a week. Gustavo showed up a half hour early to start the job with his crew of 3-4 guys. They did an excellent job and were accommodating to extra branches I wanted trimmed without a problem. It was a pleasure to do business with Mike. He responded very promptly to my initial call and showed up as scheduled to discuss the work and on the day to do the job. He removed a pear tree that had damaged the driveway, and ground down the stump. He trimmed and shaped a very large tree that borders with my neighbor and overhangs my house. I needed a small job cutting back and overgrown fruit tree so I called Mike he gave me a great price and he cut it back quick with an assisstant with just a little handsaw. Great price too.
