Gabriel was very responsive and communicative via phone and text. He came to give me a quote the next day, and was able to start the morning of the day after that. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. Even cleaned up very well afterwards. Paid $1100 to remove one medium size pepper tree, pollard 4 Crepe Myrtle's, and trim/remove large branches of a valley oak. All of these were blocking a beautiful view, and now we get to enjoy it read more

We had a last minute request by the fencing company to remove the stump before they could install new fence. Gabe came the next day with super fast timely service and got the job done like a pro! He was very professional and super straight forward. He ping me the morning before his arrival and was done in a few hours. Cleaned up everything and left it looking like the tree stump was never there! Quoted the best price too so don't hesitate to use his service! read more

Gave us fair quote for a stump removal. Came the next day as promised. Job well done. Fully satisfied and will hire them again.

I had two trees hanging over the fence; one was large, the other was immense. Gabriel gave me a reasonable estimate, showed up on time, worked hard, and left my yard and my neighbor's yard neat and clean afterwards. The work is beautiful. You can stand at the fence line and look down the line to see that everything is inside my fence line now. My neighbor is very happy too. I have many large, mature trees and will certainly call Castillo Tree service next time they need work. What a relief to know the right person to call. I highly recommend Castillo Tree Service for your tree work needs. read more

"Prompt, courteous, attention to detail." I needed two liquidambers and one ash tree trimmed. Gabriel came over quickly and gave me a reasonable price. Today the team arrived at 7:30 a.m. ready to go to work. They made quick work of the trimming process. They worked with me and checked to confirm the areas that I wanted trimmed. I especially appreciate the fact that they cleaned up thoroughly after their work. In fact, my yard was cleaner afterwards then what it was before! No problems whatsoever. Highly recommend. read more

Gabriel was very easy to work with, very responsive and prompt through the entire process. I had lamented about finding the right person/company and luckily he was referred to me by a friend. After meeting with him I didn't consider the other company I had met previously and I am pleased to say my intuition was right on. His team did a great job! and the work was done exactly how we discussed for a price I thought was fair. I highly recommend them. read more

Castillo Tree Service - Professional, quick and efficiency for clean up the trees branches. - Tree Services Near Me - Hayward, California

One of our neighbors in the community we live in hired Castillo Tree Service to trim their tree that was overgrown and blocking the streetlight. We saw the work that they did and the price was very reasonable for their tree. So, we reached out to Castillo Tree Service via Yelp, and they were the first business to respond to our request, within a few minutes they responded back and came out to give an estimate within a day. Gabriel and his team did a great job of trimming our cherry tree that is shared between us and our neighbor, in between both our houses. Gabriel was willing to work with us on the pricing and gave us a discount, after we had asked. He charged us $350 for trimming down the tree and hauling away everything. Took about an hour or so to trim the tree and they cleaned up everything. Left nothing behind and they were professional and did a good job. Would recommend using Castillo Tree Service if you are in need of someone to trim your trees. read more

Gabriel and his crew are very efficient. They get the job done with minimal fuss. He gave me a quote that was reasonable and we settled on a date for the job. I needed to remove a big eucalyptus tree (around 50ft tall), and 2 sets of bushes. He and his crew came at 7.30am and were done by 4pm. They leave the place neat and tidy after they are done, and they also take utmost care in making sure nothing is damaged around the work area (fences, roof etc) I would call Gabriel and his crew again for similar work in the future and totally recommend his business if you are looking to get some trees removed or trimmed. read more

I just had the Castillo Tree team cut back an old overgrown 10 foot high by 20+ foot long ivy wall that was pulling at my fencing, also trimmed a tree, and a huge climbing sweetheart rose arch. They did a great job. I have used Castillo many times over the years to trim my trees and shrubs, as well as an emergency removal of a large tree that fell over in a wind storm. Every time the response is fast, the work done very efficiently and with care, and charged at a reasonable price. Clean up is complete and, as mentioned in another review, even includes clean up of leaves and debris not part of the job. Highly rcommend. read more

I called Gabriel last week to schedule a service to cut back 3 big trees and cut down 1 sick tree. He came over the next day to see the trees and talk with me and my wife. We agreed on his very reasonable quote and scheduled service for next Tuesday morning at 8am. This morning Gabriel and 2 other crew members arrived in their big trucks and chipper machine a little before 8am. Gabriel greeted me and asked me about my preference to how I want the trees cut. I didn't really know what I want so I asked for his recommendation. The crew set up traffic safety cones and geared up for the job. Gabriel climbed up the tall tree with safety harness and chainsaw and skillfully cut back and shaped the tree nicely. The crew helped clear the branches away and stacked them in front of the big chipper machine. Several neighbors came out to chat with me about the service. We all like what we saw. I had not realize the trees were so big until I saw Gabriel climb up the trees. The crew not only did a great job. They clean up my yard and the street so well that they were much cleaner than before they even started on the job. I am very pleased with the service and enjoyed watching them do their job so skillfully. I asked Gabriel about tree care and pointed to a branch asking him if it was strong enough for me to tie a swing on it for small children. He also answered my questions about an over grown eucalyptus tree on my neighbor's yard and potential risk it posts on nearby homes. It was very helpful to have his expert opinion. I will definitely call Gabriel again for my next service. I think my neigbors will be calling him soon too. Thank you Gabriel! read more
