We had them come out 2 years ago to trim several of our trees, and they did a good job. They noticed that one of our trees was not doing well and gave us some suggestions on how we might be able to save it. Two years later and we decided the tree wasn't going to make it, so we called ArborTech again to come remove the tree for us. They were able to come the next day with a crew of 3 to cut down the tree. They were punctual and very efficient. As 2 were cutting down branches, one was bringing them over to the tree shredder. 12 minutes later the tree was cut down. They swept the entire area. They said they would call us to set up an appointment to grind the stump down. We didn't hear from them all weekend, but 1 guy shows up on Monday morning. Luckily we were home, and he was done in about 5 minutes. Not really sure why they couldn't have done this on the first day, but it all worked out. I interviewed four different Tree vendors to trim and prune a Chinese Hackberry, oak tree, and a top three Italian Cypress trees. They were quick to come out with further quote and they were able to provide competitive pricing. The main thing that sold me were their photos. I've added a couple before and after here. Many of the yelp reviews would talk about stumps being pulled, etc., and I wanted some actual pruning done, they were not the least expensive they were mid range compared to all four other quotes, but we were super happy with their working in the end and glad we paid a little extra to get what we wanted read more

Six years ago, 3 neighbors and I shared a common problem- our sidewalk trees were growing too bushy and close to electrical lines/phone lines. Arbor TECH Tree Care negotiated a better price for our 4 trees as they were the same size. I was very happy with their tree service as they were professional and listened to our concerns. Since then, our sidewalk trees again grew heavy limbs, with branches falling on rainy, windy days. I was concerned the branches posed a fire liability as branches and leaves encompassed the wiring of electrical and phone lines. Arbor TECH did an excellent job of clearing the heavy branches and removing the dense, bulky growth of the leaves. They also gave us a good price which saved us each $$$ since those were the four trees they worked on 6 years ago. We've hired ArborTech numerous times over the years. We did not have the same experience this time. Our scheduled service was 8 am and when no one arrived for over 90 minutes, we called and were told that they had scheduled someone ahead of us and they would arrive shortly. They came and were ready to leave when I noticed they had not completed the service. When I asked them to take care of it, I was told they needed to get to their next appointment and couldn't do it. They were unprofessional (showing up late; not communicating clearly) and their service was poor. Since they are too busy to behave professionally, they won't miss my business. I called last week, they called me back within 24 hours and a day after that I had Enrique out to give me the estimate. I thought I had a silver maple, come to find out it's a Japanese maple. That's the first thing I learned. :) I also learned that they cannot cut too much off at this time of year because the sunlight could cause too much heat to build up and literally burn out the tree! So, today the crew came and trimmed back my tree, took out all the weeds under the tree and along the fence. They took out all the fallen leaves from the past 2 years! They cleaned up the ivy along my fence. (This was all in the quote) They had to go thru my house since I'm in a townhome. There were leaves in my kitchen and living room, but they cleaned all that up. They were very friendly and worked well together. The crew trimmed 4 huge redwood trees and 2 crape myrtles in my daughter's backyard. The gentlemen swiftly climbed the trees and started working exactly at promised time. The worked quickly, efficiently, and safely. All men wore masks the entire time and while men were in the trees trimming other men were on the ground taking loads of branched to the shredder.
