The JMV did a fantastic job shaping the trees on the perimeter of our property. We received an estimate the same day the manager visited to assess - it was reasonable and slightly below a couple of others we received. We scheduled an appointment within a couple of weeks. Juan's crew arrived this morning a few minutes before the promised time. They made sure to protect a parked car in front of my house and informed my neighbor so she could move her car. I spoke with Carlos, the crew chief, and let him know what type of trimming I needed. Carlos and three other crew members did a fantastic job of trimming a city tree that grows out of control. Their wood chipper allowed them to shred and remove tons of tree branches. After working on the tree, they also left my property and my neighbor's property spotless. It's so nice not having the thick tree branches blocking light and I'm hoping that a flock of crows is also discouraged from roosting in that tree any longer. Wow wow wow... I did not know I was gonna be writing a 5-Star review today for anything other than a great restaurant or something in my travels from Las Vegas. However, this morning, I find myself meeting a team member from JMV Tree Service, who is a licensed arborist and very professional, and I asked him if he could remove a few trees for me. He said yes and once he saw the project and its scope, he told me he could complete the project in a few hours. Then about 30 minutes later, he sent a crew. (It's all in the timing)!! To my amazement, they removed all of it while I was at work and they did such a fantastic job. I wish I did it months ago because this tree has been bothering me and dropping things in my backyard and it was driving me crazy. Absolutely bonkers... so much so, I bought a leaf blower because this tree was making such a mass every day on the deck. Juan responded within hours, and came out the next day to review all of our tree trimming and removal needs at the house. Juan was very knowledgeable about every tree species and the timing and recommendations for cleaning and pruning, topping and heading. JMV had done a fabulous job at my office property so I was expecting a great job again at a reasonable price. The following week, a generous crew was dispatched, and did a thorough, energetic, and mostly meticulous job pruning, trimming, and sculpting all of our trees, large and small, and removing three unwanted trees along our neighbors' fence. They went above and beyond. Trimmed everything thoroughly, and artfully. There were a few additional small trees, touching the house and overhanging the edge of the roof, and they trimmed those as well, to head off insurance problems next year. At the end, we walked the property and reviewed the job together, and Carlos had no problem doing a little bit of extra pruning with pole trimmers to meet my wife's exacting aesthetic standards!
