Called Alex to come out and check the health of my oak and walnut trees. This man knows his business well. Alex diagnosed that the walnut tree had a disease and was able to treat it within a few days. He also repaired a broken limb on another tree. Alex was very professional and I felt very much at ease as to his recommendations. I will have him come back in February to treat the oak trees so that they won't produce egg corns in the spring. The roots from these large trees have destroyed the driveway and we didn't want any future issues. I also do NOT want to cut the roots. This is a professional business you can trust. Alex did a full walkthrough and gave us an estimate - with honest feedback about which trees we shouldn't even spend more money on at this point - immediately after I reached out. He also did an estimate review to go over each line item before we confirmed the work. The crew was very friendly and made sure they asked our opinions. Unfortunately, I am clueless with landscaping and design, and don't know what to ask for. It turned out the work wasn't quite what I expected, and a lot of the assumed mitigation effort for our bigger tree out front was not needed or done. When I responded with my concerns, the company replied immediately and offered to come out and take a closer look. Instead, we mutually agreed to adjust the invoice based on the outcome. Your shameless reason for canceling an appointment at the last minute had nothing to do with professional tree care. I had a great experience with Alex and his crew. They tackled just about every tree on our .5 acres and brought all of our trees back to life. Every type of tree from giant oaks, citrus, to palms; and removal of a couple trees and grinding out a few stumps. They worked so hard for two days straight and cleaned everything, including all of the debris that fell in our pool. (We didn't have a sweep so he went to Ace to buy one for us) Talk about service! I was very impressed with alex's extensive knowledge about trees and how to properly care for them. He clearly loves his job and I look forward to working with him again.
