Tree trimming was good enough, but am very disappointed how they left things. Lots of small branches on the lawn but the biggest disappoinment is they left our roof full of debris. I would think that when you have someone walking around on the roof to complete the job it would include cleaning off the roof. read more

A couple weeks ago I had Richard come out to give me a quote on shaping and thinning out our small olive tree. I went with him even though his price was on the high side and we scheduled a date. The day of I texted 10 minutes after he said he would arrive to make sure he was coming. He said sorry but his jobs were running long and he wouldn't be able to make it out. Seriously? I had a horrible experience with Stone Tree. He was supposed to come out for crown thinning a live oak. He did come out. But only spent about an hour and half trimming less then a 1/4 of the tree. When I asked why he was cutting work short he said that was all he planned to do although on the form I signed it says crown thinning and we had previously talked about taking 1/3 out the tree. I also said I wanted the tree to look good. He said he was "saving me money" and "I wouldn't notice if he trimmed any more." Not completing the job didn't save me any money. I'm unsure how he thinks he knows what I may or may notice. What I did notice is he really didn't want to do the job. If that was the case he should had said so. read more
