This spring, we had Better City clean up most of the rest of the trees in our acre of yard and remove 9+ dead elm trees. It was a huge job that took a few days. You would not believe the contractors I have been in contact with and David was no BS, actually gave me a physical quote, had available times, and did not "over promise" as many companies do. He was able to start the job whenever it worked ion my schedule and was in and out in less than half a day. They disposed of the tree, ground the roots, and cleaned up the shavings. You won't be disappointed with this company! Rewind about 5 months ago, when we purchased our house. Of course, shorty after moving in, one our tree limbs starts swinging and then touching our neighbors house. We called Better City Tree Services on an emergency basis, to remove the tree . They came the next day and removed the tree. The tree removal was fast, staff was friendly and all debris was picked up and removed . Last month we decided to get two other trees on the other side of the house removed again due to them being a little too close to our neighbors cars. Scheduling an appointment that worked for us was easy. When staff came out, again they were friendly and work efficiently. The job actually took less time that they anticipated.
