We just had Victor and his crew take out two 50 foot cypress in front of our garage. There was high voltage wires, 2 homes close together, and not much room to maneuver. Even though it was after 5pm when we called, Victor said he would be right over with his team to take care of it for us. East Bay Tree just got done with a HUGE job on our property. They took trees out, they cleaned up the trees that remained, they cut trees back where they were overhanging, they cleaned up a ton of brush and they topped a bunch of trees that were blocking our view. They also took out a ton of poison oak. Many tree companies won't touch poison oak. Victor's bid was in line with another tree company that I trust and have used in the past. However, Victor is very hands-on and came to the property several times during the days that his crews were here to guide them and make sure that everything was being done correctly. That was not my experience with the other tree company and it makes a huge difference. I have owned this chunk of land, an acre, for almost 40 years and have had a lot of tree work done over the years. I have never had a job done so well and so thoroughly. I have used East Bay Tree service at our old house as well as our new. We had a LARGE pine tree that was in the corner of our property and was shedding into three of our neighbors yards. I was extremely nervous on how they were going to get that tree removed without hitting any telephone wires or it falling on one of the neighbors roof. However, EBT came in and in about 10 minutes the tree was down with no damage to anything. Therefore, when we moved to our new home and once again had a LARGE pine tree shedding on our roof and land we gave EBT a call and once again in one day the tree was gone and the stump as well.
