We ordered the Parmesan truffle fries and crispy brussel sprouts for appetizers and we shared the Nashville hot chicken and pancakes. The fries were just ok but the brussel sprouts and chicken with sweet potato pancakes were great. I really enjoyed the apple cider syrup with the pancakes. My husband ordered an old fashioned but he thought it was too sweet. I liked that there was a small kiosk at our table for calling the waitress but unfortunately we did not have great service, possibly due to the restaurant being so busy. The small kiosk was helpful for paying our check when we were ready vs having to wait for someone to come back to the table.

The staff in general seem to really all like working there, when you see them interacting with everyone. The HH menu is a pretty solid menu too with a mix of wines, beers, house cocktails and some appetizers. We had the wings this last time, with lemon pepper and garlic parm, coming in hot with a side of ranch and buffalo sauce. Great wings, super crispy and had a nice crunch to the breading on there. Also, earlier in the evening got the buffalo fries, those were quite tasty as well. On a different visit, tried the mozzarella bites, and those were piping hot, super yum and well seasoned. Great place to come for HH, watch the game, or for large parties. They've got some games on the inside to that you can play and lots of space to hang around along with some private rooms.

It was late and they were still serving food. There was a DJ and the music was pumping. It was a bit loud to have a conversation but the food was good and the music good. She has a quiet higher voice and I felt like I had to lip read like we were at a dance club. After a disappointing experience the previous week, our group decided to give Pacific Yard House…read moreanother chance. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse, and we will not be returning. We had a group of 10 on a Thursday evening and were the only customers on the patio for most of our visit. I want to make it clear that our waitress was excellent. She was attentive, hardworking, and did her best despite being repeatedly let down by the kitchen and management. Several orders were prepared incorrectly. A steak ordered "as rare as possible" arrived medium-well. It was remade, but still was not cooked as requested. My catfish platter was strangely lukewarm, while another guest described her catfish as rubbery. An order of fish and chips arrived without the chips. A pizza ordered with bacon, pepperoni, and onions came with grilled onions that were not requested, and the bacon smelled and tasted off. Another guest ordered loaded potatoes as her entire meal. Without warning, she was charged $8 for what was described as a double portion, even though she never requested a double order. What arrived appeared to be approximately one cup of roasted potatoes and did not look like a double serving or a complete meal. When we asked to speak with a manager, Andi told us that she had to answer to the kitchen manager and could not address the charge. She then said she was busy and walked away without offering a solution. When I attempted to explain the problems from this visit and the previous week, I was told that the owner, Teek, is usually at the newest location except on Tuesdays, is difficult for the staff to reach, and that I would need to find him myself rather than having management take my contact information and request that he call me. Restaurants make mistakes, but repeated incorrect orders, questionable food quality, missing items, unexplained charges, and dismissive management are not a single mistake. They are a pattern. Our waitress deserved much better support, and our group deserved food prepared as ordered and concerns handled professionally. After two bad experiences in a row, Pacific Yard House has permanently lost our business.

Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I wish I caught her name! One thing I really liked is that it feels like there are two completely different vibes depending on where you sit. There's a restaurant side and a bar side, which is perfect now that I have a newborn. It felt much more family-friendly than I expected and didn't feel like I was sitting in a sports bar. The food was awesome, too. Either it's been a while since I've been to a Tailgaters, or this location just does things differently, but I was surprised by how many food options there were. I finally got to try gator for the first time and ordered the Gator Dog. It was honestly delicious. It's mixed with pork, so it eats more like a really good sausage, which I loved. We also had the steak fingers and fried crawfish, and both were great. The real showstopper, though, was the onion rings. We had absolutely no idea how massive they were going to be. I'm still thinking about them. I seriously wish I had taken pictures of the food because it all looked incredible, but somehow I completely forgot. We'll definitely be back, and next time I'll remember to take photos before we start eating. But I had to add pictures of the menu because that's the one thing I looked for on the Yelp Page here and could not find it so hopefully this helps someone else.

All of them were pretty good but the doppelbock was phenomenal. The best I have ever had for that style. It was a little chocolately, malty, and sweet. They had a pizza kitchen onsite that looked tasty. The outdoor sitting area is very nice, lots of trees so it feels like you are at a campsite. They also have an indoor sitting area but it's not much on atmosphere.
