    Had an apple phone having faulty charging pin. The insurance we bought from AT&T did not work. However the Apple staff was quick to find a solution that the phone is new, so Apple Care or warranty will cover it. This would cost zero to me. Which was amazing. Bright store and wish stoneridge mall felt safer.

    My experience at the Pleasant Apple Store was really frustrating. I was told when I entered that I would have to wait half an hour, but I waited for over two hours and no one responded or helped me. When I finally asked about the delay, I was told I would have to wait another 40 minutes. Meanwhile, I watched several customers who arrived after me get assisted and leave. No clear explanation, no apology, and no order in customer service. It felt chaotic and very unfair. If there was a reason for the delay or some customers had appointments, they should have been informed in advance. I came to this store expecting Apple level service, efficient, professional, and respectful, but this store did none of that. I ended up leaving without any help and I don't plan to come back. Very disappointed. The Pleasant Apple Store needs to seriously improve its customer service and management of customer visits and wait times!!!!!!!

    Had an awesome experience today at Apple. Alex was great and accommodating. Place was organized. Every person who helped was professional and knowledgeable. I was completely impressed with the attention and professionalism of the whole team.

    I needed a new computer so they help me greatly. Omar was fantastic.

    I was very pleased with the service. The staff is really helpful and educated me on so many things. I'm very pleased . It would be 5 stars but I couldn't find the Apple Store at first. That's a mall problem , not an apple problem. I found that my work discounts made my day so much better since I had to get a computer and an I pad. They fixed my phone right away and couldn't fix the eating problem , yet gave me great suggestions . I will be back

    Stoneridge Apple Store

    We had an appointment to set up our new Apple 17 Pro phone. The gentlemen that helped us was trying to service three people instead of focusing on us. Then he transferred us to another person that is supposed to help us set up the phone. That person was trying to help five or six people set up their phones. The result was that no one got their phone set up. Meanwhile they have a staff of people standing around looking like they need help. There could be nothing more frustrating than coming to this store to buy a product. It's a shame because they make good products but their service and customer are so poor.

    Although I have outgrown my desire to have the newest mobile device (in my early 20's I would carrier-hop just to have the newest device), I like to upgrade my iPhone every 3-4 years to take advantage of the refined cameras. After watching Apple's unveiling of the iPhone 15 Pro Max (am I the only one that still gets excited for their keynote presentations), I was sold on purchasing the phone upon release. The day of the release, I hopped on Apple's website and was able to secure two titanium black iPhone 15 Pro Maxes. Unfortunately, our local Apple Store (Arden) did not have them for on-store pickup; therefore, I purchased them from the store in Pleasanton for next day pickup. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a friendly employee named Branden. Branden immediately scanned my order confirmation barcodes and informed me that an employee would be bringing the phones out shortly. While waiting, Branden asked me if I needed any accessories, specifically a new power cube (since the new iPhone now use a usb-c charger that is not packaged with the phone). He also informed me that Apple has free workshops that families can attend (we plan on booking sessions for the iPhone photography and the videography workshops). Two minutes later a friendly employee by the name of Steven, greeted me and handed over the phones. Although I wouldn't quite call myself an Apple fanboy (although I could never see myself going back to Android devices), I am a huge fan of their streamlined and efficient products + customer service practices. Thank you Apple Stoneridge Mall!

    Booking appointments online for the Genius Bar is pretty easy. I recommend them because they don't always take drop-ins if they are busy, which is hard to predict. I had brought in my 8 year old MacBook that I hadn't touched I years and wouldn't turn on. Quick checkin process and was walked through the troubleshooting steps (which is so nice cause I can learn from it) They ended up checking it in to work on since it required a few more hours, and called me once completed same day! Had there been hardware fixes it would have incurred payment, however their software fixed and tune ups fixed the problem at no cost! Really appreciate this service from Apple.

    My iPhone 6S is out of warranty. I see that i can get a battery replacement from Apple for a certain charge. Is this just a standard fee or are there hourly labor charges added?

    $49 + tax total fixed cost was my charge for an 8 phone. Had to go to the store twice. First time battery was not in stock. They ordered it and notified me three days later that it had arrived

    My iPhone X max phone screen was broken. I want to repair. How much is it?

    I don't remember the price... but check to see IF you are still under any Apple warranty. Either way it's worth the $$. They will do it the right way, or give you a new reconditioned one.

    Back Camera and LED/Flash not working, any way to fix this? For iPhone 7?

    Your phone will have to be replaced instead. Not sure what that would cost depending on your insurance. Good luck!

    I spent over $200 to get my iPhone X Max screen repaired at this place. After getting my phone…read moreback, the new screen was significantly brighter compared to the original screen (something I was going to overlook) and the new screen would not "wake up" or respond if I tapped it. 5 weeks after getting the phone repaired, I noticed a discoloration in the screen in the top right corner, and now, 6 weeks later, the screen has a long crack down the middle even though I never dropped it. After reading reviews, it looks like going back to have them fix these issues is pointless, despite the 90 day guarantee, and I certainly don't want to be accused of doing this damage myself when that isn't the case at all. Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra $100 at Apple.

I didn't authorize anything, just asked. I was told I would need to call and order in the parts. No offer from the associate to order the parts for me right then and there. Tajar plugged my phone into the charger to see if the issue was as I described, which he did not need to do. I noticed he was holding the phone in an odd way and walked off to discover that my phone was booting in maintenance mode. I panicked and went back asking why my phone saying it is erasing all data, knowing it was performing a factory reset and there was nothing that could be done to reverse it. He claimed no responsibility, was extremely rude and unhelpful, claiming that a phone cannot be reset without unlocking. Unfortunately Galaxy S7 can easily and quickly be factory reset by holding down the up volume and home button keys for about 10 seconds. It is just about impossible to do this by accident, as you have to hold them down hard. Lost 2 years of data. Ended up bringing mall security into things, filing a complaint with the mall about the shop, and will be forwarding the report to Cellairis HQ. The associate there is an absolute clown with no concern for customers or value for their property.

I was sold a used, unlocked iPhone 16 Pro from their display case for $850 cash (they do not accept credit cards), based on the representation that the phone was fully functional and suitable for normal use. Within hours, the phone showed serious defects, including failure to charge properly and rapid battery drain. I returned to the store within 22 hours (January 8, 2026) to return the phone and request a refund. The staff refused to refund me and claimed--without evidence--that I had damaged the phone. A partial refund was briefly offered and then withdrawn after a heated confrontation, which I recorded. I clearly stated that I did not consent to repairs and did not want a newly purchased phone to require fixing. I requested only a refund. Law enforcement was present to document the refusal to refund a defective product. I have since sent a formal demand letter requesting a refund and have received no response. I am now preparing to pursue this matter in small claims court. I paid $850 cash for a phone that did not work, lost my trade-in phone, and was forced to purchase a replacement elsewhere just to be able to work. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.
