    Eddie is the guy to go to! I'm going on vacation and I needed information about my data plan. I also had questions about setting up my new watch. He did a great explaining ever and breaking down different price points. I didn't feel like he was pressuring or persuading me to buy anything. I had a lot of questions and not once did i feel like a nuisance. The store is nice, clean and air conditioned lol. Comfortable atmosphere. If you're in need of service, I recommend this location.

    Came on a Wednesday to get a new iPhone activated for my second line. We weren't greeted when we entered the store. After 2 more people came in after us, that's when we were approached and told the wait would be able 15 mins (considering we had already been waiting for 20 mins. After the 15 mins time frame, maybe about 25 mins afterwards, we received service. The guy who helped us was pretty cool and nice. He got everything situated, so I'm please with that. If you don't want a wait, it's probably best you go when the store first opens.

After multiple failed attempts, Verizon advised us to visit an AT&T corporate store with ID to obtain a new transfer PIN. That's how we ended up at this location. Unfortunately, our experience with the store manager, Daniel, was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From the beginning, he was rude, impatient, and dismissive. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he simply called customer service and repeated the same steps we had already tried ourselves. After nearly an hour, when a transfer PIN was finally generated, he abruptly said, "OK, done. You can go now," without explaining next steps. When I calmly asked what I should do next, whether I needed to go to Verizon or could finish the process online since I had my two young children waiting, he responded, "I don't know. I don't work for Verizon. Go figure it out." When I asked again for guidance, he became hostile and told me, "I don't f*ing know." This happened in front of several employees, and in front of my children. We were the only customers at the store at the time. I felt singled out and disrespected. I noticed he interacted politely with other customers, yet spoke to me and my family in a completely different tone. When I questioned why he was treating me this way, he laughed, cursed, and told me to leave the store. When I began recording the interaction for my own protection, he threatened to call the police, despite me standing there with my two small children. My kids were frightened and confused watching an adult behave this way toward their mother. No customer, especially a parent with children, should be treated with hostility or intimidation for simply asking questions. To make matters worse, he told me I was "not a customer anymore" because I was porting my phone service, even though I still maintain AT&T internet services. This experience was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Customer service should never involve disrespect, profanity, or threats toward customers. AT&T corporate leadership should be aware that behavior like this damages trust and reflects poorly on the brand. Customers deserve basic respect, clear communication, and professionalism. None of which we received here. I sincerely hope management addresses this situation so other families do not have a similar experience.

    I spent over $200 to get my iPhone X Max screen repaired at this place. After getting my phone…read moreback, the new screen was significantly brighter compared to the original screen (something I was going to overlook) and the new screen would not "wake up" or respond if I tapped it. 5 weeks after getting the phone repaired, I noticed a discoloration in the screen in the top right corner, and now, 6 weeks later, the screen has a long crack down the middle even though I never dropped it. After reading reviews, it looks like going back to have them fix these issues is pointless, despite the 90 day guarantee, and I certainly don't want to be accused of doing this damage myself when that isn't the case at all. I didn't authorize anything, just asked. I was told I would need to call and order in the parts. No offer from the associate to order the parts for me right then and there. Tajar plugged my phone into the charger to see if the issue was as I described, which he did not need to do. I noticed he was holding the phone in an odd way and walked off to discover that my phone was booting in maintenance mode. I panicked and went back asking why my phone saying it is erasing all data, knowing it was performing a factory reset and there was nothing that could be done to reverse it. He claimed no responsibility, was extremely rude and unhelpful, claiming that a phone cannot be reset without unlocking. Unfortunately Galaxy S7 can easily and quickly be factory reset by holding down the up volume and home button keys for about 10 seconds. It is just about impossible to do this by accident, as you have to hold them down hard. Lost 2 years of data. Ended up bringing mall security into things, filing a complaint with the mall about the shop, and will be forwarding the report to Cellairis HQ. The associate there is an absolute clown with no concern for customers or value for their property.

Please pay close attention To your transaction when dealing with him. I was in the mall and stumbled across this kiosk. I asked if they sell cases to fit the iPod touch. Hasan immediately asks to see the iPod, whips a case out of some packaging, cracks my current case even more, stating that it is cheap, and then removes it from my device and replaces it with one from his kiosk. It happened so quick, and since I knew I needed a new protective case, I didn't protest. Heres the kicker. I asked how much it costs, and he tells me that it's $30, And it comes with a screen protector. I explain that I do not need a screen protector because I paid a lot of money for the excellent one I already have. He then tells me he can sell me the case without the protective cover for $25. Sounded cool to me, so I said okay. During the next few minutes, I was distracted by my son who was complaining this was taking too long and that he was hungry........Hasan rings me up and I sign the credit card receipt and go along my way. A few minutes later I look at the receipt to see a charge of $32.63. I go back to the kiosk to ask why he charged me for the screen protector after he said he wouldn't (keep in mind, I NEVER even got the protector). At first, he tries to pretend that he's never seen me before! When I show him my receipt, he tells me that he never said that. There is a sign on the kiosk that states store credit only on returns, so I just raised my eyebrow and walked away, figuring there wasn't anything I could do about it. I do admit that the iPod protective case appears to be decent quality, however the lack of integrity is a total turn off.

When we tried to return the item 20 minutes later he told us only store credit and no refunds. Very suspiciously there was a fraudulent charge of more than $500 to the card the next morning. I very rarely use this card and had not made a purchase on it in quite a long time. Save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else!
