I have been to this store Twice to buy an IPad Pro. They ask a lot of questions, put you in line and then bring in people that just showed up ahead of you. Words cannot describe how bad the Genius Bar is at this location. I have been "boomeranged" 3 times now for the same issue on my Mac mini. Original problem was brought to this Genius Bar on November 7th. Today is January 6th and the problem still exists. In this time I have left the computer for diagnostic testing where they found fault with my 3rd party ram. I sent the ram in for an rma and when it returned the same problem persisted... Again. I have been without a computer for almost 2 months and they are not able to diagnose or repair the problem even though I have purchased an apple care policy. I am in the store now awaiting service. I will update when a solution has presented itself. As of right now management is defensive and "looking into the problem." read more

I had a fabulous experience at this Apple Store getting my computer looked at at the Genius Bar. I had bought new RAM and in order to get it into the laptop there were screws that needed to be removed on this metal piece. Very tiny screws .Obviously I messed this up and completely stripped one of the screws. I came here without much hope and 2GB of RAM wasted and unused. I should not have given up hope! While I had to wait a bit (even though I made an appointment) once they got to me, they were SO nice and courteous. The guy (wish I remembered his name) told me that everything would be fine and it was! He got the screw out and replaced the whole metal part! FOR FREE! While he couldn't install my RAM (it was not Apple's) he definitely fixed what I had screwed up. If you ever have a problem with your Mac come here! You will not be sorry. EDIT (08/18/08): Hard drive was busted on my 1.5 year old Macbook. The Apple Store "Geniuses" (we're using that term LOOSELY for these people) at the Boston store told me nothing could be done and it would cost $300 to fix. I took it to this one and what happened? They gave me a brand new drive for free and had it installed within an hour. Now that's SERVICE. I would seriously recommend ONLY coming to this Genius Bar. Fantastic all around. read more

I was trying to get the new Mac without having to wait weeks for shipping. The Apple online inventory showed this store had one. I ordered for in-store pick up and drove from over an hour and half to get there, only to find they did not have it (this was my fault, I missed their call warning me). I was cranky. HOWEVER, a sales associate and the manager were AMAZING. They talked to me about my options and in the end, I left with a computer better matched to my needs. I am very grateful for how they treated me (despite me brewing meltdown), the help they gave, and my new computer. I tip my hat to both of those employees! read more

I am amazed that an innovative tech leader like Apple has COMPLETELY failed with customer service and experience during COVID. Literally EVERY other store around them in malls allow you to come in and browse. Even if you just limit the customer count per store, there's no need to make everyone have a "customer service" rep follow them around. It's even worse that you have to make an appointment to shop (even for something simple like an accessory). And..worse still...having an appointment for that simple thing and then having to wait 30+minutes past your time to get in and take care of something that should've only taken 5min. I was first helped by CJ who was very kind and accommodating. If he was my only interaction I would easily give this location 5 stars. Then I was helped by Sheryl. She continuously interrupted me and spoke to me as if I had never seen a phone before, or perhaps was a toddler. She said she could not fix my broken display because my charging port was slightly broken. Then saying she couldn't fix my charging port and I needed to buy a new phone. My phone was not backed up and the charging port is completely separate from the display so I did not understand why she couldn't just fix the screen. After continuing to be rude and patronizing to me I asked if there was anyone else that could help me. She went to her manager and brought her over. The manager was very polite but also refused to fix the screen, saying they needed to calibrate it or something and the charging port would stop it from doing that. Sheryl continued to be disrespectful the entire time. Then after I told them I needed it for my flight they still said no. I then walked out to the store to the IFixPhones cart directly outside who fixed it in less time than it took to make the appointment and for literally 1/2 the price. The store closed for remodeling on April 23, 2017. I was shocked several months later when it was still closed. I talked to an Apple employee at the Braintree store, and he said that the complete store makeovers they are doing take 8-10 *months*(!). How can such a simple store layout take so long? Also, I visited the Cambridgeside Galleria store which opened after it's renovation, and I could not say I noticed that much of a change. Hard to imagine how much money it is costing Apple to redo these stores over so much time. Service was always quite good for me, and I have been there many times over 7 or 8 years for Macbooks (including for coworkers machines), iPhones, and iPads. read more

My MacBook Pro screen suddenly stopped working w deadlines for work. As per usual there are never any appointments available for help( because Apple products are really not that great anymore) It is astonishing that of the most wealthiest companies in the world offer such poor customer service to their loyal clients of 10+ years and thousands of dollars spent to be greeted with a pretentious 20 year old with an attitude that sorry it's Friday afternoon and no one can help you remedy or find out what you need even if your going to buy a new $2000 replacement..... but you can make an appointment on Tuesday. This makes me want to go back to PC. Because how can one make an appointment that they don't know they need until something goes wrong.... And I need to do it today. My Apple menu bar went missing and I tried to fix it for a number of hours when I finally decided to visit Burlington Apple Store. I told the young man the problem, he then went to speak with another employee, came back and said it would be a 3 hour wait. I waited 2 hrs. & returned to see where I was on the list. He said it would be another 3 hrs. before they could take me. (There were employees walking around doing nothing, but he said they were only sales people even though one of them waved me towards them!). I then said that any employee could fix this problem in 5 mins. & that he said 3 hrs. before and added another 2 hrs. He said that original 3 hours was only an estimate!! I said I was an Apple customer since 1994. He didn't care, then I said that I could not wait that long, his reply Ok and turned his back and walked away without giving me a single alternative. I came home, contacted Apple Community and received an email giving me 5 steps. I had already exhausted the first 4 prior to going to Burlington, so I tried the 5th step and bingo my Apple Menu Bar reappeared. This 2nd part of the encounter occurred yesterday Sept. 9, 2023 at approximately 3:00 P.M. and he was the person at the front of the Burlington Store making appointments if Apple personnel are interested in investigating this matter. Worst possible experience ever. My iPhone mini's sleep button (long button in the side) stopped working so made an appointment at the genius bar. My phone is protected by a case I bought at Apple and a screen protector. It has not been in water and has 0 damage from dropping. Plus the case has a protective bumps over the buttons. The first guy checking me in was very nice and helpful. The actual "technician," if you can even call him that, was awful. He turned my phone off, plugged it in, and told me it would cost $399 to fix. He did not even look at my phone. I asked why I would have to pay when I did not damage the phone and have only had the phone for 8 months. Should it not be covered on under some type of warranty? He said NO, all problems with the side button are considered accidental damage and are not covered. I left the store because I have phone insurance though my cellphone carrier. When I spoke with them they told me the phone is still covered under the 1 year limited warranty and to speak with Apple again. I returned to this store about 30 min after my original appointment and spoke with the manager. She said she talked the the "technician" and sorry but non functioning buttons are accidental damage no matter the reason it's not working and will cost if I want to repair it. Very frustrated I left. I called Apple support and they told me that what I had been told was a lie. They directed me to another Apple store in the area that actually took the time to look at my phone and send it off for repairs fully covered under the 1 year limited warranty. Hopefully, my experience is an isolated incident but just seems to me like the store is just trying to generate profit! Apple Burlington, you have lost my respect and future business. read more

I love this place. I went in with an iPad mini that wasn't working correctly. I had been to a different Apple store, where they weren't able to help me, and suggested I buy a new one. The young man who helped me in Burlington spent a good deal of time investigating the problem, diagnosed it, and set me up with a new iPad at no charge because he recognized that it was a common battery problem, that Apple was taking care of by replacing defective iPads with a new ones. Honestly, I would have been happy to pay for the battery replacement, knowing that would make it work again, but the fact that he researched the problem and found me a no-cost solution turned what had been an otherwise very difficult day into a terrific one. read more

I just went to pick up my gold iPhone XS Max at my scheduled reservation time and was unable to do so because their computer system is down. It's the launch day of a brand new iPhone, how in the world is your system down? This is a fail of epic proportions. I will never be picking up my phone in store on launch day again after this experience. I will definitely be shipping my phones from now on. The only thing the Apple associates could do was inform us to return at a later time. I would have waited but I had somewhere else that I needed to be. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because I have had good service in the past at this location. I will be updating my review when I can actually get my phone to see if it goes smoothly. There should definitely be a service recovery effort on the store's part for this major inconvenience. Update: I returned to the store and told them of my problem. The genius who took my phone listened to my tale of headphone jack woe then disappeared in the back for 20 minutes or so. She returned with a white box and revealed a new phone for me as replacement. I brought a 6 plus in but since it was no longer being manufactured by Apple, the replacement was a 6s Plus new in box but without any accessories. It was such a surprise that Apple replaced my phone. They said they could not confirm whether the jack was functional at the time they performed the battery replacement but because the jack was a non-repairable/replaceable part, they would give me a new phone. Not a refurbished model, but a brand new phone. It looked and felt new, tho I have no way of knowing for certain... It's been a year and I haven't had any issues with my replacement phone and it's still going strong. read more

I HATE ALL CELL PHONE STORES! So my fancy words to many lights. It's a Apple Store. The typical cookie cutter store Genius Bar without alcohol in the back. The store is super bright with fake lighting so I hate that. The staff is always helpful here and explain all that Apple talk to a normal person like me to understand. I don't know the difference from the updates and MB, GB, data speed and honestly I don't care about all that. I walk in on two occasions: 1.) Get my upgrade. 2.) My cells not working and I need it fixed 2 hours ago so don't ask me a lot or even better any. questions cuz I don't have answers for you. I usually ask my phone that runs my whole life what to do, when to do it, how to get there and what can I eat in the area. This review is based on the workshops offered at the Apple Store in Burlington Mall. Since the Cambridge location is temporarily closed for the next year, I travelled quite a distance to this location. The fact that I received excellent instruction and great customer service made the inconvenience no big deal. This was my first time taking the workshops and I was very impressed with the standard of instruction provided. I learned a lot in the allotted hour they provided for each workshop and only wish I'd done so sooner. Some of the workshops offered include Pages, which is a program equivalent to Microsoft Word; Keynote, which is equivalent to Microsoft PowerPoint; and Numbers, which is an app to create spreadsheets. They also offer MacBook basics/advanced basics, iPhone/ iPad basics/ advanced basics and other workshops to enhance your skills using iMovie, garage band, apple music, photos, photography, videography, etc. Andrew, Jeremy and Matt are a few of the apple employees/ teachers that stand out as exceptional! read more

Back in December of 2018 there was a problem with the Iphone 7 Battery, where Apple was providing services to have the battery replaced. Needless to say, when I went to the store, there was a line that went right out the door. However, the Apple staff was very kind and professional, where they walked the long line and got everyone's info. When they got to me, they informed me that the battery was all out because of the back order, however, they were very helpful in saying that they could take my phone and provide me a loaner while, I waited to get my phone repaired. They helped me back up my phone and get me on my way with the loaner phone. Taking my info, the Apple team stayed in communication with me the entire time, up till when my phone was ready to get picked up. The staffs are all very helpful and patient in going through the features of the phone, showing me things that I didn't know my phone could do, making it easier to get to certain features faster and more efficiently. If there is anything negative that I could say about this experience, is the trade in policy. When I was getting my phone serviced for the new battery replacement, the staff offered me to trade in my 7 for the IphoneX. I was really not interested in trading in my phone but the staff was trying to convince me that oppose to having to wait for my phone to get back, and having to use a loaner phone, I could walk out with a new IphoneX which is a major upgrade to my phone. I was partially interested; however, they were only willing to give me $175 for my phone. I understand that it is a business and they need to make money however, but being as my phone is in mint condition (I'm one of those guys to puts his phone in a bullet proof phone case, making it look like a brick) I could not believe that this was as much as they were going to give me, especially when I got 256mg. Anyways I don't blame the staff, they were only doing their job and trying to make a sale I guess. My review is based only on my interaction with the guy who tried to check me in at the Genuis Bar today. I approached the bar, and I stood there for a while, looking around for someone to help me. Someone said to me, "you all set?" First of all, I never know how to respond to something like that when it's clear that I'm not "all set". I think it's New England-ese that I just never understood, but that's neither here nor there. I told him I wasn't sure if I was all set. "Well, do you have a reservation?" Well, I did not. "Okay, then we could see you at 5:20 or 5:40." that would have been okay if it was 5:00 - heck, even 4:30. But it was 2:10. Three to three-and-a-half hour wait? Daaaaamn. My reply: "That's re-donk-ulous." His: "It *is* Saturday, it's a busy day." That's funny. It was really busy at the Chic-Fil-A, and they didn't make me wait in a line that stretched out of the food court because it was a Saturday, which happens to be a busy day in the mall. So, the dude gave me a card and welcomed me to come back. Funny enough, I visited the Apple store on Boylston Street a few weeks ago -- also on a Saturday -- and I waited about 5 minutes. A BIG difference from a 3+ hour line! If these guys are truly Geniuses (with a capital G), they would hire some more folks to help out the crowds on a Saturday - since it was a busy day, according to the genius. It wasn't the wait that bothered me as much as the attitude about it. Instead of offering some other suggestions to help me out -- or bringing in more employees to help -- the guy made it sound like it was my fault for even trying to get help on a weekend in the mall. I was at Apple store yesterday in Burlington, MA to get apple care on a MacBook Pro I got from my brother. I had been to a different apple store the day before and the staff told me that they needed to see the macbook in person. I told them I don't have it since it was for my brother. He said I could just get the box to an apple store and they would be able to check the serial number and help me with the purchase. I should mention that I was planning on buying it in store so that I could get back to school pricing (I wasn't able to get that to work online). Anyway, when I showed up to Burlington store, I was greeted by a staff member. I told her I am looking for apple care on my macbook pro and even before I could finish, she said I need to see the mac in person. I told her I got the box with me since I was told at Apple Store in Salem, NH that I could get it added after you looked up the serial number. I asked her if she could ask manager about it because I don't get why I can buy it online but I need the mac in store for the purchase. She started spinning the story about how this is "back to school" time and there might be water damage on mac so they want to check for it before adding care. When I requested is she could ask the manager she told me she has been working there for 5 years. Firstly, I don't care how long she has been working for and I didn't appreciate the fact she was already hinting at accusing me of having water damage on a new mac. Also, when I asked her to go check with a manager I saw her talk to a male staff member and come back to me with the same response. I know he wasn't the manager. How you may ask? When I went back to the same store the very same day with the mac I asked the staff member what was the name of the manager and it was definitely not him (since the manager is a lady). I got the macbook to the store the same day since my brother lives not too far away from the mall. The staff this time looked at it, superficially saw all sides (I don't know what he was trying to see since the mac was in a case) and then he got the serial#. I mean if you needed the mac in person, atleast run the damn diagnostic! As a customer who has brought various apple products over many years, I wanted to know why I could buy the apple care online but I needed the mac in person to buy it in the store. I just needed an explanation before paying over $200 for a service. As much as I love apple products, I avoid going to an apple store because I absolutely hate dealing with the 'geniuses' throwing attitude at customers. I don't mean to undermine the job they do but you have to understand that in such an industry, a single bad experience brings bad name not only to the company but the store. I don't think I would ever go back to Burlington store after this experience. As a customer, I have a right to information and people you train to be working on genius bars should know better about how to deal with customers. Maybe there was a slight break in protocol and I was given wrong information by the staff in Nashua, I would much rather hear that and an apology from the staff member than schooling me about how I might have already damaged my 3 week old mac and now I need coverage or how they have been working there for 5 years and I should take their word for it. I feel Apple as a company should invest more in training and hiring staff fit for customer service type role. Train wreck. So I went in to upgrade the two iPhones on my account. I could upgrade my wife's phone, but I couldn't just get it from the Apple store unless I was willing to shut off the service to the phone she was currently using on a snowy night. I could order it for in-store pick-up, and it would probably be ready in an hour. In-store pickup would need to be through AT&T Next, not the Apple plan. With every twist and turn, the sales rep needed to consult a more experienced member of the team. Fine. The sales rep placed my order online and I paid for that transaction. I go to buy my phone, but AT&T won't upgrade my phone because my number was upgraded a few minutes ago. My wife' phone was tied to my number. There was no way to fix this little problem, so I had to cancel the order and wait 24 hours for the AT&T upgrade database to reset. As for the payment made for the cancelled order? "Thank you very much for your patience Paul! I am looking at your order now and I do see here that we did issue a credit for your order on December 30th. Typically it does take up 5 business days for you to see the funds back in your account depending on how quickly your bank accepts the credit! You can expect the funds to be available in your account no later than January 6th!" read more

This is by far the worst apple store I have ever been too. The genius bar and management are the worst. I have no clue why Apple would want to promote people who find it okay to tell customers they are lying. When in fact, I had a witness with me who saw the entire thing. It didn't matter that I had a warranty. Totally disappointed. Because of this store, I will never buy another Apple product again... I filled out the survey about my experience, and no one from Apple ever contacted me. They don't care if you shop with them or not. The manager literally said "okay. I am giving five stars to this Apple Store for their customer service. Last March, I came in the Apple Store many times to look at their new unibody MacBook Pro. The Geniuses were extremely helpful and more importantly knowledgeable. They were also not pushy trying to get me to buy the MBP. Finally, they were not condescending even when I was asking them a ton of newbie questions. I found them willing to help when I needed help and willing to leave me alone when I just wanted to play on the MacBook, even when I dropped the MBP to terminal mode . I was so happy with the level of service and the quality of the MBP, I bought a MBP and have never been happier. That MBP is now my corporate laptop. More recently, I ran into problems where my MBP randomly hung during login. I brought my MBP down to the Genius Bar. One of the Geniuses, Zach, took the time to go through my MBP configuration, asked good technical questions, zeroed on the root cause (stupid anti-virus scanner), removed it and then made me reboot many times to see if the problem was fixed. He then ran some additional diagnostics to make sure everything was OK. While Zach was working on my MBP, I saw other Geniuses helping others. Again, the Geniuses were helpful, very knowledgeable, and definitely not condescending even though they were working with newbies. read more

Every now and again, without warning, the unthinkable happens... A somewhat prohibitably expensive piece of technology you purchased goes "Pffft1!1!!!"! Fortunately, if it's an Apple product and still under warranty, we have the friendly staff at the Genius Bar who can hook us up and get things taken care of FAST without a lot of unnesessary crap! YEAH!!!! My iPhone died a sudden, and very dramatic death for no apparent reason the other day...I brought it in to the Apple store and they replaced it - just like that! I walked out of there with a fully operational phone! (Well, minus my contacts, but whatever. I fixed that later.) Thankfully, I was still under warrantly (2 wks shy of the end date, I might add. Yikes! Talk about perfect timing!) Thank you, Genius Bar staff!!! You rock my world!!!! I would have given 5 stars but I felt like the whole "appointment" arrangement was a bit too disorganized. Noone told me I needed to check-in, even though I made an appointment before I left my house. For that, I believe I stood there, twiddling with my phone carcas, longer than I should have. Oh well. I've had good and bad experiences here... It started when I bought my I phone. I asked the employee, if a new I phone was coming out? He told me there wasn't a new phone coming out. I bought two phones, the next week the I phone 4S came out. Needless to say I felt lied to. I bought all my computers and printers here. As for the computers , they are good. Printers not so much, they were condescending and not much help. In the end the customer service drove me away...I took my phone in, I had insurance on it and still had to $150 for a replacement. In the end that phone quite with in three weeks. They didn't make the 4 anymore, I was told I needed to buy the 5. So much for insurance... I now own a Galaxy 4. When I purchased the Galaxy they told me the Galaxy 5 is coming out in six months. No secrets here with Samsung. read more

Biggiest waste of 2 hours and 43min of my life! A sales man told me to wait 30 min to get my phone analyzed by a tech guy.. After 2hrs 43min I asked the guy how much longer I would have to wait then another sales man came and told me they wouldn't give anything on my iPhone 6s! Even the supposed tech guy never came to look at it! Why did I wait almost 3 hours for a sales man tell me that and why the first sales man couldn't tell me that? Recently went in the store to replace my iPhone battery. I asked them to do a diagnostic on the phone and they found the earpiece defective. The battery was $30 and the earpiece/screen display assembly repair was $149. I came back to pick up the phone and was told they put in the new parts and the phone still had an error. So they only charged me the $30 and gave me a brand new phone. I was pleasantly surprised with a new phone and for only $30. read more

Poor customer service. The kid who "helped" me was visibly concerned with the time and making a sale. That's it. He didn't ask any useful questions about what I needed the laptop for, and couldn't really explain the differences between various laptops. On top of it all I had to wait over a half hour just to buy my laptop. Lol. I waited in line for terrible customer service. Never again Update 7/8/15 I received a phone call from Aaron Robertson,the store manager today. Aaron was very helpful and apologetic on behalf of his sales staff. I'm glad to know I did select the right laptop! I very much appreciate Aaron reaching out, and I respect the difficulty of his position, but it is unlikely I will shop the Burlington store again, unless I see consider improvement in yelp reviews. I agree with others, the queue process is pretty poor. I get that stores are going to be busy during the holidays, and you may see especially long wait times when the purchasing a new computer, etc (2.5 hours is what I was quoted). However, all I wanted to do was buy a pair of lightening jack headphones because my fiance lost his 5th+ pair this year (that's a different complaint that has nothing to do with Apple). It took me 10 minutes to find someone to "check in" with, and then instead of quickly checking me out she directed me to wait for the guy in charge of "quick sales." Unfortunately it wasn't very quick as the customer he was with had a 100 questions, and there were several other people waiting for him as well. Luckily an employee saw me holding the pair of headphones, took pity and let me pay and leave. Why there is no real line for quick purchases to begin with is beyond me. read more

I was getting the new iPad for my wife; We were checking out the iPad displays for a few minutes, looked around for a few more minutes for assistance to no avail, so I had to walk towards a bunch of employees who were just standing to talking to themselves on the other side of the store. I understand it's back-to-school season and all, but come on, there's a problem when a customer knows what he/she wants to buy, and have to look for assistance for a few minutes. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced, showed up two week ago to see if my phone was broken or if I needed a new screen. I talked to one of the guy who seemed very polite and asked him if my phone was broken or if I needed new screen, he told me he was booked out until next Wednesday so I scheduled the latest appt because I'm a busy guy and don't have much time so the convience of the appt. I showed up yesterday for my appt and Walked up to a lady and told her I had an appt scheduled for 750 and she informed me the appt was never scheduled and was trying to schedule me again for a later time, highly rude the whole time. This was my first time going to this particular Apple store and also my first purchase of an Apple product. I did go into the store in the Natick Mall once, but I never got approached by anyone. My intentions when going to the store wasn't to buy right then and there, but to get a more hands on experience with the iPad 2 since I was considering buying one with my tax return. However, since the store associate was very pleasant and came up to me right away I was happy to engage in business. I was assisted by a young college student named Brandon, he had only been working for Apple since November 2011. He was very knowledgeable about how the product worked, and very friendly. He took me step by step and showed me what I could do and how to use the app store. He showed me features of the iPad and made my choice to buy one very easy. Not once did he try to push me into a sale, he did not try to upgrade my sale or anything. This could though both be good and bad depending on the customer. He never asked me questions of my intended use and so without any knowledge of what I was looking for he wouldn't have been able to show me anything of great value. If I had not already been looking into getting one and had my heart set on it, it would not have been a closed sale based on my experience with the associate. However, this was my first experience and for someone who was new he was conversational and pleasant to deal with so I can't be too hard on the kid. ^_^ read more

Tried twice to have my iPhone serviced here and 3 separate employees made clear that they could not care less about helping me. I really wish I'd never gotten hooked on having an iPhone in the first place! But I will absolutely never come to this location again. read more

This store is not worthy of a star. My son dropped his phone cracked the screen. We had it fixed by some one other than Apple who gladly replaced the screen twice. The phone was glitching we brought to this store . they fixed it when I asked for the old screen back $90. I was told you can't have it. I asked why it's my property and the other retailer said they would refund all or some of the money. I was told it was in the agreement that I signed which I didn't sign my wife did and was told by an Apple Employee it was only formality. So my son and I go pick up the phone I ask for the screen back (This is the part that got these people no stars) Absolutely no customer service skills by the employee who returned the phone to us or the assistant manager on duty.. They said they fixed the phone as a courtesy (Courtesy of a $138 dollars and change) . They also said that the part was much more expensive. It was a friggin screen made for pennies in China or Mexico where they are paying people peanuts to make these things. I said the phone was $400 bucks your telling me the screen is worth over 25% of the phone. I spoke with the assistant manager she said they only way to get the screen back is to put it back on the phone and take the new one off. I'm guessing apple will return parts and get a kick back. The assistant manager was no help couldn't and didn't know how to work with customers. My wife called who usually is very tactful and when she called this so called 21 year old assistant manager my wife called her out on few things that she was saying the manager abruptly said this call is over. I hope Apple Corporate is reading this because I'm sure this isn't the first time these two employees have been completely rude to customers. They couldn't see past their Ipads. read more

Apple Store certainly doesn't get the WORM in the middle this time around. This is a gem , and you don't have to go all the way into Boston to the main store to get the same high quality Apple , and Mac Service. They have everything on display so you can test out the equipment and knowledgeable associates who won't take you on a ride. I will consider buying my new Mac from them in the next year or so. These guys are even better than Best Buy or Circuit City IMHO. read more

Generally, I only do business with those businesses that provide services that I am willing to pay for or I can afford. Putting aside the love/hate relationship and the imaginary "I am the customer" VIP card that we all seem to carry in our sleeved. I accepted the Appointment option offered by Apple to have my phone serviced. I checked in the agent Apple ID: "006-smile dude" and soon after Apple ID: "007-PA guy" was working on my case. I addressed the purpose of my visit and other concerns about I have about phone care. Apple ID: "007-PA guy", gave me a detailed solution and what to expect next. I felt I was chatting with a Professor giving me super personalized experience. Other Apple reps were around assisting others and answering questions about Apple products I can only dream to have. :-) I learnt something invaluable that I did not know. Apple offers FREE mini academy sessions on Photography & Video, Art & Desing, Coding and other programmes. I could have saved thousand $$$ if I only knew this 1 year ago. Thanks, Agent ID: 008-Todd. You ignited a little flame in me and I am looking into Coding sessions. I was not prepared for the crowds and the level of noise all around but Apple ID: "007-PA guy" took care of that. So, overall I had a very successful experience and I achieved my to do(s) that day.
