It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. I run a large, very complex digital, pro tools based music studio. We're talking multiple SSDs, HDs, outboard equipment, interfaces, controllers . About 20TBs or more of critical data, both internal and external. This time my c :drive completely died. No system restore or other options possible.
