Then on Monday I received a voice message from Melissa asking me to call back about my appointment. When I called back she was unavailable and was told she would call me back. After she did not return my call I called back and was able to speak with her. She asked if I could possibly reschedule my appointment. I was hesitant to change the appointment as we were moving and needed all of our junk to be off sight by Thursday. She said I would hear from her boss, Aaron, the owner who was trying to figure out their scheduling issue. Aaron texted me and asked if I had pictures of what I needed picked up. I responded that I did not as we have already moved off property. I explained that when we made our appointment we were assured that they would look at everything and provide an estimate. I explained what we needed hauled away, but also explained that I am not in the profession of hauling junk and had a hard time guesstimating how much space in the truck we would need.
