Hangover burger
Lori W.

Visited here a few weeks w my friend after a night out in Denver. We went in on a Sunday morning and it wasn't very busy. I ordered a hangover burger which was delicious, but I never received silverware to eat my side salad... so the service wasn't stellar by any means, but the food was! I liked the ambiance of the place. I would be down to come back next time I'm downtown.

McKenzie took great care of us. Cocktails here are out of this world. He is super knowledgeable about drinks and will create a specialty cocktail for you based on your preferences. Nice modern, relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic breakfast place with a delicious American breakfast plate that comes with eggs (your choice - chose overeasy), your selection of sausage (I chose chicken), breakfast potatoes, and an English muffin. You can also get excellent sides like fresh fruit and yogurt. Exceptional service where they also bring you condiments like honey and jam. Very cool interior atmosphere (close to the check-in lobby of a hotel), where they also pipe in chill electronic music. Also very close to the Byron White U.S. Courthouse. Highly recommended!

It's really over-priced, like even worse than everything is now! A Mexican lager pint was 10 dollars!!! What? The menu is quite limited if you're looking for more food options. The things I've tired were alright, even good, but there's much better options around. Not really sure what is going on here other than they just rely on hotel guests traveling on the company dime.

Good breakfast here last Wednesday and Friday mornings, while staying at the Hyatt Centric. Reasonably priced, quality food. Attentive, friendly, and professional service staff. Pleasant atmosphere.

The bar and dining area inside the Hyatt Centric Downtown is an excellent spot, whether you're looking for a great dinner, a casual meeting place, or a business meet-up. The food was fantastic--I had the mushroom soup, which I would absolutely order again, and the trout, which was surprisingly filling and came with a delicious salad. To top it off the chocolate mousse was delicious. The service was also very good, and I'm glad this hotel has such a quality restaurant. Breakfast: I stopped in for breakfast the next day and had the traditional American with freshly squeezed orange juice. The meal was delicious and very filling.

-Walnut in fashion 6/10 decent but not much walnut coming through. Kind of just a solid old fashioned -Espresso old fashioned 6/10 very espresso forward! - Veggie and sausage hash- sadly was missing most of the veggies and came out just potato and onion and sausage but our server was sweet and took it off - Churro French toast- yum!! Tip: There's street parking but honestly just walk or take a scooter Bigger tip: Come for the brunch stay for the drag! We heard a commotion while waiting for our meal and it turned out that we stumbled in on drag brunch day which was an absolute delight!

We are here a couple times as I had some hotel credit to use staying at Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver. I have nothing to complain about with any of the items we got at lunch. The baked Brie was really good for a fall theme as the raspberry/cranberry spread tasted so yummy. The grilled chicken sandwich was pretty solid - seasoned really well, juicy but not too soggy, and great for sharing with your partner. The lunch was pretty good but the breakfast burrito we had a few days later was so amazing! I didn't know Denver really liked their pork green chile, but that was the perfect ... sauce? to go with the breakfast burrito. And for it being $15 the portion was crazy big! Definitely try the breakfast burrito if you have any interest in Apple Blossom. One note - lunch menu changes at 11am but it is close to 10:50am as the kitchen packages up ingredients early.

The food was amazing. The service was great. Ambiance gave me the vibe of summertime. We dined in on thanksgiving day and for it to be a holiday everyone was so welcoming. We definitely will be back the next time we visit.

Wow! Now one of our favorite breakfast venues! After just one visit!! We stopped in on Mother's Day, as our other favorite venues were all doing big brunches. Our preference is to order off the menu vs surfing the brunch buffet. So, we made our way to Apple Blossom - 11 blocks from our home. Not far, but sort of outside our typical range. Especially during a consistent light rain storm. No worries! A shuttle ride from Union Station got us really close. Then a short one block walk to Apple Blossom restaurant - in the Hyatt. Here, the restaurant just had the menu to order from, with a few specials for Mother's Day! Perfect! Along the way we had stopped for coffee. This time, 2 soy milk lattes as the coffee shop was out of oat milk. No worries! These coffees, from Illy, were delicious! On to the menu at Apple Blossom. Our server, gave us a nice overview of the menu and was very friendly and engaging. We loved the menu and after input from our server we decided on pancakes - cooked in a cast iron skillet and then finished in the oven. This would yield one pancake for each of us. She ordered hers plain. I ordered mine with sliced banana on top and Nutella. Both versions of their pancake were fantastic. Light! Fluffy! Delicious! Big! These pancakes take a bit longer to cook. Yet, ours came out fast. In any event, they are worth waiting for! Highly recommended if you like pancakes. Especially if you love pancakes!! Service was great. The venue is very comfortable. And we sat by a huge window and watched the rain fall on 18th street. What a nice breakfast at Apple Blossom!!

Service is terrible, extremely passive aggressive. I got takeout and the bartender helped take my order and make the drinks. She was extremely passive aggressive. I saw a dessert menu and tried to ask about that and she was so dismissive and rude about it. Apparently for brunch they don't have a dessert menu, which is fine but they didn't need to be rude about it. The restaurant was empty for brunch, she told me the food would take 15-20 min so I waited in the lobby, but she didn't pack it up until 30 minutes later. I opened up the package not even five minutes later and the food was cold? Did she just wait until the food was cold to bring it out? Food itself was delicious, breakfast potatoes are quite good, french toast is soft.

Since it was in our hotel we eat there every morning. Staffs are very nice. All of them were super friendly and helpful. They make very good espresso and breakfast. Also they serve tea in a little pot and then you can pour on your on. Avocado toast comes with arugula and tomato and pickled onion with some balsamic vinegar and it was amazing. I took without egg on the top, and also comes with whole potato which was a good combination. Also their burgers are very good but if you want side of bacon or avocado they will charge you 6 bucks. Little over priced. Alo breakfast burrito was very good and very Big couldn't even finish it. Everything Is so clean and tables are always set up for dinning. I wish I had a chance to eat lunch or dinner.

Great spot attached to the Hyatt Centric. Bar is great with a good selection. Had brunch there today. The breakfast tacos were great. I ordered the breakfast burrito. Order this if you are hungry! It was large and plenty to eat. Service at the bar was great as well.

They've gotten do much busier though. There must've been over 30 people at the bar getting drinks. But the 4 bartenders at the bar were slinging them out quickly. Even though they were fast the drinks were extremely well made and the customer service wad amazing. The ambiance was great!! Everyone was here to have a good time. But no one was overly rowdy or raucous. People were friendly and conversational but stayed in their lanes also. Even though all these years have passed. And the pandemic has ravaged many businesses. The quality and service here still makes this place one of the best whiskey bars around!!!

Their cocktails are consistently excellent, but the standout for me is the Gentleman's Buck. It's perfectly balanced, refreshing, and endlessly drinkable. I still wish they'd bring it back onto the happy hour menu! The staff makes the experience even better. Sam and Joshua are fantastic bartenders - friendly, welcoming, and genuinely great at what they do. They make the bar feel like a place you want to return to again and again. And if you're a whiskey fan, their Whiskey Wednesday events are always a blast. You can learn something new, try something interesting, and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Seven Grand delivers on all fronts: great drinks, great people, and a great location. Highly recommended!
