Went to Milk on a Halloween weekend and had a lot of fun. The cover was $35 which is kind of a lot but it is what it is. I really enjoyed how spacious it was and they had multiple rooms with different types of music so if you wanted to go to another room and enjoy a different type of music , you have options. It's a very fun vibe and everyone there was having a good time. They had an out door area also that was a nice respite to get out of the crowd. The staff were also friendly so that helped a lot! Lots of bathrooms so I didn't have to wait in some long ass line.

Super fun and unique vibe. If you're visiting Denver I would definitely recommend especially if you're into edm. There were so many different rooms with different vibes it was like a never ending maze & such a fun adventure. There is a $10 cover which isn't a lot but just something to be aware of.

Everyone in the club was partying non-stop. The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and enjoyable. Staff provided top notch and personal service with amazing and consistent interaction with VIP and their guests. Food trucks outside the clubs are amazing and reasonably priced. The most amazing experience is there is a niche for everyone via the numerous clubs under one establishment with individual atmosphere, dj's, and ambiance, such as EDM, Hip Hop, R and B, Latina, Techno, and etcetera.

I liked this night club because of the fact that it had multiple rooms with many different DJs. Drinks were very expensive as expected but they made up for it with the arcade which I loved the most. Wish all of their games worked though. Fun time watching our friend play his set. Would come back.

Always a fun time at milk and bar standard getting lost in all the rooms filled with fun music. My favorite bartenders Damacio and Mikey are always awesome and host a great party. Techno and Goth nights are always great to dance too. Saw Horsegiirl here a couple months ago and had the best night ever. ‍ Every room is a different vibe and fun to explore.

You haven't seen denver .... Unless you've been to ...MILK....!!! Enter from the alley and expect a line .... Reminds me of the lines outside of voodoo donuts in the old days ....it's part of the ambiance....show your ID and pay the door fee and you're in.......expect crowds, music , & dancing .... EXPLORE ALL the ROOMS & the FLOORS......I lost count....look for the outdoor areas if you need a respite....make new friends....**.you will feel lost**... and then it's time to leave ....follow the EXIT sign ......

We loved the ambiance, feeling like we'd really discovered a gem off the beaten track, pun intended. By joining the club, it was a monthly excuse to plan a special night out to what became one of our favorite places for date night. It's been a couple of years now, but we had occassion to meet the owners, when we mistook their closing time for an hour later. The lights were still on, so we didn't realize our mistake, until they'd already invited us in to exchange our monthly growler with such warmth. Super nice people, reflecting the vibe we always felt on our other visits. The staff echoes that disposition, always friendly and knowledgeable. Though the winery isn't on-site, I've always been impressed with their tasting experience. I've now been a member for over 5 years, going in at least once a month, and they still suggest trying seasonal options and have broadened my palette... Though my ex and I have parted ways for a long while now and he moved away, he's kept our membership current, calling it my "alimony," and a nod to remembering the good times we had together. I recommend Bigsby's for all the good memories for all the folks, be it a lazy summer afternoon on the patio or a cozy evening in the lounge area with a glass of red when it's cold outside!

Then when he did acknowledge me and I stated I would sit at the bar, it took several minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. The staff was busy speaking to each other and doing side work. Once I was acknowledged, things started getting a little better. When I arrived during breakfast/brunch, I was informed they were in the middle of a menu change, so my choices were limited. Breakfast items include bacon and burritos. I started off with a charcuterie board (though I had asked for a fromage board). This was not only because I wanted some tasty cheese, but I was trying to kill time until the lunch/dinner menu started. The board was a great board, two different meats, three cheeses, a loaf of bread, some nuts and jellies. But it was 40 dollars! I had a few small plates (which was still a lot of food). I had a melon and cucumber salad, which was a good palate cleanser. I also had the roasted king mushrooms, which were underwhelming with no seasoning, and they were a little chewy. The best thing was the wild boar meatballs, which were seasoned really well and in a savory, delicious marinara sauce. All the cocktails were fruity (but not sweet) and refreshing. I had one that was carrot based (Kiss my Carrot with tequila, cointreau, carrot, orange, and ginger), one that had pineapple flavor (paper boat with rum, falernum, aperol, lemon, pineapple), and the smoky smoke and flower (hibiscus mezcal, cointreau, pama, rose water). This spot is a winery, so they have a large wine list. They have handhelds like burgers and flatbreads. Starters like artichoke dip and bruschetta. Some of the current entrees, which might change, are hanger steak, chilean salmon, cauliflower steak. They had a gnocchi dish I was interested in, but it's already been removed from the menu. The restaurant is classy and just like a winery is expected to be. The food is pretty good. But the service was really subpar.

Everything is electronic, and your ball has a microchip in it, so it tracks your score. This was awesome for me, as sometimes it didn't record my strokes and gave me a slight advantage, although I still lost. There are screens that tell you what to do, and hazards or super tubes that if you have decent aim, can benefit you greatly. Our favorite was the pac man and Tetris themed holes. It's illegal to vape in public places, but they don't seem to care. They had signs on the door saying THC products had to be taken to a grassy area across the parking lot, but it wasn't enforced, and that would still be illegal because it is illegal to use smoke or vape THC in any public or open space. The second hand vape was as bad or worse than any second hand smoke I have experienced. I left with a headache, sore throat, and feeling poorly. The jam session was also disappointing. The house band played from 7 to 8:10, took a break, and then came back and played another song. It was 8:25 before anyone was invited to join. The jam was advertised to go to 9 so it wasn't much of a jam opportunity. Also, the they decided to squeeze the band into a little spot in the walkway that was in the middle of all the vaping. People walking by had to be careful not to bump the horn players, and the horn players had to move to avoid being hit by them as they were playing. This was unnecessary because they have a big room with chairs, guitars on the wall, etc available in the back of the place that appeared to be setup for the jam. It made no sense and created a terrible jam environment.

Not a big deal, I was just thinking not everyone wants a whole and if someone is extra hungry they can take two halves. Just thought it would make things a tad easier. They tell me no. They can't/won't cut in half. Ok, whatever. I don't understand what the big deal is, they obviously posses knives... just cut them instead of saying "no". So stupid. 20ish Minutes after waiting, the person who took my order said it would be 30 minutes to make. Which was weird cause what was going on for the last 20 minutes? 30 minutes to wait is fine, if you don't waste the 20 mins prior resulting in about an hour wait. So, I declined as now we are talking an hour to get 20 simple breakfast burritos. I needed to get to work and I wasn't wanting to wait an entire hour and they just wasted 20 minutes of my time not prepping anything, so I decided not to go with the burritos. Someone came to refund my sale and then preceded to kind of scold me for not ordering in advance. He said something about for an order like 20 burritos they want 2 days heads up. GTF outta here. It's freaking burritos. You don't need 2 days to make 20 burritos. And here's the thing, I'm not here for a lecture because I attempted to give YOU business. And I won't be back, either. When you get a customer to purchase your goods, be happy. Provide them the goods. Make it as soon as you can. Don't say no for no reason. Don't make anyone feel bad for trying to give you business. It would have been SOOOOO simple to make the burritos and quick run the knife through them. But, no, the choice was to do nothing for almost a half hour, to refuse to run a knife through them as asked, and then lecture a customer for coming in to order 20 items. It's not like I asked for 100. What if 10 customers came in and each ordered 2? Can you do that? Do they get lectured, too, or...? See ya.

3.5 Stars…read more After waiting nearly three months for Denver's hottest reservation, my group of four were underwhelmed by our dining experience. The Good: The food itself was lovely. Fantastic flavors. Beautiful plating. If basing our review on the food alone--five stars. The Bad: Despite having been in their space for months by now, the ambiance was not there. The staff kept turning on and off the food heat lamps, which were so bright that the light level in the entire space vacillated between dark and sultry to too brightly light all night. The temperature was absolutely arctic. Multiple groups had to ask for their coats from coat check before one of the waitstaff said he looked at the heating. He made adjustments, which did increase the temperature of the room from arctic to chilly--but it remained unacceptably cold. Pacing of courses was oddly timed. The waitstaff couldn't seem to strike a good balance between casual and fine dining--it was a little awkward at times. The Bad: Despite placing our wine flight orders twice, with two different waitstaff, they forgot to give us our drinks until we asked. By then, we'd missed two of the pairings. They did offer to serve us the remaining pairings at no cost, which was a nice gesture. But, it's wild that something like this happened in a place with 16 seats and 4 waitstaff--they missed out on $400 in alcohol sales because of this error. The meal was explained to our group as a "ten course" experience. We only received nine courses: 1. The venison "hamburger" 2. Cappuccino 3. Roasted apple 4. Crudo/sashimi 5. Scallop 6. Lobster 7. Venison skewer 8. Duck leg 9. Dessert This feels like an egregious oversight. And, based on what we overheard from the table next to us--almost felt deliberately misleading. The wine pairing is plainly described in the menu as "five pairings." As dessert was brought out, the table next to us inquired about the remaining pairings, as they'd only received 4 pairings up to that point. The waitstaff tried blaming it on the fact that "dessert wine is polarizing" and "we over poured the other pairings," but those are weak excuses. If you're not going to offer the full 5 pairing flight as advertised, that needs to be communicated ahead of time. Overall: With a price point, including wine flight (had that worked out), per person of nearly $325--The Guest had too many substantial misses. While the food may be ready for prime time, the service is leagues behind.

The Guest, located inside The Regular, is a full dining experience rather than a traditional…read morerestaurant, and it's a strong addition to the Denver food scene. This is a timed, coursed dinner where the entire room sits and eats together, so arriving on time is essential. The format creates a restaurant wide dinner party feel, which sets the tone for the night. Everything feels intentional, from the pacing to the service to the design of the space. The menu changes often and is never repeated, which makes the experience feel special and creative rather than formulaic. Standout dishes for me included the duck doughnut, the wood ear French toast, the venison burger, and the leek cappuccino. The kanpachi crudo and scallop with tamarind were also beautifully balanced, and desserts like Cash's Apple and The Sphere were thoughtful finishes rather than an afterthought. One of the more memorable details was the menu book at the end of the night, featuring the chef's original sketches of the dishes. It's a small touch that really reinforces how personal and considered the experience is. If you're looking for a unique, chef driven tasting experience that feels cohesive and well executed, this is absolutely worth a reservation.
