I ate breakfast here and it was really nice. The servers were all great and the food was pretty tasty. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and I would definitely try again. Solid experience.

Grabbed a pistachio latte yesterday morning & it was really good. Highly recommend. They have a few latte specialty flavors that are very unique. Stopped into Bloom rooftop bar for a quick drink last night. Service was fast. Views were great. I loved the banana bread drink!!! Very unique. Margaritas are also delightful. Would recommend.

Located in the heart of downtown Denver, this versatile restaurant is located in the ground floor of the Hyatt centric. They have breakfast, lunch, dinner brunch and happy hour. Serving up American fare; I found the hangover burger to be pretty whole some. While the food didn't blow me away, the service was superior particularly considering the price point. The green goodness Benedict sounded good. Nice ff&e buildout- but the space almost feels too big for a hotel restaurant.

Visited here a few weeks w my friend after a night out in Denver. We went in on a Sunday morning and it wasn't very busy. I ordered a hangover burger which was delicious, but I never received silverware to eat my side salad... so the service wasn't stellar by any means, but the food was! I liked the ambiance of the place. I would be down to come back next time I'm downtown.

Fantastic breakfast place with a delicious American breakfast plate that comes with eggs (your choice - chose overeasy), your selection of sausage (I chose chicken), breakfast potatoes, and an English muffin. You can also get excellent sides like fresh fruit and yogurt. Exceptional service where they also bring you condiments like honey and jam. Very cool interior atmosphere (close to the check-in lobby of a hotel), where they also pipe in chill electronic music. Also very close to the Byron White U.S. Courthouse. Highly recommended!

McKenzie took great care of us. Cocktails here are out of this world. He is super knowledgeable about drinks and will create a specialty cocktail for you based on your preferences. Nice modern, relaxing atmosphere.

It's really over-priced, like even worse than everything is now! A Mexican lager pint was 10 dollars!!! What? The menu is quite limited if you're looking for more food options. The things I've tired were alright, even good, but there's much better options around. Not really sure what is going on here other than they just rely on hotel guests traveling on the company dime.

Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast.

Good breakfast here last Wednesday and Friday mornings, while staying at the Hyatt Centric. Reasonably priced, quality food. Attentive, friendly, and professional service staff. Pleasant atmosphere.

The bar and dining area inside the Hyatt Centric Downtown is an excellent spot, whether you're looking for a great dinner, a casual meeting place, or a business meet-up. The food was fantastic--I had the mushroom soup, which I would absolutely order again, and the trout, which was surprisingly filling and came with a delicious salad. To top it off the chocolate mousse was delicious. The service was also very good, and I'm glad this hotel has such a quality restaurant. Breakfast: I stopped in for breakfast the next day and had the traditional American with freshly squeezed orange juice. The meal was delicious and very filling.

-Walnut in fashion 6/10 decent but not much walnut coming through. Kind of just a solid old fashioned -Espresso old fashioned 6/10 very espresso forward! - Veggie and sausage hash- sadly was missing most of the veggies and came out just potato and onion and sausage but our server was sweet and took it off - Churro French toast- yum!! Tip: There's street parking but honestly just walk or take a scooter Bigger tip: Come for the brunch stay for the drag! We heard a commotion while waiting for our meal and it turned out that we stumbled in on drag brunch day which was an absolute delight!

Chicken Bites

Convenient spot Downtown for a quick bite and drink. Chicken bites were okay. Chai Old Fashioned was nice. My friend didn't love her espresso martini. Food: 4/5 Drinks: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Space: 4/5

Wow! Now one of our favorite breakfast venues! After just one visit!! We stopped in on Mother's Day, as our other favorite venues were all doing big brunches. Our preference is to order off the menu vs surfing the brunch buffet. So, we made our way to Apple Blossom - 11 blocks from our home. Not far, but sort of outside our typical range. Especially during a consistent light rain storm. No worries! A shuttle ride from Union Station got us really close. Then a short one block walk to Apple Blossom restaurant - in the Hyatt. Here, the restaurant just had the menu to order from, with a few specials for Mother's Day! Perfect! Along the way we had stopped for coffee. This time, 2 soy milk lattes as the coffee shop was out of oat milk. No worries! These coffees, from Illy, were delicious! On to the menu at Apple Blossom. Our server, gave us a nice overview of the menu and was very friendly and engaging. We loved the menu and after input from our server we decided on pancakes - cooked in a cast iron skillet and then finished in the oven. This would yield one pancake for each of us. She ordered hers plain. I ordered mine with sliced banana on top and Nutella. Both versions of their pancake were fantastic. Light! Fluffy! Delicious! Big! These pancakes take a bit longer to cook. Yet, ours came out fast. In any event, they are worth waiting for! Highly recommended if you like pancakes. Especially if you love pancakes!! Service was great. The venue is very comfortable. And we sat by a huge window and watched the rain fall on 18th street. What a nice breakfast at Apple Blossom!!

Since it was in our hotel we eat there every morning. Staffs are very nice. All of them were super friendly and helpful. They make very good espresso and breakfast. Also they serve tea in a little pot and then you can pour on your on. Avocado toast comes with arugula and tomato and pickled onion with some balsamic vinegar and it was amazing. I took without egg on the top, and also comes with whole potato which was a good combination. Also their burgers are very good but if you want side of bacon or avocado they will charge you 6 bucks. Little over priced. Alo breakfast burrito was very good and very Big couldn't even finish it. Everything Is so clean and tables are always set up for dinning. I wish I had a chance to eat lunch or dinner.

The most unorganized Saturday brunch. Quite understandable to be short staffed, but couple with a poor customer service is unacceptable.

I have a weakness for a great whiskey bar. My wallet knows it. My liver knows it. My wife…read moredefinitely knows it. Sometimes I show up hunting for rare pours. Other times I'm just in the mood for a cocktail that reminds me why I don't waste my time at places that think whiskey and cola is "craft." This visit was all about the cocktails, and Seven Grand absolutely delivered. Josh, our bartender, was running the room like a conductor leading an orchestra of happy whiskey drinkers. He asked what we liked, made a couple of recommendations for Old Fashioneds based on our preferences, and absolutely nailed it. Every drink was balanced, flavorful, and dangerously easy to sip. The guy knows his whiskey, knows his cocktails, and somehow still manages to make everyone at the bar feel like they're his only customer. The whiskey selection is enough to make a bourbon nerd lose all sense of financial responsibility, but surprisingly, we escaped without needing to refinance the house. If Josh doesn't own Seven Grand, someone should probably look into fixing that. Until then, I'll keep showing up to "try just one drink"... knowing full well that's a lie I tell myself every single time. Highly recommend. Just don't blame me when two hours mysteriously disappear.

They've gotten do much busier though. There must've been over 30 people at the bar getting drinks. But the 4 bartenders at the bar were slinging them out quickly. Even though they were fast the drinks were extremely well made and the customer service wad amazing. The ambiance was great!! Everyone was here to have a good time. But no one was overly rowdy or raucous. People were friendly and conversational but stayed in their lanes also. Even though all these years have passed. And the pandemic has ravaged many businesses. The quality and service here still makes this place one of the best whiskey bars around!!!

Located in Larimer Square downstairs you will find this tropical-themed bar that is going for an oasis feeling. Could be easy to miss if you aren't looking, although during our visit they had a sign out on the sidewalk so not completely speakeasy. They had a good amount of plants, good music playing and just chill and inviting vibes overall. Bartender greeted us right away despite being busy making drinks. Mentioning we could sit anywhere then coming up to order. They have the bar area with some seating in that room as well as additional seating in another area to the side too. By far one of the nicer bartenders we encountered, with who we had a great chat with. On top of that the bartender threw in some flair with his drink making throwing the shakers and such, turning it into more of a show. My wife got their Woah Blackberry, gin based fruit forward drink with great flavor. I got the Spicy Margarita that brought just the right amount of heat to it! Expertly crafted drinks in a tropical vibe that can be a perfect spot for that first drink of the night or as your nightcap drink, either works! Check it out.

Now the life of the party is lost like a chicken McNugget dropped in the ball pit of a McDonald's play place. What's left is a random collection of half-baked ideas by management with no understanding of a music scene whose ever-changing themes seem copied from the websites of clubs in Europe, or maybe, Alabama, who knows? Go upstairs and things are worse with a Janky wanna-be suburban gangsta DJ playing pre-recorded mixes from songs that were obviously ripped from YouTube, and shooting monopoly money from toy guns like an anamatronic rat at Chick E. Cheezy's. Anything that was truly edgy and cool has now been thrown out and replaced by pure neglect, promos slapped together by some AI they didn't even bother buying a subscription to--you know, the basic version which is completely on brand--reduced to a desperate cash grab. This is apparent as soon as you step over puddles of urine and walk in the door, and through the fake metal detector (and oh yeah, then over sand bags and puddles from sewer pipes that overflow because the owner is too cheap to invest in repairs or ensure customer safety), finally into a building that is in disrepair. Yeah, it's a vibe from a backwater dancehall in Khazakhstan but unintentionally, not so much as a place of entertainment. Almost everything, and I mean everything in the venue is old, outdated, or broken, from the ATM (you'd be crazy to trust that anyway) and arcade games, to the club rooms with broken, non-working club lights, and again pipes that drip and leak (you'll literally see buckets on the middle of the dance floor, and garbage bags draped over the DJ booths and the bar--and no, they don't sanitize after these accidents, evveeeer. The place is in disrepair and what used to be rooms with cool decor are now just generic and dirty looking as basic cleanliness is non-existent--the whole venue reeks the moment you walk in. Most worrisome is the lack of security (good luck finding anyone if you need help after you get past the door person) making the disorganized chaos feel unsafe and gross and anything but exciting. While Milk was once a cool and celebrated part of the Denver club scene up until a few years before the pandemic, the owner has obviously lost touch with reality and has no sense of loyalty to a clientele and commujity who made his clubs successful. But this has been a long time coming as Milk has been on the slow and steady decline for years. Over the last year the place has spiraled into a complete free fall with the last regular DJs pushed out and replaced by amateurs like the dude who needs a platform to stand on whose sets sound like a complication of greatest hits CDs played on random, with no theme or identity. The events and nights seem thrown together at the last minute, like you know splattered against the wall to see what will stick, but it's stinking instead. Its consistency, its soul, its relevance is gone. Most damning and reflective is the point several other reviewers have made about the vibe of sexism that exudes like the toxic masculinity that produces it from those who run this place as it's almost all male managers, DJs and bartenders, with a few women in the lowest, menial positions. And that obvious bias and grossness speaks volumes! My humble advice: save your night, your money, your self-respect and conscience choosing instead to support venues and spaces that actually know something about loyalty and principles other than greed and pettiness, which actually cares about and respects its patrons and customers.

So I pulled out my military ID. The bouncer rejected that too, citing "company policy," then explained that there are horizontal military IDs. Okay, but I'm presenting the military ID I was actually issued. What exactly is the next step here? Call somebody and request landscape mode? I'm trying to buy a cocktail, and we've somehow reached a disagreement about the artistic direction of my federal identification. Which brings me to speakeasies. Jesus Christ. It's a secret bar! Except it's on Google Maps, has online reviews, and a man outside explaining the company policy. Incredible underground operation! Double the drink prices! The authorities will never think to check Yelp. I understand the appeal of a cool entrance and a good atmosphere. But at some point we decided ordering a drink needed an escape-room component. Find the entrance. Impress the gatekeeper. Present the correctly shaped rectangle. BROTHER, PROHIBITION ENDED. YOU CAN JUST SELL THE LIQUOR. Can't review the drinks because we never got that far.
