No manager was available, just a "server assistant" who couldn't do much. By the time we left, it was 2:00 PM. We'd been there over an hour with no food and nonstop confusion. A nearby table mentioned slow service too, so clearly this wasn't just us. The shake, however, was awful. Not a good vanilla taste and the cookie dough mix ins were just tasteless rocks. I think I'd come again if it was nearby, but skip the shakes.
