I came off my dad's recommendation from over a decade ago, it was delicious! And happy hour oysters were great

We met relatives from out of town for dinner and asked for a window table. The host was lovely and while we had to wait for a while, they delivered and showed they heard us and worked to help us get a great table with a lovely view. We ordered a seafood sampler app that did not disappoint, and all of our seafood dishes were prepared with a light touch and respectful of the fish. The food was good, staff were great, view was killer and parking was easy and free. What's not to love? We'll be back! read more

Great location and yummy seafood! Loved the outdoor seating. Service was good. Would definitely visit again

I was looking forward to this place, but the food quality didn't measure up, unfortunately. The location of this place is excellent, and so was the customer service, especially since our family made a last-minute reservation on a holiday, so we were happy to receive a quick seating arrangement. The views and even the inside wood look for when it's too cold outside are date-worthy and impressive, the quality of the food on the other hand... For the price, this place doesn't measure up. Unfortunately, the seafood freshness was questionable, and for like $25-$60+ plate, the food quality is pretty high on the importance meter. The cleanliness of the plates and cups could have been better, and we had to return one of the water cups as it still had lipstick marks on it. This place might be better suited for only grabbing oysters and cocktails and not treating it like a legit dinner spot, as the quality just isn't there. Might give one of the other locations a try in the future, but for now, the one-off of Alaskan Way was disappointing. read more

On April 30th (I am so late writing this!) my husband and I took the water taxi over from Alki to go eat at Anthony's for the last of my birthday bonuses. Sign up to Anthony's emails and you can hear about all the specials BTW. We had a great late lunch and everything was very tasty, and like always, the fish at Anthony's is the freshest. What made all really special was the whole staff team, especially our waitperson Riley! He totally got that we wanted to sit together on the same side so we could both look out to the pier to see the Holland America cruise ship that was out there that day...because it was the one my husband proposed to me on. Riley treated us with such kindness and care and helped make that whole day very special. read more

I have been to Anthony's a few times at the pier 66. However this time we met Branden, he was extremely exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure our table was taken care of. Such a beautiful restaurant with an amazing view of the Puget Sound! They do usually have a wait, so highly recommend making a reservation if you don't wanna wait 2 hours! We order crab dip that was phenomenal! The clams app was decent could have used a little more flavor! My bf ordered the steamed crab & I will say we were surprised with how much meat we were able to get out of it! Very good I got the seafood pasta & it was a great portion!! So much food and a good amount of seafood! Recommend going here if you are in the mood for some good seafood read more

Decent place on the water. We did the Cafe part which is the bottom floor. Tried 2 kinds of oysters at 4.00 each. I think that's a little pricey. Setted on the fish and Chiops with the Ling cod. Good but not killer. Didn't find anything special so it's a 3 star experience read more

The clam chowder was a home run! It was rich, flavorful, thick and very tasty! Definitely the best I've ever had! The halibut was also delicious and a nice portion! Great ambiance and excellent service! If you're in downtown town Seattle, make this one of your dining choices! read more

We've been to Anthony's a few times before and we're quite surprised last night. We sat and waited for our drinks and bread at our table for 15 to 20 minutes and then the waitress brought just the iced tea. The salads and the clam chowder arrived before our drinks. The halibut was dry and hard and the steak was literally raw after asking it to be medium plus. The view out the window was nice but definitely not worth $500. I don't think we will be going back. This wasn't our first time there so we were a bit surprised. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before our waitress brought our drinks and bread. The Halibut was overcooked and dry. I asked for the filet to be medium plus and it literally came out raw. The view was nice but not worth 500 dollars. Extremely disappointing. Won't be going back there again. read more

The recent reviews place for this place are pretty accurate. Really high prices for food that I would describe as "only OK." I tried the halibut and Dungeness crab fettuccine and found both to be lacking. First, the halibut was a bit rubbery and tough. I personally wasn't a fan of the sweet and savory combo with the berry jam and cornbread pudding that felt a bit too dense. As for the fettuccine, I couldn't taste the crab at all. It basically tasted like an ordinary fettuccine with no seafood flavor or addition. Wouldn't come back here at the current price point. read more

My first visit to Seattle and I had no idea the food was going to be so good. Went Anthony's for an after work dinner. I had the ribeye steak cooked medium well. It was tender and savory. That butter sauce was excellent on the steak. Their seafood tower was good also. I'm not a fan of calamari but their calamari was so good and crispy not chewy at all. I forgot the name of this dessert but it's huckleberry ice cream and was so yummy. The restaurant is upscale clean and the bathroom has two mirrors for upper and full body pictures LOL read more

Super happy with our dining experience! It's Sunday after Thanksgiving, 7p - so the restaurant was relatively quiet. But everyone we spoke to was customer service forward and so kind! Our server Branden was the best server we've ever met! He was so knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, and first class. He really made our special evening out that much better. The Trio was the way to go! And I very much enjoyed the Dungeness fettuccine I had. read more

The reason I would not recommend coming to this particular location is the service was horrible and the food was not very good. It lacked flavor and the portion for the price was ridiculous. The server messed up on all of our drinks as we repeated them back to her three times to be sure she got them right and she repeated them back as well to confirm three times. We were not a large party (4ppl) so I am unsure of what the issue was. When I asked her about the seafood fettuccine alfredo she proclaimed the portion was very big and enough for left overs and that it was enough to split if needed. Although we did not want to split it we did get it (3 out of the 4 of us did). All three plates all looked different. Some had fettuccine sauce, mines lacked completely no sauce which was bazar due to seeing others with either a lot or at least a little but mine had none at all. It was not consistent and lacked flavor and all three of us had crab shells in our food which is not what you are looking for when you are at a high end restaurant ready to spend money. The fact that the server told us that we may be the ones who told her the wrong drinks was unprofessional; especially due to her repeating the drinks to confirm three times. Instead of saying excuse my mistake let me make your drink again she said oh you must have told me the wrong thing but I can have them make these drinks for you instead. The whole experience was horrible especially for it to be my first time there. I have been a waitress so I know what type of service people are looking for and they just want to be served with kindness and that was not what we received. My drink was a prickly pear drink but all they gave me was margarita mix and due to the server not being that polite I went to the bar to ask the bartender to make my drink again. I let him know what I got and he said oh I forgot to put the prickly pear in it. That was why it tasted like straight margarita mix and the servers like no the drink was made properly, even the bartender realized it wasn't. It was a bad experience and I for sure wouldn't go back to that location especially not after I spent $100+ on lack of taste , bad service, and incorrectly made drinks. All around it's a no for me and I really don't know if I would ever come back or come to any of their other locations due to this one experience. I spent way too much money on such a horrible moment. read more

Let me tell you, folks, I am positively JAZZED--about the service I received at Anthony's Pier 66! Our server, Amelia, was an absolute dynamo of hospitality. From the moment we sat down, they treated us like long-lost family, regaling us with their menu knowledge and delivering every dish with a smile that could light up a small town. Now, I've dined at plenty of establishments in my day, but rarely have I encountered such top-notch, grade-A, cream-of-the-crop service. Our drinks? Never empty. Our food? Delivered faster than a jackrabbit on a date! And don't even get me started on their impeccable timing with the check--right when we needed it, but never rushed. By the time we left, I was full, happy, and already plotting my return. If you have the pleasure of being served by Amelia, consider yourself among the luckiest diners on the planet. Five stars just aren't enough--I'd give 'em the whole darn Milky Way if I could! Run, don't walk, to Anthony's Pier 66, and ask for Amelia. You can thank me later! read more

Came back again last night for a special family gathering. Chloe, our server, gave us friendly and expert service. The halibut with peach sauce was, hands down, the best I've had in a very long time, the plating was excellent. It is expensive. There is that. You should know that going into it. Excellent fresh fish in this unparalleled location is not going to be the same price as in a midwestern city. (I came back to give five stars; I mistakenly left four.) read more

5 stars! I literally have no complaints. We were staying at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront across the street and didn't feel like going across the city to another restaurant we found so we walked across the street to Anthony's on a Sunday night. We were seated instantly by a window as it wasn't too busy and we were able to look out over the water down the pier. Our server was very polite and accommodating. We started with the fresh oysters which were pretty great. We asked for some horseradish because we like a little kick. As our entrees we got the wild Alaska kind salmon duet (halibut and salmon) and the wild Alaska king salmon. The salmon was perfect and so was the halibut. I think it was my first time having halibut but I really liked the taste and would love to try more. The cornbread pudding was actually pretty delicious and the seasonable vegetables were just what I needed. Pleasant experience and great food! read more

This restaurant offers a fantastic view over the water and is beautiful even at night. The menu items are all a little pricey, but for fresh seafood I was expecting such. We ordered calamari and it was a good starter, good taste and texture. For my entree I ordered the Alaskan Salmon and Dungeness Crab Cakes. I thought the salmon was grilled to perfection, but could have used a touch more seasoning for flavor. The crab cakes were excellent, mostly crusted crab without filler. The service was timely and friendly. We showed up on time for our reservation, were seated and served immediately. Good experience overall! read more

Uh huh-- we stopped in for dinner and sat at the bar to soak in the views of the sound. Our barkeep was great too. The drinks were very good and the food was excellent. The wrinkle was the 30 mins or so between the apps and the entrees-- our oysters and bread came out quickly and we thought that the chef decided to power nap it took so long for the mains. When they did make it out, they were really good-- the gulf shrimp entree comes with large fried shrimp, and veggies dipping sauces and a side of rice-- the halibut was very good too--and we enjoyed the experience. read more

We made a reservation for 5:30 and were seated promptly. I had already looked over the menu but our server, Ken P, convinced me to try something different. The bread and crackers were fresh and tasty. We shared a seasonal salad which was very good, sorry no picture. I ordered the Fresh Copper River King Salmon and my girlfriend order the Anthony's Trio. I have to say that the Salmon was the best I've ever had. The cornbread pudding was a little different with onions in it but flavorful nonetheless. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. My girlfriend said the Trio was very good and particularly liked the crab cake. Hers also included the asparagus which she also enjoyed. read more

We didn't have a reservation. ( honestly we did not know) . With two super hungry kids and a super rainy day, they were gracious enough to get a table post their kitchen closed. We ordered the halibut and steak and for kids fish and chips and jumbo tempura prawns. The size are really large. They added a complimentary dessert of chocolate cake and vanilla bean ice cream - honestly it was really really good. You would know the place is good when they go out of the way make sure your family is comfortable. What do I say, Seattle is an amazing place to be in and this is one restaurant/diner you should visit. Thank you for your service. read more

Took a while for server to show up but she was nice. Took a while for drinks to show up and the $17.00 reposado margarita was average. Would have gotten red wine but it's room temperature instead of 65F. The $68 ribeye was pretty terrible; undercooked, grainy and lots of fat. My wife said not to get steak at a fish restaurant but I said for $68 it should be phenomenal. The bread and crisp with butter came after our meals. My wife got salmon cakes and a Caesar salad that were both okay. Ambience and views are nice. read more

Contrasts... beautiful view... awesome clam chowder.... disappointing crab & corn chowder, cod fish and chips (over cooked/chewy) and service. Black cod was notably good and worth a try. Extended length of meal exhausted us for desert which we passed on. Recommended stay downstairs and have a cup or bowl of Clam Chowder. read more

This place is all potential and no follow-through. The space is gorgeous, the wait staff professional and the view incredible - however I've never encountered worse-flavored dishes. The seared ahi was way overcooked. The crab cakes lacked flavor and substance - and the corn chowder was just plain bad. The kind of bad that no amount of salt and pepper can salvage. Quite possibly one of the most expensive and worst brunches I've had. For a place that serves seafood surprisingly most of it is fried or made into a dip that is also served as a sandwich. The service was very nice so that is a plus. I can not recommend. read more

It was ... OK. Probably the very definition of 3 star label that says OK. They did a good job with the drinks, but we did wait a bit too long for table service (it was slow, so there didn't seem like there was a valid reason for the delay). The drinks were fine, and the lunch menu was pretty decent and thankfully not full price because it just didn't seem all that remarkable. The location is a bit off the rest of the Seattle Waterfront activity, which is good because it doesn't attract some of the same nonsense that can some with being closer. However, it's a bit of a hike and I'm just not quite sure it's worth the walk given the mediocre nature of what we got. In the future, I'll probably make some different choices or potentially try the Homeport location in Edmonds instead since it's closer. Maybe it was just an off-day? Who knows. We visited this beautiful restaurant yesterday evening to celebrate a friend's birthday. Every seat overlooks the water. Parking was easy to find, and there didn't seem to be a wait. The server was kind and courteous. I ordered the crab and corn soup, which was delicious. For my entree, I ordered the vegetable risotto. Our entrees seemed to arrive around the 20-25 minute mark, but we were enjoying each other's company. At home, I'm completely happy with food that's not super boiling hot. It's totally fine. But my dish was barely warm. The vegetables were not cooked. I love raw veggies, but it's hard to eat raw brussel sprouts and butternut squash. The risotto was unfortunately undercooked and gritty as well. Somehow, the dish seemed to be only seasoned with pepper and thyme. I've been a server and bartender for years. I know how much can go wrong in a shift, so I'm not in the habit of sending food back. We have an Anthony's by our home down south watch we love, so I was very surprised by this experience. I'm sure it was just an off night for the kitchen, but I'm sorry to say I don't believe we will be back. read more

Wife and I chose this place for our two year anniversary trip to Seattle. Each year we try to make a point to make it up here at least a few times from Portland to explore. Living in the Pacific Northwest we eat a lot of seafood, probably 1-2 times per week. We typically cook at home all but a few nights a month, so we wanted to choose somewhere we felt could make it worth the while. We ordered the oyster sampler, Mahi Mahi, and Anthony's trio along with two cocktails. All items were honestly delicious, and the drinks were on the strong side. The seafood was cooked perfectly all around, and only the green beans could have used a bit more flavor. Service was on point and David did a great job. After dinner we compared the Mahi to a recent trip to Hawaii, and both agreed this was probably better We can add this location to our short list of Seattle locations we will be back to. If you are here check it, if closer to Pioneer square look to Shuckers (still our gold Standard). read more

Anthony's really is a seafood restaurant. Seafood itself was fantastic! Everything else... subpar. Again, seafood was excellent. Sides and bread were terrible. Items included in bread service were hard and not fresh rolls as I'm used to seeing at other restaurants. The risotto and vegetables were still raw. My bite of risotto was just grainy Arborio rice. The Brussel sprouts and squash were extremely hard. The plain rice accompanying the dishes of my friends was so mushy, basically baby food. My server never once asked us how the food was or how we were doing. If we needed something, we had to flag her down. I notified my server of the inedible items and she gave a curt "sorry", and gave us the dessert menu. We were shocked at the response and just tried to expedite receipt of the bill so we could leave. Super disappointed with a restaurant that prides themself in high quality and service. Be wary of the time you may choose to dine. A parked cruise ship blocked our view the entire time. Additionally, there are not many vegetarian or vegan options for those with dietary restrictions. I was surprised when I ordered a latte that there weren't any milk alternatives available. read more
