    Warm lobster roll, crab roll
    Hannah Y.

We each got a roll and split them, so the pictures show half the rolls. The full lobster roll had 6oz of meat in total and it was warmed, which was great. Price is a bit steep but not that surprising. We enjoyed them

Originally I was not sure about the price, but afterwards, I found they give a Very generous servings of protein with the rolls which makes it reasonably price! They do not skimp at all on the seafood. I decided to try the seafood roll flight and glad I did. The roll they come on is also super soft, buttery and DANGEROUS lol. Service from Michelle was great and food came out pretty quickly.

First of all, the service was great. The individual that took my order was super attentive, kind & welcoming. I don't know why I thought the restaurant itself was bigger, it's quite small inside but there is many seats outside as well so that's a good plus. The first time I went, I didn't take any pictures but I got the flight just so I can try all of them and my personal favorite was the Crab Roll! It melted in my mouth ugh so good! The crab was buttery and the sauce on there was delicious!! The roll was nice & soft! I loved it! I was under the impression there were French fries but he serves it with potato chips which are actually a great combo! 1000/10! Def will be coming back when I'm in Seattle.

There was a small line around noon when we arrived, but it went quickly without any issues. The guy at the front was efficient and friendly, and we were able to snag a table pretty easily. We got the lobster flight, which came with any drink in their case plus chips. The lobster was plentiful and light; cooked to perfection. The hot honey butter was a favorite, followed by the lemon butter. The inside was cute and airy. I'll definitely be back!!

Came here before the DRAIN concert at The Showbox nearby, but this was the pregame that I needed! Filling in a way where I did not feel like I was going to throw up, even though I was hungry and headbanging within less than an hour. Unique variety in drinks, including the soda! Not your typical options that you see at soda fountains of other restaurants, but it tasted good...if not better. Lobster roll was good, too. Buttery, yes. Bread was nicely toasty. The soup(?) was okay with the oyster chips, but my friend, Chooksedo Sam, ordered that and ate it herself. I like that they offer chips as part of the combo meal. Made it worth the price, especially for a downtown Seattle seafood dish! Clean bathroom and restaurant. Felt like I was on a beach pier boardwalk with the oceanic decorations. It is no Portland, Maine, but I see the vision! Also, staff was very welcoming and tended to us when we brought up concerns.

This is my second time trying Lukes Lobster, but now in seattle. Tried the lobster trio. It was alright, but I had better lobster rolls. We only went here because my friend wanted lobster roll, I didnt expect much because my experience from last time was underwhelming and second time didnt really leave me wanting to come eat these lobsters again.

Super good lobster roll! I went near opening and it wasn't too busy. The staff was super friendly and recommended just the classic lobster roll. A bit expensive but tasted great nonetheless. It had flavorful pieces of lobster and a super soft roll

Famous for the Rolls... but Missing a Little Something. I stopped by Luke's Lobster and ordered the seafood flight which consisted of 1 shrimp roll,1 lobster roll, and 1 crab roll. It's what they're known for, so I had to try the trio. The presentation was simple and clean, and the seafood itself tasted fresh, but I couldn't help feeling like something was missing. Each roll leaned a little dry and plain, almost like they needed a touch more butter or a signature sauce to bring it all together. The seasoning was very light, which might work for some, but I personally wanted more flavor. For a place that's famous for its rolls, I expected that "wow" bite and it just didn't quite hit that mark. Service was also just okay. Nothing terrible, but it lacked warmth or attentiveness. For the price point and reputation, I wanted a bit more energy and hospitality. Still, it's worth a visit if you love simple, no-frills seafood and want to sample a little bit of everything. Just don't expect bold flavors or much flair. I'd say it's more understated than indulgent.

While I wasn't expecting to have one of the best lobster rolls of my life in Seattle.... well, now I have. I was in town for the evening craving some seafood, so a few of us decided to try Luke's. This place caught our attention from the outside with how cute it is, and is right in the heart of the tourist area. It's small with not much on the menu, but you should know exactly what you want when coming in. And not only do they have lobster rolls, but also shrimp and crab rolls too, which I hadn't seen before! If you're feeling indecisive, you can get a flight of all three. Each roll also comes with chips and a drink. I went with a classic lobster roll and it was amazing. You can choose to have it chilled or warm. The bread was perfectly buttery and crunchy, too! I absolutely recommend Luke's for getting some good lobster in Seattle.

We tried the lobster flight which included lemon butter, spicy honey butter, and truffle butter. They were all so delicious but my favorite would have to go the OG lemon butter. The lobster were in such big chunks and tasted like it was steamed to perfection. I'm still dreaming about the rolls if I'm being honest.

Trio of rolls, shrimp, crab and lobster. Really good and nice that you could try one of each.

This was a place I had bookmarked for our visit to Seattle because I heard it was really good. It's right by Pike Market Place. We went right before lunch so it wasn't too busy yet. They have several tables inside and it's nice and bright which I liked. Instead of getting one sandwich each we decided to get the trio. It came with a small crab roll, lobster roll and shrimp roll. It came with a bag of chips and a pickle. The food came out pretty quickly and we ate with our eyes first. We both thought we'd like the lobster roll the best so we saved it for last. We went in order of what we thought we'd like from least to most favorite. We went with the shrimp roll first. They are small shrimps but OMG that was a flavor bomb. We thought if this is this good we are in for a treat. We gobbled that down and moved to the crab roll. Again so much flavor and it was full of crab. Lastly we ate the lobster roll and while it was good it was our least favorite and lacked the flavor the others had. We were so shocked! If we'd known we'd eaten them in reverse order. The restaurant did not disappoint and if we'd had more time there I'd have eaten there again and just gotten a whole shrimp or crab rolls.

The chilled lobster roll was okay. I liked the fluffy toasted buttered bun, my favorite part of the meal. I also liked that it didn't taste too heavily of mayo. However, I wasn't the biggest fan of the chilled lobster itself because it kind of lacked flavor. I would come back to try the lobster roll and make it warm for an extra cost just because of how much I liked the bun. I would pass on the clam chowder though. It was lukewarm and I didn't want to finish it. One of my friends agreed and the other enjoyed it, so it just depends on your taste. The server forgot the bag of chips that was supposed to come with the order but it was an easy fix.

Had high hopes for this lobster shop, especially since it specializes in lobster rolls, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The menu is short and sweet, which I don't mind when done well -- but in this case, it felt more like limited options than a focused specialty. The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but that was probably the highlight of the visit. My friend and I split a 6-inch lobster roll meal, which came with a bag of chips, a can of soda, and a cup of soup. We added a second cup of soup, and the total came to $68 before tip. For what we got, that price felt way out of proportion. We both left still hungry, which pretty much says it all. The food itself? Not bad, but not memorable either. Definitely nothing to write home about -- especially not at that price point. Cute concept, but sadly, I won't be rushing back. There are better spots in town for both seafood and value.

There is no designated parking I would suggest that you use an app called SpotHero to reserve parking in advance.

How come you don't have the lobster mac & cheese everyday?

Do you offer gluten free buns or other gluten free options?

YES! We absolutely do Kristin. We can do any of our rolls gluten-free and also our clam chowder and lobster bisque soups are also gluten free. Thanks for the question. Chris GM

Are the rolls made from live lobster or bagged claws & knuckles?

Hi Dawn, thank you for your question. The answer is that we use claws and knuckles that are sourced from sustainable Maine waters, purchased directly from fisherman and processed in our own processing plant in Saco, ME. We then cook, cool and… Read more

Greetings at the door were kind of awkward can't explain how or why, it just was lol. Since it was just myself, I opted to sit at the bar. Found seating at the oyster bar. Service from waitstaff was kind of on the slower side (I had to grab my own menus since some time had passed... not sure if this was supposed to be handed to me at the front or not), it also took a bit to get my order and tab. But once i ordered the food came out pretty quickly (just got oysters, a beer, and chowder). But my waiter was def super friendly! Could've just been an off night. I think the saving grace here for my experience was Brandon! Glad I opted to sit at the oyster bar. This was my first time into Seattle, therefore first time visiting Elliot's. Appreciated the tidbits of knowledge he dropped regarding the oysters - honestly made me appreciate it more! Had him pick 6 different ones since I didn't have any context of the different species of oysters. Chatting with Brandon also felt like catchin up with an old friend. The oysters were delish! Super fresh and my favorite was the shigoku. The amount of oyster choices they had were overwhelming, in a good way! The spicy crab and corn chowder was also bomb, which was also recommended by Brandon as I was originally just going to try the classic/regular one. Id totally come back here again next time in town.

So when I woke up still craving shellfish, RockCreek was the call. It was the right one. A dozen oysters to start: Kumamoto and Shigoku. Clean -- no grit, no sand. Whatever they're doing back there, it's working. The brine was full and present in every shell, and the mignonette hit that rare sweet spot of light but actually seasoned. The Winter Old Fashioned? Get it. It was so delicious. Then came the crab Benedict. The side salad alone was worth writing home about -- big, buttery, peppery leaves draped in one of those feather-light vinaigrettes that sounds simple until you try to replicate it at home and realize you can't. But the real star of the entire plate was the potatoes. Crispy outside, genuinely fluffy inside, seasoned with conviction. A masterpiece is not too strong a word. Closed with a glass of pink wine. Was eyeing the bottle with the piglet on the label, but it was bottle-only -- a distinction I find increasingly arbitrary as a former server and bartender. One day that policy will be a relic. The vibe we got was that he did not enjoy serving us because we had a child with us and I seem to be asking him too many questions. That is the impression he left with us. I will say the oysters were very fresh and enjoyable. We also got the crab Mac n cheese which was cheesy and tasty. We asked him for some more chips since we ran out quickly for the smoked oyster dip. He seemed annoyed but got us more. I could overhear that he sounded more pleasant with the other guests surrounding us. The mussels tostada flavors were nice but I didn't love the texture of them which is totally just my preference. He dropped off the check shortly after and noticed there was a 18% gratuity which I found out is standard for downtown Seattle. Being in the industry I do think it's a courtesy to mention it when dropping off the check to a guest. On another note, I did think the seafood tank in the center was cool because you could see all the geoduck and oysters they were offering. Overall, I think we wanted to enjoy our experience more but the servers attitude and demeanor towards us was off putting and we just tried to eat quickly and leave. Don't think we'll return to this location.

Our incredible server Trey soon came over and helped us decide on some drinks, as we were debating between a few. The menu has so many options, it was hard to just choose one! We soon put our appetizer orders in, as well as our entrees. The calamari tasted fresh and crispy, what's not to like? The oysters I was recommended, tasted sooo fresh! The smoked salmon deviled egg was something I've never thought would work, but it tasted amazing. You can never go wrong with fish and chips, which tasted great! Our server was so sweet and was very attentive throughout the whole night. Dessert time came around and Trey recommended this Washington berry pie, we were sold! It came out deliciously warm with some ice cream on top, which was the cherry on top for our night!! Can't say enough great things about this restaurant, great staff, solid menu, we will definitely be back!!

Duke's is, well... Duke's…read more It is a bit of a formulaic small chain of restaurants that offer a waterside view and a seafood heavy menu. The food is good, but not something that will bring you back over and over again. The service on the other hand is incredibly good. Kind, thoughtful and incredibly authentic. We took my mother - a person who lives with disabilities and requires a mobility scooter. The staff went out of their way to help her feel comfortable and well taken care of. In my book - the staff of Duke's of south Lake Union are a solid 5 stars rating. And, the food is a 3'ish rating. Put together- it's a place that is worth visiting if for nothing else than the amazing staff. Oh, and the view on Lake Union is also really great, especially if you can grab a table near one of the patio heaters.
