This place was so interesting- it popped up as highly rated and I thought it was a traditional restaurant but it reminds me more of a cafeteria you would grab food at from like a science center or library. So interesting. You order food when you walk in then they bring it to you. Seamless process and very efficient. Service was good. We came in at happy hour and they had cheap (high quality) oysters, their lobster roll had really good flavor, and great priced drinks. Again, the atmosphere was unique and not a spot I would find myself very often but it was a perfect start to our evening in the area!

The food was pretty good! The service was friendly and efficient. I felt like the fries were a good portion and the lobster roll was good, though maybe a little too much sauce. My partner thought their chicken sandwich was fine as well. The prices are pretty standard for lobster but still maybe a tiny bit above average. Overall we would recommend and come back for a quick bite again sometime. It's conveniently located under the SAM but it's totally street accessible. Cafeteria style with a bar if you'd like to order a cocktail.

Hot, flavorful, and fresh! Definitely clean place to eat and quick service, and it was quiet! The servers were friendly too! Prices were reasonable! I had the shrimp tacos that were perfectly prepared, full of 3 large shrimp and had a fresh mango pico! We would definitely come back!

I was browsing Yelp the night before trying to find good bites to eat and stumbled upon this place. The happy hour showed from 2-6pm an amazing short but good menu that includes a half lobster roll. With purchase of any beverage you can choose between Maine or Connecticut style - cold or warm. I opted for the Maine style with a Diet Coke total of only $15. Presentation was amazing wow and the amount of lobster... mind blown!! What a find!! The taste was so good, mainly lobster and no overload of spices and mayonnaise. The bun was nicely toasted and had little lettuce. Perfection yum What a find!!!

Amazing seafood spot with super fresh flavors! The highlight was definitely the lobster. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, If you're a seafood lover, this place is a must try especially for the lobster!

Why 5 stars? Because this was my favorite meal of my trip. --- --- --- The restaurant I wanted to go to for dinner only had reservations available that were later than we were willing to wait, so we looked for alternatives. This ended up being a blessing in disguise, as my friend and I both agreed that this was the best meal of our two days in Seattle. I ordered a Connecticut lobster roll and a clam chowder bowl to maximize the Seattleness of my meal. The lobster roll was amazing. When I die, please stuff like 30 of these in my casket. 5-stars. The clam chowder was enjoyable, but got even better as it went on. 4.5-stars. And then we finished with a root beer float, which is hard to mess up. 4-stars. My friend ordered a salad with lobster, lobster bisque and a burger and loved all of it. The people were super friendly here as well. It was an interesting set up, in that, it was kind of as if it was designed by a higher end IKEA. It was nice, modern and sleek, but we also didn't feel out of place coming dressed from a football game.

Meh. It was okay. Certainly nothing to write home about. Food was 6.6/10. Ambiance/environment/atmosphere was 9/10. service was 5/10. Wayyy too pricy. I wouldn't come out of my way to come back here, but it was fine.

Hubby RAVED about this place and its lobster roll. Finally had a chance to try it. Cute modern design on the interior. Food came quickly and I tasted that roll. He wasn't wrong. Soooooo fresh and delicious. A definite must try. The garlic Parmesan fries paired great. Washed it down with a Rachel's Ginger Beer (locally made)

This place has super fresh lobster and have a great happy hour Sunday-Friday 2 to 6 pm. I would recommend getting the $10 half lobster roll and drink on happy hour because that's an insane deal. I tried out a few other happy hour items and this is what I thought. Crispy Crab Rangoon Burrito - I enjoyed this but it totally came be a bit much. If you like crab Rangoon this is just a larger version of them. (4/5) Lobster Bisque - I thought this was really solid. Flavors were good and fresh, you won't go wrong. (4.5/5) Watermelon Salad - Surprisingly refreshing. Simple and good. (4/5) Chowder Fries - This was a bit salty and really heavy for my liking. The salty part was kinda what killed it for me, not that it was bad but it's a bit much. Flavors were overall tasty though. (3.5/5) Popcorn Lobster - Crispy fried seafood. I thought it was tasty. (4/5) Lobster roll - It's a fresh buttery (5/5). I only tried happy hour so can only go based on that but I really enjoyed the experience and food. You order in the front and are given a number get your food delivered after. Would be back next Seattle trip.

Wanted something quick during my lunch break and decided to stop here. The place was very modern and had plenty of tables open. The ordering process was also quick and simple as you order directly with the cashier and are given a number that you can place on the table for them to serve you. We decided to order the Hot Connecticut Lobster roll and Chowder Fries. I really liked how they were able to accommodate us by splitting the roll and fries in half. The lobster roll was really good. The lobster tasted really fresh and went really well with the toasted buns. The chowder fries were essentially fries with clam chowder on top. The fries were really crispy and the chowder was so creamy. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want a nice meal during your lunch break!

Stopped in 10 minutes before closing and the staff still let us order and sit down to enjoy our meal. We were pleasantly surprise by the food here! We had a couple of selections from their late night happy hour menu, including a 1/2 lobster roll, the rock fish tacos, and the garlic parmesan fries. Everything was cooked to perfection! This had to be my favorite lobster roll I've ever had and the fish I. The fish tacos was so much larger than I anticipated! I 100% will be back first thing if I ever return to the area!

Ambiance: Good amount of indoor seating, very spacious! The decor is nice, kind of like an art gallery! Service: The cashiers were super nice, willing to explain/describe the difference between a half roll and full roll. Apparently the full roll isn't actually double the half roll in length, but the meat is double the half roll!! I'm giving 4 stars due to the guy on the floor. A couple had finished eating their meal and were leaving, so I asked if I could grab a chair from their table (we had 5 people and there was only a table with 4 chairs). They were super nice and told us to go for it! The employee on the floor gave my friends and I a nasty glare, rolled his eyes at us, and shook his head. I guess he wasn't happy about us taking the chair, but definitely didn't communicate it with us. It was a bit awkward having him give us disappointed stares as we ate... Food: My boyfriend and I ordered the hot crab roll (half) and hot lobster roll (half). Both came with fries, ketchup and a lemon slice! Both were packed with meat and very tasty! I will say that the lobster had more flavor than the crab one, so it was the heavier one. The crab roll was lighter and provided a more refreshing taste! We were very full, but would love to try more dishes from here in the future!

This place deserves lines out the door! Best clam chowder I've had in Seattle. It is super flavors, chunky, and rich in flavor. I found this place walking towards pike place and seemed nice and a small place. We ordered the clam chowder and I got the Bloody Mary with half a lobster roll. I got my roll warm and omg again one of the best rolls I've ever had. The bread nice and toasty, the drink was amazingly good! If you go during their happy hour you can add half a roll to any drink for just $10. The servers are great, very friendly. The restaurant manager was so attentive and when something in our order didn't get added correctly he was so prompt to fix it. I honestly feel this place will soon be discovered by more people. I get so many go to pike place because I mean you have to. But you have to stop by this place.
