Hair found in the honey walnut prawns. Really disgusting when expecting a good meal. Invest in doing quality checks before packaging meals.

I was leaving on a business trip and was out and about getting stuff and grocery shopping with my Dad. We decided to give the new owners a try in person since the dining room was open! Stopped in for lunch and had a couple combo plates. These came with an egg roll and fried wonton. These didn't come with soup of the day for some reason. The price for the combo wasn't bad I want to say around 13-14 and that is with subbing out calamari. The flavors were really good, the plates came out hot and fresh and it was just overall good! I was happy, he was happy and we will definitely be back!

Annie's Panda kitchen has a very impressive establishment! The service was fast and the food came just as fast; from the first bite I knew I had found a quality Chinese food restaurant worth eating at. I ordered the Panda Garden chow fun as well as the Gyoza's and my son got the egg flower soup everything was so delicious and the owner even helped us box everything up I recommend this restaurant if you're passing through this area the food will fill you and the service will thrill you! Heck bring the family & extended family. Nice music it is a really nice place to be.

I grew up with Annie's Panda Garden as the go-to meal for casual dining, celebratory lunches, and many other occasions. It is cheap, offers large portions, excellent customer service, and tasty food. This restaurant is actually the reason why I do not like Panda Express because I know I can get way better Chinese food. As I always did in my childhood, I opted for the Dinner for One. I got fried rice and salt and pepper chicken. Their fried rice is bursting with umami flavor. The pork in it added a layer of delicious meaty flavor. The chicken was juicy and wasn't full of breading at all, unlike many other restaurants that serve their version of deep-fried boneless chicken. The Dinner for One option also comes with fried egg rolls, wonton, and egg-drop soup, which is a delicious set of appetizers. Over time, they did increase the price of their dishes but not by a lot. The price is still quite affordable compared to other places. The serving size is still a lot! I am glad that that has not changed over the years - I always have a second meal when I take home my leftovers. Nowadays, it seems like the restaurant is empty, and that's kind of depressing. This place used to be filled with customers, and finding parking was always a challenge. However, I did notice that they receive a lot of online orders, mainly party trays - which I think is such a good option for food at parties.

Salt & Pepper Prawns. Order this right here! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I'm a believer! It's said that people who live in certain parts of Vallejo have their fav Chinese restaurant and I can testify for the area that votes Annie's as #1! (I'm from a different part of town. Don't tell nobody! lol) This review is dedicated to the one dish that keeps me coming back which is the Salt & Pepper Prawns! Wooo Weeee! The chef has mastered the salt to pepper ratio so every bite is evened out with slithers of onions, green onions, and chopped jalapenos so you will be dancing and eating in Flavor Town! PROMISE! Hahaha what makes it RIGHT is also the way it's coated and fried, it's a nice portioned size headless shrimp that's fried to perfection to achieve that perfect crisp! Other restaurants cook what seems to me to be salad shrimp because 85% of it is the breading! Tsk tsk tsk. Wondering if it'll taste different if you were to order for take out or DoorDash??? It won't! I DoorDashed the lunch combo which comes with soup, 1 fried wonton chip, and 1 egg roll. One SO GOOD combo! The shrimps were still crispy! *I recommend ordering it with steamed rice! So you can fully appreciate the flavor of the dish. Thank me later! *Restaurant is open for dine in.

I used to come here many years ago and loved the food. I was in the area and decided to try again. Pulling into the parking lot I had second thoughts but decided to go thru with it. I was greeted right away and directed to the menu. I had a lunch special with sweet and sour chicken and lemon chicken with chow mein. I waited at one of the table for may 10 minutes if that before the food was ready. I went home and dug into and it was good. Lemon sauce was not as thick or tangy as I thought it would be but still delicious. Ambiance not the best I suggest get it to go.

    Honey Walnut Prawns $11.95

09.12.25- Birthday and needed a quick food for to-go. Ordered via phone and the voice of the lady sounded like she was awaken from her sleep. Ordered Honey Walnut Prawns, mongolian bbq, beef chow mein, chicken fried rice and orange chicken. Was given 10mins and here I am, picking up my order. As I walk in, there was an old musty smell. This restaurant needs a deep cleaning as you can see items all over and maybe a little renovation might help. The appearance and rug was very old. That was since the last owner's items; it's time for an upgrade. Cleanliness is traced from eating area and what more inside the cooking area? If the dining is not appealing, what more in the kitchen where customers could not see? No itemized english letter on the written receipt. So idk what I am paying for. The receipt is just the total that you have to pay which can be questionable for some. 5 items mentioned total was $72.54. The cashier lady was okay but needed more energy when dealing with customers. And a litle smile won't hurt. It's not the same as it used to be for idk how many years ago. I have heard from a famous person that when you walk into a restaurant and notice that the door is dirty, expect that the kitchen is dirty, too. (and it was!) For me, if the smell that will greet you is musty, what else would be expected going deeper in? I have seen a lot of horror chinese food restaurants when it comes to cleanliness. This Annie's has gone down and only two people were eating inside. I guess it's time to google and yelp other Chinese restaurants nearby to try and compare state of cleanliness. Something to think about.

Lack of freshness and Walnuts. Pool of watery hiney mayo sauce.

Shitty a$$ food! We ordered 4 items via Food App for delivery and spent nearly $75, not including the cost of delivery and gratuity. The only item that was worth eating was the Salted Fish and Chicken Fried Rice as it was tasty. Everything else that was garbage! Egg Fu Young was dense and all flour. Where was the cabbage or egg??? It was a thick, dense peice of flour puck heavily drowned in sauce. This item was all Carbs. Honey Walnut Prawns lacked Walnuts and was also saturated in sauce. This item is usually first to go, but sadly, it didn't fully get devour at our dinner table. Ginger Beef was skimpy. Dish should have been called Ginger Straight Up. 75% was ginger and larger pieces of ginger. The beef ratio was skimpy. Disappointing item. The order came with a small single serving of chicken salad tossed in dressing. Yet it was also sitting in a pool of dressing that look like simple syrup. We won't be ordering again. The restaurant lacks good quality ingredients and maybe even needs a new chef.

My parents don't like spice so I asked for them to not have any spice in it. Their wonton ramen was a tonkatsu base and it was pretty good. They had huge mandu style wontons that I enjoyed with the bakchoy and hard boiled egg. The seafood ramen is the most expensive and it comes with shrimp, fish balls, bamboo, corn, sprouts, boiled egg and green onions. The shrimp were huge pieces and I enjoyed the ramen noodles. The flavoring tasted like regular ramen to me. Overall it was a busy flow for a Saturday night both with people ordering take out and those dining in. As for the bún bò Huế, I actually asked the waiter about it beforehand and she mentioned it wasn't very traditional and that she personally didn't prefer it. Honestly, I should've trusted that. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't the best or what I was hoping for. I'll stick to their pho moving forward. I also ordered a to-go soup for my dad, and this is where things were disappointing. The packaging just isn't great -- especially compared to other pho spots nearby. The soup was spilt all inside the trunk of the car. They don't double-bag it, the container itself felt slippery and not very secure. In my opinion, pho like this can be a bit hazardous for takeout if it's not packaged well. To be fair, the spill of the box was partially my fault while juggling my phone, but the container didn't help the situation. I'm mainly sharing this as feedback on the takeout packaging. For me, this is a place I'd rather dine in than order to-go. Overall, it's not a bad spot -- the pho is solid -- but it's not quite my go-to. I'd come back, just with adjusted expectations.
