Food is good, but I must say I am tired of coming here and certain employees acting like the sauce comes out of their paycheck. I'm not sure if they're just avoiding the task of refilling the sauce (maybe I'd be understanding of this if it was communicated) but every time I ask for a certain number of sauces I get GLARED AT. I just spent $40 on three entrees and you're tripping over some sauces you don't pay for? I even offered to pay if it was so serious, but the woman said they don't charge. If you don't charge then give me what I asked for, please and thank you. I've been in the past and had NO ISSUE so this is a recent development. Not to mention when I asked for 6 sauces she took her time sizing up my order and deciding how many SHE FELT I needed, and decided 4 were sufficient. I'm an adult. I know how many sauces my family uses, so do me the decency of giving me what I asked for or charging me appropriately but leave the attitude at home. A+! Menu is easily understandable and what's on the bowl or combo, clearly says! So you can easily customize however you like it! Place is clean. Plenty of seating. Angry Fries- (medium) another hit! Coleslaw is fresh, pickles are crunchy! Well presented! Side of fries- not greasy, tasty! Dip it with their Signature Secret Sauce! They have fountain drinks, self-serve. Chicken tenders are juicy, fried perfectly, not dry. Foods are all fresh. They call your name or number and make sure you have your receipt to verify, it was yours before they hand it to you. What impressed me is that the crews are not skimpy on sauces or any condiments when you asked! Some restaurants will give you a mad look or even make you pay for it! Or even argue with you! Every thing was great except the watered down Mac and cheese. Looks nice and cheese but it tastes bland. There was literally about 2tbsp of watery liquid at the bottom of the cup. Let's start off by explaining the portions for the price it's amazing, I got the combo number one which was two sliders with french fries that actually were more than just fillable size sliders I know during this economy it's about revenue, but I would have loved a drink with the combo. Coming from experience in the food industry I would just give this business two major pointers to increase the revenue, as well as their customer demand and loyalty, labeling the level of heat on the food containers. I witnessed a customer with a group order eating the angry heat chicken. She wasn't upset but a little uncomfortable as she appeared sweating. The team acted fast and of course replaced her meal but that could have been a serious situation. Also, it appeared unintentional, and I don't want to discriminate of their age but customer service could be a bit more welcoming, allowing a customer to scan the menu for a few seconds, not interrupting their thoughts of whom appears to be a first timer looking at the prices and also the combo options. I received the medium heat sliders, but they definitely seem a bit much as far as the heat expectation, I give this company is pointers though, definitely a competition of Dave's hot chicken.
