I usually head to the Filipino Jollibee chain when craving their fried chicken with gravy. This one is a bit of a drive for me but I had a lunch craving! It was pretty busy with the tables full and a long to-go ordering line which I was in. With only one cashier it took awhile, and then another long wait. This was not surprising as other Jollibees have the same slow fast food service. I like that the place and rest rooms appear clean and well kept up. The chicken was ok and the gravy delicious, reminding me of childhood Swanson's TV dinner gravy. The biscuit and mashed potatoes were meh and the pineapple drink way too sweet for my taste. While I'd be hesitant to come to this area alone at night, it's fine during the day, with plentiful parking. read more

It looks like a Jollibee in a run down area. Place looks old. But it was a closest one by Six Flags so we went. Food was good i ordered the spag and chicken and it was great. My family ordered chicken sandwich and it was dry. It had very little smear of the umami dressing. I want to mention, though, that the person who took our order was a bit rude to the person ahead of us. He might have not heard what she said or maybe he did not speak english and anyone could tell she was not pleased with him. We ordered a meal that comes with drinks. I asked what are my options for the drinks. The worker names all their fountain soda and pineapple so I ask for pineapple. Apparently, there is an extra charge for having pineapple which she didn't mention. I found out when I got my receipt. It's not a big deal but it would be nice if you can let your customers know. This happened today, While we were in line waiting, there was an elderly lady checking her order with a staff member wearing a gray uniform, who appeared to be the manager named Rodaly. She was extremely rude to the elderly lady, and after the lady turned her back, Rodaly made a disrespectful facial expression toward her co-worker. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful toward customers -- someone with that kind of attitude should not be working in front of customers. Not going to lie, the chicken here is pretty dang good. After some small shopping at Seafood City, we decided we needed to refuel on food. Hubby had never been to Jollibee, so I suggested it. Presently, they are out of Spicy chicken and was told the spices aren't available but should be back sometime in January. I enjoy the chicken here and the adobo rice. So did my husband. He wanted to try the spaghetti so bad...he did and didn't really like it too much. He said it was overly sweet. I happened to be in Vallejo and was craving some hot crispy chicken. I remembered Jollibee was in Vallejo and decided to give them a try. It had a while since I last had it and I remember it being pretty tasty (Not as good as all the hype, but it was good enough). This was the worst mistake ever! First off I couldn't even chew the chicken, seriously! It was so tough and old! When I pulled the chicken apart, I could tell it was old, the actual texture of the meat was off, it looked freezer burnt. The Peach pie tasted like the cardboard it comes in and the mashed potatoes still had the powder chunks in them. There was absolutely nothing redeeming about this meal. 13 bucks down the drain! I usually go in the morning so it's not really too crowded but I do know that it can get busy during lunch rush hour. It's in kind of a run-down plaza next to the Seafood City. When I arrived the staff person didn't acknowledge me and ignored me, when I was standing right in front of them at the counter. There was one lady calling out orders at the counter ..... she did not look at me for about 10 minutes and served other guests in the establishment. I thought it must be busy, so I waited .... then she started to call customers that ordered at the counter AFTER I had arrived ..... she then begrudgingly looked at me and asked if I had a pick up order.
