I still did have to put ketchup on my sandwich. Perfect quantity for a light eater. If I was younger, one sandwich would not be enough. Atmosphere - Clean decent size location. Interesting drive through traffic, see pictures. What a mess?!?! I am surprised the city lets them have this configuration. Open 6 days a week from 6:30am to 10pm; famous for being closed Sundays. Service - Overall good. From the cashiers to the consistent cleaning people. They seem to have a full time cleaning person, great. Price - $8, expensive in my opinion for what we got. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1946 with Dwarf Grill to 1967 with the first Chick Fil A. And still having the highest same store sales even with being closed once a week. I typically don't feel the need to double-check my order here because the service is usually reliable, but this time our second 8-count nugget was missing. When we returned to the restaurant, instead of being understanding, the staff acted as though we were lying--even after I showed the receipt and a photo of our meal at home. Once they finally gave us the missing nuggets, there was no apology or acknowledgment. On top of that, while waiting, we witnessed staff joking around instead of working. One employee was wearing gloves, scratching her hair, and laughing while another was making inappropriate noises over the speaker. After sitting in some Napa traffic, a quick food pitstop was much needed. I consider In-N-Out / Chick-fil-A as the golden standard for fast food. It's always consistent with service and quality. The spicy chicken sandwich is fire as always. The waffle fries are fresh. The nugs while overpriced, are my favorite. My one diva complaint is that when I order an ice cream cone after my meal, they don't just make it on the spot and add me to the queue behind all the food orders, so it takes 10 minutes to get it lol. read more
