I have to say lately the exceptional, polite customer service they strive to provide hasn't been so pleasant by many of the employees. I do have to give kudos to Michael. He's always consistently pleasant and extremely helpful and you can tell he's there to provide a wonderful experience. On one of my visits I ordered a coffee frost. I saw it sitting out melting away while I was three cars back. I expressed I saw it sitting out. He immediately asked for it to be remade. You have no idea how much that was appreciated.
