This Papa Murphy's always seems to be better than the one in my city. They are always cleaner looking and they are nicer and quick! They offer local deals and honor advertised prices. I ordered a Large special and she offered $3 more to upgrade to family. I like that she observed my hungry household and offered the option! Customer service is good only down fall is that their salads they charge you $7.99 for come with nothing but hearts from the lettuce, sure there's a few good pieces of lettuce but the amount of hearts is disappointing. Do better with that. I'll definitely be back though. read more

To me papa Murphys and Zachary's is the best pizza lol. It is so good and I don't like pizza often myself. But when I do crave pizza, I prefer this. Ordered 3 pies today. The lady on the phone was very friendly when I explained that the person picking up won't have the coupons. But I was shocked to hear my husband report that the " manager" in a bitchy tone said we were not supposed to be able to use a coupon and not have it physically. 06/27 pizza ordered at 5:13 pm. I was charged twice for my order. I called to cancel one of the orders. An hour passes so I call papa Murphy's to ask when the pizza was coming.. turns out they cancelled both orders. Called again to reorder the pizza. Then the pizza is delivered at 6:45 pm and turns out it needs to be cooked. Long story short, 1.5 hours, 5 phone calls later and I have cold pizzas. Save yourself the time and either order dominoes or go to Safeway and buy $5 Digiornios. read more

I love this place! The owner is involved with his store which I always appreciate. The employees are always friendly and professional (which can be hard to find around Vallejo and it's surroundings). The place is always clean and your pizza is ready quick! My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Artichoke on thin crust! I highly recommend this place to everyone. This is a small shop with a fresh cooler filled with cheesy bread, cookie dough, and salad. My personal favorite is their homemade cookie dough! They also have a small refrigerator with drinks. I grabbed them from the open fridge where they have the salads(that's what I was told to do) and the girl gave them to the guy making pizzas on the back table and said "can you throw in some pepperoni" Wells , I just got home and the kids opened their kits and he literally just threw in a handful of pepperoni on top of the other cups with the ingredients/ on top wrapped pizza dough. One kit had a ton and the other one barely got any ... what happened to put the pepperoni in those lil black container cups like the other ingredients? We never received our pizza delivery and when we phoned to ask where the pizza was the customer service was awful. We were staying at the Embassy Suites in Napa, less than a mile from the restaurant and ordered delivery to the hotel. We called in our order at 8:40 PM and were told 40 minutes. At 8:57 PM we received a call from the restaurant to say there were two pizzas ordered under our number, we said we only wanted one. At 10 PM we phoned to ask where our pizza was. They had no record of our order even though the restaurant phoned us earlier!! Really poor customer service - we never received our ordered and it was 10 PM. Domino's delivered in 20 minute. In a house with 5 pizza lovers, which includes a greedy husband, 2 teen boys ('nuf said), a 3-slice eating toddler girl and a 9 year old boy with every pizza shirt known to man- pizza is serious business. I am usually really happy with this place, but this time customer service was lacking. I wanted to use a couple of coupons and the person ringing me up only wanted to use the same coupon for all three pizzas. I asked if the price would be the same if using just one instead of three different ones; she said yes. After I got home I checked the prices and it was not the same! Over paying $5 is not a huge deal, but the fact that I over paid because she didn't want to use different coupons bugs me. Advice: Don't believe them just because they work there. read more

I usually would not do this but... at 4:30 on a Tuesday evening while trying to feed my busy family I called to order. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. So I pulled up, got my 2 year out of the car and as I approached the door... "We are closed for 1 hr" sign on the door. The man said we are doing some cleaning I mean maintenance so we will open back up at 5:30. I explained I had just called in an order and his response. " They should never have taken your order. This store is terrible! They don't get your orders right If you order more than one pizza. they ring up and make the wrong pizza. I stopped in on my way home from work, which is 30 minutes from there, picked up my three pizzas and went home. When I went to cook one of my pizzas it was not the cowboy Pizza that I ordered.
