This is the best subway store ever! Saved my life! See, it's the 31st of July.. and I don't have my monthly check yet. But I had to see a doctor today and I hadn't been fed enough! So I really needed good food to run on for my doctor's appointment. I came into the store and said that my maximum spend was 10 dollars (because that's all I had). She accommodated me with a 6 inch sandwich of my dreams. I even left her a lucky tip of a 2 dollar bill that I signed. [[[ I had the best doctor's appointment ever and I'm good for the next 5 months of life. Everything is good. After I got out of my doctor's appointment I finished off the rest of the sandwich. ]]] This store is always clean and healthy. My favorite sandwich on a good day is a Six Inch Cold Cut Combo on White bread and Cheddar Cheese, toasted. Then I order lettuce, spinach, onions, olives. Salt Pepper Oil Vinnegar. --- Also, don't be surprised if she (the owner) wants to up sale you on a foot long instead of a six inch. This location does not accept subway coupons or the digital deals. They cancel online orders without notice and when you go in they pretend they never received it until they are further questioned. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. I've given them several attempts but they have failed too many. read more

Be aware of how your sandwich is prepared. Went in and ordered footlong philly. The person prepping the sandwich put a little of the meat, then immediately covered the meat with onions. Then she warmed up the bread. She deliberately covered the amount of meat she put in. So next time any of you decide to even try out this place, watch carefully the amount of meat they put, and how they immediately cover it with onion or other non meat items. A cheat. Subs are pretty bad here compared to other Subway locations. The lady didn't know what was supposed to be on the subs. She asked me what I wanted on them. I replied whatever the picture shows. She seemed upset and asked again. I replied I love the subs and like it how it is supposed to be made by default. So whatever is on the picture I would like it like that. She seemed confused and just started throwing everything on it. I had to stop her because she started putting sweet teriyaki sauce on a Philly Sub. Thats crazy. She made the other 3 subs ok but I ordered double meat and she said yes I put double. But I asked her how when I didn't even tell you til after you put the first layer.. so she added a very small amount after.. my kids are hungry so I didn't have time to argue... I paid and left. This place is disgusting!!! The health department needs to come in and do an inspection on this establishment . They have small roaches and gnats. I came in and my order still wasn't ready, yet the lady worker rudely continued to take walk ins before my order that was paid and placed 30 mins ago! I come here a lot as my job is very close and the owner is the sweetest woman ever. Always greets me with a smile and is so happy to help with anything. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing! I frequent here a lot but I've never had the chance to sit inside but they do have plenty of seating to enjoy your meal there. read more

I have been coming to this Subway for quite sometime. Everytime I come in I have been served by "Jeet" who is always very friendly and greets me and others the moment we walk in. I consistently order the same sandwich and it has always been spot on. Prior to using this store I had used another store next door and the food was hit or miss. Having a sandwich store right next to a grocery store is very convenient. There have been times where "Jeet" was busy and she allowed me to place my order and then run to the store while she handled the customers in front of me...and by the time I returned my sandwiches were ready. read more

I live less than a mile from this location and all 4 of my boys LOVE Subway however, we will never return to this store ever again. We went there a few months ago and it wasn't the greatest experience but we at least left with our food... fast forward to a couple of weeks ago- my 9 year old and I decided to go for a late lunch, it wasn't busy- she was finishing up with the only other customer in the store. I was holding a ziplock bag of coupons, which I shuffled through while she was helping me, she looked right at it and continued to make our sandwiches. In the middle of her helping us her employee showed up, obviously late because she yelled at him in front of us and continued to have a nasty look on her face after that. Once we got to the register, I handed her my coupon and she says "we do not accept coupons, only on the app" I said I only have my work cell phone on me and I only brought enough cash with me for the coupon price. She refused and we left without our food. I had to get back to work but realized shortly after arriving home that I had left my work cell phone in the store. I called it many times with no answer, so we returned and I sent my son in to get it while I parked the car (mind you, this store is NOT busy, this was less than 20 minutes after we left and a picture of my sons is my screensaver on my phone). He came back out and told me that she wouldn't give him the phone, she instead insisted that I come in and unlock it in front of her. NOW I was mad. So I absolutely marched right in there and explained to her AND the person in line what a ridiculous experience this was. I even showed them the picture on my phone. This lady is RUDE and should not be running this store... I would highly recommend that anyone considering visiting this location to keep driving a couple more exits to one of the Benicia locations. read more

I had ordered some food online and when I went to pick up my food, they had accidentally gave my food to the wrong person. I got really upset and started cursing at the employees and stuff (mind you I was coming off a night shift and hadn't eaten in almost 24 hours, not to say that, that justifies what I did, it was wrong of me to react that way) and I left the store. The manager called me back and apologized for what happened, I also apologized to her, and she asked me to come back to the restaurant and she will remake my sandwiches.
