Stopped in on the way to a concert and grabbed some food, staff was attentive and food was good. Writing this review because the staff also saved me a world of hassle. I didn't realize I left my wallet at the restaurant until I was an hour away walking into the concert. I spent the entire concert hoping it would be at the restaurant but figured my chances were very slim. After the concert I rushed back to the restaurant and the lobby was already closed. Thankfully the drive-thru was open and the staff had my wallet! They were so nice and quick to check. They picked it up as soon as I left and put it in the manager's office for safe keeping. Idk how this McDonalds only got a 1.8 star review but I went yesterday after a late night casino trip with my pals, Andrew and Jasmine, and everything was fresh and delicious. Fries were crisp crisp crispayyyyy. They gave me a free xtra large fries and an Oreo Mc Flurry because they didn't have anymore apple pies. Very good very nice. Always had a good experience here, they usually always let me know if there's a deal. Last time I ordered a fish sandwich, they let me know there was a 2 for $5 deal. This time I ordered 10 cookies, pulled up to the register and she told me about the 13 for $5. Really appreciate that. Some people would just ring the customer up and say nothing. My orders are usually made fresh. Just one time I had half tough and half fresh soft 20 pcs mcnuggets. Sadly this place has gone down hill. Management needs to step in quick! They have a dual drive through which is great if they know how to work it. This place is probably one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I don't understand why half the time I go here my order is wrong. I spend $27 on breakfast through the mobile app. I show up at the restaurant and let them know I am here to pick up a mobile order and they don't have it. So I order a pay for it at the count and my order on the receipt was correct. When I get home I find that I'm missing my hash browns for my $7 combos. My big breakfast doesn't have the scrambled eggs. Instead is has the whole egg found in the McMuffins. And my breakfast burritos has hardly any egg and NO CHEESE. Who does this? Just came from this McDonald's and one, they forgot to give me one of my drinks. Second, after driving all the way home, it was then that my family and I noticed that all of our food was not fresh.
