    6pc Garlic Parmesan Crispy Chicken Wings

    My wife heard about these chicken wings on Tik Tok, so we had to give them a try. My rating is solely based on the chicken wings: Let's say they put Wingstop to shame! The breading was perfect and the meat on the wings was juicer and more tender than the ones at Wingstop. It slapped so hard, we went back twice! Once yesterday and then again today for lunch! They're only here for a limited time, better cop them mane before they're gone!

    This is the worst. Their service was horrible and lazy. They are very rude to customers and had me waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive through just to place my order. Then when I paid and received my food, I had noticed it kind of sounded like coins were in my food and I thought I was trippin. Until I opened my sandwiches and realized there were multiple coins in my food on the bottom of it. They were handling money and food with the same hands or something. This is discuting. And when I called to let someone know, they had said "okay" then hung up. What a discrase. Never going to Jack in the box ever again. Never go here! (If I could rate 0 stars then I would have)

    Terrible service is an UNDERSTATEMENT! The supervisor on duty (short Hispanic woman with blonde highlights) and employee (Black woman with short curly hair) servicing us tonight were beyond RUDE. One of our orders was a munchie meal. We waited until 9:03pm to order inside to make sure we qualified for the $6 price. First, the employee told us it wasn't available as a combo, despite it being posted on the counter and us ordering it multiple times in the past. I noticed she was ringing up each item (the item, fries, and drink) individually, which made it more expensive. When I pointed it out, she rolled her eyes, and finally brought her supervisor. Her supervisor rung up our order, and upon reading it back to us, it sounded correct. As my boyfriend looked down to grab his wallet, the employee aggressively looked at me with a "WHAT!" look, picking a fight with me over her mistake. We checked the receipt and noticed we were charged the $8 price (the price for ordering outside of the munchie meal hours). We pointed it out to the supervisor, and she claimed it was our fault because the register charges "automatically" based on time. I showed her the time stamp of 9:07pm, and explained that we didn't arrive to the location until 9:03pm anyways. The supervisor blew us off and walked away. Then the employee started loudly talking to the other employees (in front of us!), calling me a b*tch and saying "well, we know who wears the pants in the relationship." Totally not called for. I was only speaking up because she was being confrontational towards me in the first place, and I just wanted to point out their mistake. We waited for our food, and asked if we could refund the munchie meal and place the order again with the correct pricing (to debunk their accusation that it was our fault that the machine rang up the more expensive price). The supervisor got angry and tried to prevent us from asking for a refund. For example, she asked if we paid by card. We said yes, and she said it would take 2 business days to get our refund, so she didn't want to issue it to us. What the heck? I pushed the refund again, and my boyfriend suggested just refunding us the difference if she didn't want to do a full transaction. Once again, the supervisor blew us off and walked away. She came back with 2 dollar coins (we didn't make a big deal that our "refund" didn't include tax). With our own experiences in retail, we knew that they aren't always accepted by retailers. We asked if we could have dollar bills instead, and the supervisor insisted that she "didn't have keys" to open the drawer, so we couldn't get cash. We asked to get refunded on our card instead and that we wouldn't mind waiting the extra days to get our refund, and the supervisor said we "weren't allowed to." She finally came back with (2) $1 bills, telling us "the coins were still f*cking cash" and that we should f*ck off. Really? That was the final straw. My boyfriend and I left very upset and feeling super disrespected. We honestly would've not pushed the refund and let the difference go, if the employee or the supervisor apologized. But given their inappropriate actions and words towards us, we wanted to get things resolved. It was not okay for them to treat us like crap and undignifying, especially over their mistakes. Definitely escalating this to management, and further, if necessary. This is our WORST fast food experience I've ever had, and that's coming from us even working in the industry previously for many years ourselves. -------- 8/30/20 Update: I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, and the employee said no and hung up. Now, they are refusing to pick-up any of my calls. -------- 9/5/20 Update: After posting my review on multiple platforms and escalating the issue, the district manager, Blanca Molina, reached out the next day. She told me she would request for the store manager to review the tapes to see which employees were working, and that they'd supposedly be reprimanded. She wouldn't guarantee they'd be fired, lol. But she apologized and mailed me 2 certificates for free small combos. Does it fix what happened? Definitely not, but at least someone finally showed accountability for the incident and apologized.

Sitting on a busy corner parking lot, this place is super popular so expect to wait, plus parking can be tricky. All said, the service is efficient and people are patient to wait for what they know is a good thing. While waiting you can bag up your own garnishes like pico, salsa, pickled peppers, sautéed or raw onions, and more. I saw some people enjoy their food in their cars, but both times we brought ours home since we live close and the packaging keeps everything together well. Truly the most authentic Mexican al pastor and more you'll find in Vallejo.

I really can't believe people be so excited to be in line for unseasoned food. Never again. So yes this is not a place I'd recommend to anyone.

We order ahead because we're on a tight schedule -- I'm a busy, involved parent getting him to the gym after school. A few weeks back, despite ordering plain chicken, his plate came out with pico de gallo. He won't eat it that way. I didn't have time to drive back, so I let it go. The following week, we ordered in person and the waitress assured me she double-checked the order. My son's meal came out correctly -- but my plate was made plain instead of how I ordered it. Not a big deal. I can eat it. I called simply to let them know there was a mix-up -- not demanding anything, not asking for free food. What I wasn't prepared for was being called a liar. I was told the order was made correctly and that if I wanted it fixed I had to bring everything back immediately -- including the salsas. I explained we were on a time schedule for my son's gym session. Instead of understanding, I was told my "games won't fly" there and that I was being a "Karen" looking for free food. My son was hungry and upset during the call. She heard him. We drove back anyway. I placed the plate on the counter, and once she saw it, the mistake was obvious. Only then did she offer to remake it. At that point it wasn't about the food -- it was about being accused of lying and being publicly disrespected in front of my child. Weeks later, I noticed the order was never refunded. I had to dispute the charge with American Express to get my money back. I've supported this restaurant for years. This wasn't about a wrong plate -- mistakes happen. It was about how we were treated when trying to resolve it. I can't return after being called dishonest and a beggar over a simple order issue. Expliqué que teníamos que ir al gimnasio. La respuesta fue que mis "juegos no funcionaban ahí" y que estaba siendo un "Karen" buscando comida gratis. Mi hijo estaba llorando de hambre mientras escuchaba todo. Aun así regresamos. Puse el plato sobre el mostrador. Cuando lo vieron, quedó claro que el error era real. En ese momento ofrecieron rehacerlo. Ya no importaba. No era la comida. Era el respeto. Semanas después noté que nunca hicieron el reembolso. Tuve que llamar a American Express para disputar el cargo y recuperar mi dinero. Un error en una orden es humano. Acusar a un cliente fiel de mentiroso y de mendigar comida no lo es. Perdieron mucho más que el valor de un plato esa noche.
