Trash can nearest to the counter was overflowing onto floor, tables not cleaned and although there were only 2 other customers. More staff than customers. She put the fajita pita on the order screen and punched in the no lettuce and no tomatoes options. It's been just ok here, seems to be the only JITB near home, the one near my work is more expensive. Orders are usually correct but sauces are a challenge, sometimes don't have them and once I got maple syrup for my eggrolls, wtf! Tonight, hadn't eaten in over 12 hrs (my fault) so by the time I got to this location I was ready for some grub! While I feel most locations severely declined in quality, sometimes I'm just craving those eggrolls! I only saw 2 or 3 cars in line, but the front car was sitting at the intercom for like 15 minutes! I couldn't see the other 2 cars by the window. Finally started slowly inching to intercom, waited a few, someone then asked me to hold on, but I couldn't hear what she said so I started ordering but she stopped me. Waited a few more then I could hear her talking to someone else, the she said 'are you ready?' - wanted to say I've been ready for 20 minutes! I order, then was asked to speak up, ordered again. Was asked questions about the first part of my order, had to repeat drink and size 3 times, 2nd part of order was forgotten so I ordered that part for the 3rd time, then had to say sourdough jack 2 more times to the point i was yelling into the intercom. I was sure she repeated it back but there was some metal thing near the menu that kept moving and making a loud, very uncomfortable sounding noise. Got to window, waited some more. Guess my drink got overfilled so she was pouring some out of the window, it got on the 50 napkins she gave me, then dripped on my sweater, she apologized and said they we're really busy. Got 2 bags and drove away, she was nice but the whole crew seemed to not really be able to handle 5 cars in the drive-thru... they could learn a lot from in-n-out employees! Reached in a bag to take a bite of the sourdough jack but pulled out something with a chicken sandwich wrapper, then found curly fries which I hadn't ordered in the other bag, and another 50 napkins. I was fuming at that point, but felt a box that I hoped was the eggrolls I had been craving, and it was. I also discovered the contents of the 'chicken sandwich' wrapping was actually a butttery jack! Although I really wanted (and ordered) a sourdough jack, I had been considering a buttery jack before I got there. I bought some food about an hour ago, precisely a jr. bacon cheeseburger and some curly fries. When I opened my bag of food, it was literally a bun, a slab of the hamburger and a tomato with onions? No cheese, bacon, ketchup, it was doused in white sauce. I understand they were busy, there was about 10 car wait. But I had a simple order and mine was the fastest. Went to go get a late night snack for a friend. I pulled up at 9:40. The drive through land was packed and the window says inside doesn't close until 10pm. I walked up to the door and they had already locked the door. One side wasn't closed and I walked in and one of the workers said they were closed. I mention that the sign on the door says you guys don't close inside for another 20 minutes. The lady behind the cash register says there's nothing I can do if your already in here. I'm extremely glad I got off the freeway and stop here after looking online to see their dining room hours start 6 AM seeing that it was 6:58am when I pulled in the parking lot. Since there was a car on the back of my repo truck the drive-through was not an option and I specifically looked this location up and made sure the dining room hours or 6 AM. When I walked up to the door the gentleman sweeping the floor on the inside simply shook his head no at me and pointed to the drive-through. When I asked him and pointed at the sign on the door stating the dining room open an hour ago he still shook his head and said drive-through only. I would not be writing this review had he given an explanation of why the dining room was closed but since his lazy ass couldn't even do that for a customer. Perhaps he is not fully capable of speaking the ENGLI. I'm not gonna knock this place 100%. We were ordering our food. The manager was sooo rude while i ordered. When i was done with my order i was like "that will be it for that order" and she says that she cant do separate orders but she can split it at the window. So i was like "okaaaay?..." i order the rest of the food. We get to the window. Tell her what the first order will have. I give her my friends money and then when i told her what the next order has, she said that she cant do it anymore. She said "i'll just charge everything in your card and they can pay you back their part" We were in shock and were sooo mad. I've been going to this jack in the box for years and they usually have great customer service. I like how in most of their restaurants you can see how the workers prepare your food within viewing distance, even in the drive thru. Their night shift crew is especially helpful. However this is not the case in the mornings, the drive thru worker wasn't polite. He didn't acknowledge or say anything and just took my card to pay. Then he forgot to give me my cream and sugar. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and it was incorrect. I asked for cream and sugar and he replied with a "mm-hmm"? What is that?
