Tacos Dos Hermanos is my favorite food truck in Vallejo. It's on the expensive side, but worth it. I honestly haven't had anything that tastes like their food. The flavors are consistently good. They do accept cards, though there's a small fee, which is good to know. Pro tip: call and order ahead, especially if you're hungry. I usually get the carne asada fries and a super burrito to share between two people. The super burrito is huge, one of those arm-length burritos that easily feeds more than one person. This was also one of my go to spots for burritos while I'm on the go and I know people also like their tacos, ceviche, and tostadas. Prices have gone up in general over the years but I was shocked to see a $20 super burrito back when it was less than $10 in the past. I love Carne Asada and I got the carne asada regular burrito and it never disappoints, can last me up to 2 meals. I also got the pickled vegetables, red and green sauce as well as chips. I didn't have to wait too long, they're located at the parking lot across smart and final at the old furniture store parking lot and there's a table outside off of Sonoma Boulevard. This is my favorite taco truck in the area. Their asada burritos are flavorful and are cheaper than other trucks I go to. The spicy salsa is really good, I'm not a spice person but theirs is flavorful more than it is hot. I also like the carne asada tacos with melted cheese. The beans on the tacos isn't something I was used to but they're good and I like the extra fiber. If you're not into that just ask them not to put them on. This is a no frills, great quality taco truck. We have a lot of tacos trucks to choose from, but here the quality of the meat is better than the other trucks. Their super burritos are bigger than other locations and do offer carne asada fries. I always ask to make the fries extra crispy. I decided to go to this taco truck because I was in for something new. I wanted to try a different taco truck. So I went and I got a super burrito al pastor and a coke. The staff there was very friendly and attended me quickly, not a long wait, unlike other places. So I payed for my burrito and my coke, and I thought $18 for a burrito was a little expensive but I didn't complain I just made my purchase. The time frame for the burrito was pretty good- didn't have to wait too long for my order they made it in a timely manner. So I got my order and went to sit down and upon opening my bag I realized that the burrito was equivalent to a subway footlong and I realized the burrito was huge but I didn't complain. So I ate my burrito and it was delicious and every bite I munched into was worthy. If I could I give more stars I would. Highly recommend this is establishment. read more

Best lengua (tongue) tacos I've ever had. We moved away from this area to SoCal and I still can't find tacos that compare. It comes with beans and they serve with a yummy grilled onion. Prior to going here I had never heard of this place. I was there going to the furniture store and couldn't help but smell the wonderful aroma of fresh tacos coming from the truck. It drew my attention over to the truck and I ordered a spicy pork taco and regular chicken burrito with all the fixings. The service was great and friendly. I did not have to wait long for my food also. The food was reasonably priced as well. Once I got home and was able to eat, I quickly realized why so many other people were there ordering m their food as well. IT WAS DELICIOUS. CASH ONLY Picking up lunch for the office, and been looking for a new burrito spot since I've started working in Vallejo. I ordered an Asada Burrito ($7) and a pastor and carnitas taco ($1.5/each). The burrito was on the smaller side compared to what I'm used to getting, so the tacos was a nice add to satisfy my Hunger. The burrito was OK, the meat is chopped really small so it gets lost in the rice and beans, leaving the flavor almost non-existent. With the red and green salsa, it helped make it not as dry. The tacos were also OK. They both tasted exactly the same but I think next time I would order no beans BC it dries out the flavor. My colleague ordered the Steak Fries. My recommendation would be to have them fry the fries a bit longer because they were undercooked and a bit soggy. Probably not gonna come back, but if I do and I have a better flavor experience, I'll be sure to update the review read more

This is my fave taco truck HANDS DOWN! To be completely honest no one in Cali can top them in the consistency and endless flavor! I will come here anytime I'm passing through Vallejo. The carne asada tacos NEVER disappoint, they are so flavored and the beans are an extra delicious touch to the tacos. A hint of onion with small roasted onions on the side. We've ordered a regular size burrito, steak fries, and a side taco. Here is my take on it. STEAK BURRITO - 6.8/10 Rate I have a thing for steak. When don't you crave for burritos now a day? This steak burrito was adequate. The meat is well cooked along with rice and cheese. This is pretty authentic, however, not the best burrito I've had. STEAK FRIES - 3.5/10 Rate You always gotta have a side dish when you're eating a burrito. The steak fries definitely lacked the prospects of my anticipation. The fries were extremely stale and soggy. There was no crunch into it. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the cheese was melted unevenly. I was pretty disappointed with the results and presentation. TACO - 7/10 Rate Their taco is stuffed with steak, beans, cilantro, and onions alongside with lime and jalapeno. Overall, it's not bad. The jalapeno really spiced it up. CONCLUSION In conclusion, this taco truck is just okay. Definitely not a bad truck when you are around the area. The lack of quality of the steak fries really stopped this review from getting 4 stars. But the Burrito and tacos are adequate. I've always drove by this place and it was Tuesday so ya know I had to get some tacos. Luckily, Tacos Dos Hermanos didn't disappoint. I got 2 carne asada and 2 al pastor tacos all for $6! The meats had decent flavor and portions. Not sure if I'm fat or it's because I just came from the gym, but I was still hungry and could def eat a couple more of their tacos for reference.
