Their service is always quick despite the long line of people there. Their complimentary pickled onions, grilled onions, and carrots along with their homemade sauces really take the burritos and tacos to another level. When he got home we saw that my tacos were plain- not what he ordered. He called them to let them know of the issue and they told him that he could get drive the 15 minutes back to the truck and pick up sides of onion and cilantro. Bringing the tacos that they messed up on and getting it replaced with a fresh correct order was not an option. THEY didn't make the tacos as advertised/ordered, and their solution to fixing the error THAT THEY MADE was for the customer to drive back to the truck to get the toppings that THEY forgot. After using gas and spending time going back to the truck for the toppings, they then expected us drive back home and sprinkle them on cold old tacos. Keep in mind that these tacos are six dollars each. To add more insult to injury they cut costs by skimping on the cheese. This is a dish that I've ordered quite a few times so I know how it usually looks. This time around it looks like they sprinkled it on the corner of one of the tacos to give that melted/crusty cheese look, but there was barely any inside. He said there were people working that he hadn't seen there before so I'm not sure if that's what's contributing to the piss poor service, but whatever the case the solution that they gave for an error that they made is ridiculous.
