They were a little spicy for me, but not enough to take away from how much I enjoyed them--I devoured them. I had originally hoped to try the fancy grilled cheese with honey and bacon, but it wasn't available that night. Fortunately, the menu had so many tempting options that it was still hard to choose. My husband and I went to get lunch here as the power is out on the base and husband was on lunch from work. We ordered brunch in a box, crispy chicken sandwich, and honey grilled cheese. It took a long time since there was only one person and I honestly don't mind that as long as the foods good. My husband took his brunch in a box. Said it was pretty mediocre. The waffle was burnt on one side and soggy so my son wouldn't eat it. My chicken sandwich was okay. I expected better from the description. It was not put together well. Felt like ingredients were just thrown on. Chicken was overcooked and stringy. Figured it was a coleslaw with jalapeños in the coleslaw. It was coleslaw with cut jalapeños on top. I got a grilled cheese for mom. She said it was decent for what it was. Didn't really taste the honey. The fries were disgusting. Sorry not sorry. No salt. Just tasted gross. Let's start by saying great customer service. I seen the truck on campus of my employment when I went on my break. I placed the order by phone before my lunch break so food was ready when I got there. I ordered the Turkey Club that came with fries. Sandwich was good, plenty of turkey, thick cut maple bacon and the freshness of the tomato and onions made it perfect. The fries were a little disappointing because they were thin cold fries with no salt. They seem to be sitting for a while; maybe that's what I get for calling ahead ( they were aware the time I was arriving). Worst omelette I've ever had. Imagine you took the onions, tomato, and jalapeños off of a burger and threw it into an omelette without cutting them up. While walking around the Vacaville outlets on a recent outrageously hot weekend, I spyed this food truck. Well I was on the verge of hangry.. and needed some fooood soon. I went back to my husband to yell at him for waiting so long to order (I'm pregnant and very hungry).
