I always look forward to them coming to my work for lunch. Wait can sometimes take a bit long but within reason and the food is pretty consistent. My usual is the taquitos which is served in an aluminum box in a bed of lettuce with some jalapeños and a bit of guac on the side. Service could be friendlier. Worst omelette I've ever had. Imagine you took the onions, tomato, and jalapeños off of a burger and threw it into an omelette without cutting them up. It wasn't even supposed to have jalapeño it was supposed to have bell peppers. However, the other food looked fine and ppl seemed to like it, and the servers were polite. Let's start by saying great customer service. I seen the truck on campus of my employment when I went on my break. I placed the order by phone before my lunch break so food was ready when I got there. I ordered the Turkey Club that came with fries. Sandwich was good, plenty of turkey, thick cut maple bacon and the freshness of the tomato and onions made it perfect. The fries were a little disappointing because they were thin cold fries with no salt. They seem to be sitting for a while; maybe that's what I get for calling ahead ( they were aware the time I was arriving). Lol over all the food was good and plenty of options with a variety menu. what ever your in the mood for they offer it; from breakfast, burger, tacos, seafood, sandwiches. Definitely worth trying. Good food! We tried Brunch in a Box at an outdoor event in Vacaville. Food was very good, and the portion sizes were as expected. We order the Chicken & Waffles, Veggie Omelette to name a few. Everything was good. Prices were a little high, in my opinion, for a food truck where you just eat outside on folding chairs/tables. I would honestly expect those prices at a sit-down brunch place where there is a server. BUT the food was very good, can't deny that! Tried the steak tacos and jalapeño poppers. The jalapeño poppers came with six and ranch dipping sauce. They were crispy and yummy. There was no cheese pull from the type of cheese that's used. I ordered two steak tacos, which were filled generously with meat. While walking around the Vacaville outlets on a recent outrageously hot weekend, I spyed this food truck. Well I was on the verge of hangry.. and needed some fooood soon. I noticed they had a table chair setup with a covered tent setup next to the truck. Bonus! So off I go. As I walked up from the side of the truck, I had a glimpse of the inside. I was highly impressed with how clean it was. It was very clean with a white interior. That impressed me; so I continued on. The menu was diverse... breakfast items, waffles, fried calamari, street tacos...so munch more. I ordered 2 street tacos... asada and chicken. They were $2.50 each. They corn tortillas were warmed up and lightly grilled. I got 2 tortillas per taco. The meats had flavor, I could tell they were marinated prior. The serving size was not stingy. Had the spicy fried chicken sandwich, there was no buffalo sauce added to the chicken, the chicken was the size of 2 chicken nuggets, and also the cheeseburger, which was overcooked without char. Fries were cooked wayyyyy well done for how thin they are, with significantly too much salt. Do not get food here. I walked up right when they were closing, and they didn't have enough ingredients to make all the tacos I asked for. I went back to my husband to yell at him for waiting so long to order (I'm pregnant and very hungry). A few minutes later the owner came over and brought me a couple steak tacos that she had made with what they had left. She was incredibly nice, and wouldn't even let me pay when I tried!
