The menus to choose from were extensive. The food was delivered promptly. The portions were generous. I really ordered too much food. For the Thursday night dinner we had crab stuffed salmon, tri-tip, mashed potatoes (the best and most creamy ever) and asparagus. For Friday nights dinner we had fried chicken, shrimp and grits, macaroni and cheese and greens. Everyone raved about the two dinners and we had plenty of leftovers to eat for breakfast and lunch the next day. For the repast, following my mother's funeral, we chose all of my mother's favorite finger foods. The menu included three kinds of chicken wings, crab toast, bruschetta, cheese and meat platters, mini chicken and waffles, meatballs, etc. The desserts including peach cobbler and apple cobbler which were also a hit. We also had punch - one punch bowl we spiked with vodka and the other was without.
