It had an abundance of food cheeses, crackers, spreads, jams, dried fruits, pickles, and more. We used this Scratch With Lover Catering for two large family meals (20 - 30 people) and for my mother's repast (about 50 people). Princess was easy to work with. The menus to choose from were extensive. The food was delivered promptly. The portions were generous. I really ordered too much food. For the Thursday night dinner we had crab stuffed salmon, tri-tip, mashed potatoes (the best and most creamy ever) and asparagus. For Friday nights dinner we had fried chicken, shrimp and grits, macaroni and cheese and greens. Everyone raved about the two dinners and we had plenty of leftovers to eat for breakfast and lunch the next day. For the repast, following my mother's funeral, we chose all of my mother's favorite finger foods.
