The chicken held up well though, still being crunchy. The seasoning was nice with bits of herbs shredded over it. In light of this, getting a sauce or flavor to dip things in would've been great though I don't remember if it was an option when I was originally ordering. The banchan was in a packed and worked well enough for the meal. Flavors still worked out well for the food, I'd be interested to see what the rest of the menu tastes like.

As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with fresh, hot bread, which was the perfect start to the meal. Our server, I believe his name was Ulysses, was clearly very busy, but you could tell he was working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. He gave us excellent service, and the entire staff was attentive despite how packed the restaurant was. The food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Did the pull test on the brisket and it responded perfectly. They even thru in a few burnt ends Ribs pulled from the bone easily and the finish was perfect. Coleslaw was just the way I like it, a little sweet and crisp. Beans were really good, they can be all over the place but these had the perfect finish of sweet and savory. I don't live very close to Tommy's but this will be my go to anytime to eat or bring a meal home.
