When I raised the issue, the chef dismissed it as their "style," claiming the meat is intentionally not meant to fall off the bone. That explanation doesn't justify the lack of tenderness, it simply felt like poor execution. The brisket was the only redeeming item! Tender, flavorful, and done right. Everything else, failed to impress and didn't come close to the reputation this place seems to carry. Overall, aside from the brisket, this was a disappointing and overhyped experience. Not a place I'd go out of my way to return to.
