After a long day at Six Flags, we stopped at this In-N-Out location. The drive-thru line was spilling into the street , and there were at least 70-80 people inside. We were literally starving, and I was in no mood to be disappointed so I had to come where I know workers are use to handling big crowds of people, I didn't expect that many people to have the same mindset. What I respect is the workers maintained their smiles and professionalism, serving customers with remarkable efficiency. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, even under such heavy traffic. The condiments were all full, the drink area was all wiped down lemonade full. In today's society great customer service is becoming rare. So I can always appreciate giving credit when credit is due. We figured it would be quicker to go inside versus going through the drive thru. Not sure why you have such a low rating?!?! You are so much better operated than the Vacaville location. Quality/Quantity - Consistent. As creatures of old habits, we always get the same order. Two cheeseburgers, one with raw onions, one with grilled onions. Again, consistently good and well balanced. Well when earned, I allow myself to share an order of fries, but I have NOT been eating healthy so no fries for me again. Atmosphere - A tiny parking lot, but it looked like so many people parked next door at the HUGE Denny's parking lot. I am not suggesting this. Drive thru location. Wrapped around the building, walk safe. Consistently clean location. Repairing the men's restroom today, but still usable. Just a long line, like being at a sporting event. Open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 1am or 1:30am the next morning. Service - Tony is the best, I am lucky to always get him as my cashier! So happy and welcoming and friendly. Made a pit stop here on our way to Sac. Needed a little in n out cheeseburger. Decided to go through the drive through. It was a long wait to order and get the food. But what in n out doesn't have a long drive through line? I can't speak to the inside or cleanliness. We ordered with someone outside and that person who took our order was friendly. Allright, I gotta give this In-N-Out location major kudos. We had a craving for animal style fries on a Friday night at dinner rush hour 6pm. We knew the drive-through line would be long, but decided to throw caution to the wind! When we arrived, the line wrapped around the building, through the parking lot, and blocked traffic lol. The place felt like an amusement park, with a dozen hungry firefighters inside and people parking across the street to scramble inside and order at the counter We stuck with it anyways, and as it turns out, the line moved along quickly, and we were departing with our food within 30 minutes. Not bad! For a family of 4, we paid $35 that evening, way more affordable than Five Guys, and just higher quality food compared to McDonalds and the like. What a great business model...to keep your menu simple, your prices reasonable, and apparently paying your employees starting at $22/hour. You don't always have to overcharge your customers or underpay your staff to run a successful business! I wish other corporations would take notice... read more

This is your regular In n out, but with limited parking and the drive-thru line kind of blocks the entrance, so walking in from your parking spot with kiddos may involve being a bit more cautious. Same great fast food, cheap prices and quick easy. We popped in on Monday at 3pm to no line, which has never happened at an In N Out before, so there ya go. This In-N-Out is located in a convenient location for us on our way home from the Bay Area. We went inside to order to break up our car time and there was a very long line. Compared with other In-N-Out experiences, this line took a lot longer than expected to reach the register and even longer until our food was ready. But the service was very friendly and, who knows, they could have been training new hires. We got our usuals: double double animal style for him, grilled cheese animal style for me, and french fries animal style to share. Yes, we are fans of animal style! Being inside, I could see for the first time how they made the fries animal style by putting a slice of cheese over the container of fries and then placing it under a broiler to melt (with the grilled onion topping mixture). The Grilled Onions set this place apart from all the other fast food burger places. Without the grilled onions the burger would just be ordinary. Just thinking about this place makes my mouth water. The only problem I have is the long drive thru lines, but they will try to speed it up by bringing a person outside to start taking your order before you even get to the speaker box. If you eat inside during the rush it will be loud and active but always clean. With nearly no customers inside, but a number behind the counter, nobody cleaned the tables (and floor was filthy) . Inflation is really hitting hard and prices have increased 20% in less than a year. Sheesh! Still... it's hard to find a quick dinner for two for less than $20 these days and that's still possible at in n out. Two burgers, fries, and a drink will set you back just under that amount. As always, service is friendly but food delivery is slow. 16 minutes to deliver food after we completed our order. In their defense, it was 6 pm on a Friday and people are just getting off of work and heading home. After a long week at work, I don't feel like cooking dinner either so... here we all are! The burgers were fresh, fries were cooked perfectly (this time) and the fountain drink machine was fully operational. The new low cal lemonade was even stocked (a rarity among locations).
