When you're an east coaster, In-N-Out is a must visit. It's iconic, cheap, and delicious. We stopped by for a late lunch on a trip back from Napa to SF. We figured it would be quicker to go inside versus going through the drive thru. We were able to order pretty quickly, but there was still a bit of wait time which is to be expected at such a well-loved establishment. We got our burgers to-go. My fiance always opts for the animal style burger, I like it classic. We got a swirl milkshake which was ok to me. The inside was their classic diner fast food vibe. There was plenty of parking too. We enjoyed our burgers on the road.

Not sure why you have such a low rating?!?! You are so much better operated than the Vacaville location. Quality/Quantity - Consistent. As creatures of old habits, we always get the same order. Two cheeseburgers, one with raw onions, one with grilled onions. Again, consistently good and well balanced. Well when earned, I allow myself to share an order of fries, but I have NOT been eating healthy so no fries for me again. Atmosphere - A tiny parking lot, but it looked like so many people parked next door at the HUGE Denny's parking lot. I am not suggesting this. Drive thru location. Wrapped around the building, walk safe. Consistently clean location. Repairing the men's restroom today, but still usable. Just a long line, like being at a sporting event. Open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 1am or 1:30am the next morning. Service - Tony is the best, I am lucky to always get him as my cashier! So happy and welcoming and friendly. He is one of the main reasons this location is consistently 5 stars in my opinion. Price - $9, inexpensive. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1948 with your 358+ locations and still keeping it within the family!! Thanks for keeping it simple and good!

Made a pit stop here on our way to Sac. Needed a little in n out cheeseburger. Decided to go through the drive through. It was a long wait to order and get the food. But what in n out doesn't have a long drive through line? I can't speak to the inside or cleanliness. We ordered with someone outside and that person who took our order was friendly. I Ended up just getting one double double and one cheeseburger no sauce or extras. It definitely hit the spot.

Allright, I gotta give this In-N-Out location major kudos. We had a craving for animal style fries on a Friday night at dinner rush hour 6pm. We knew the drive-through line would be long, but decided to throw caution to the wind! When we arrived, the line wrapped around the building, through the parking lot, and blocked traffic lol. The place felt like an amusement park, with a dozen hungry firefighters inside and people parking across the street to scramble inside and order at the counter We stuck with it anyways, and as it turns out, the line moved along quickly, and we were departing with our food within 30 minutes. Not bad! For a family of 4, we paid $35 that evening, way more affordable than Five Guys, and just higher quality food compared to McDonalds and the like. What a great business model...to keep your menu simple, your prices reasonable, and apparently paying your employees starting at $22/hour. You don't always have to overcharge your customers or underpay your staff to run a successful business! I wish other corporations would take notice...

This guy Pedro!!!!! The best service by far that I have ever encountered at any location!!!! He deserves the employee of the year award!!! He is awesome!!! And Roger deserves a kudos too!!! Great guys!!!

They kicked everyone out while we're were eating the food we ordered

Trying to enjoy a rare dine-in Saturday lunch with my family and while eating our food, they kicked out everyone in the restaurant stating they were closing for maintenance issues. Hopefully whatever it is didn't contaminate the food we were eating. Boo! Be better in & out. I'd expect that kinda sloppy restaurant management from some garbage fast food franchise, but not you. Thanks for ruining my family lunch.

I've never had an issue before I was so disgusted & disappointed to find this hair in my fries. Definitely not mine - Inspect your food before eating.

Super personable, great energy, and made the whole experience feel effortless. I ordered the peanut butter and jelly burger--smash-style patty with bacon, peanut butter, jelly, Tabasco, and pickles--and wow... one of the most unique and satisfying burgers I've had in a long time. It hits that perfect balance of savory, sweet, and nostalgic. I asked Paul what he would pair with it, and he absolutely nailed it. He introduced me to "Chimp My Ride" from Solano Brewing Company, a rich stout with chocolate and peanut butter notes that complemented the burger perfectly. It honestly brought back that childhood lunchbox feeling in the best way possible. On top of that, Chef Jamie personally brought out the food and took the time to connect--great conversation, great presence, and you can tell there's real pride behind what they're doing here. The vibe, the style, the food, and the people all come together here. Easy five stars. I'll definitely be back.

Within minutes, I knew I'd found exactly where I wanted to spend a hot summer afternoon. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between neighborhood tavern and craft beer destination. Vintage bicycles hang overhead, dozens of rotating taps line the wall, and the energy is lively without ever feeling chaotic. Whether you're catching the match, meeting friends after work, or simply escaping the summer heat, Rustwater has that welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay for another round. Following the bartender's recommendation, I ordered the Chicken Ciabatta from the specials board with a side of crispy tater tots, and it was absolutely the right call. The sandwich arrived beautifully presented on a perfectly toasted ciabatta roll with just the right amount of crunch. Inside was juicy grilled chicken layered with smoky bacon, melted provolone, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and a flavorful pesto mayo that brought everything together without overpowering the fresh ingredients. Every bite delivered a wonderful combination of textures and balanced flavors. The tater tots were exactly what great tavern food should be, golden, crisp, and light on the outside with a fluffy interior. They became downright addictive when dipped into a combination of ketchup and a Ghost Hot Sauce that once they are out they are out adding a slow-building kick that complemented the crispy potatoes perfectly. As I enjoyed a cold pint from their outstanding rotating tap list, Spain put the finishing touches on a 2-0 victory over France, sending them to the World Cup Final. Great soccer, an exceptional craft beer, and a fantastic lunch, it doesn't get much better than that on a scorching summer afternoon. Rustwater has earned its reputation over the years, and it's easy to understand why. Friendly service, an outstanding craft beer program, elevated tavern food, and an atmosphere that invites you to linger long after the final whistle. If you're looking for one of downtown Fairfield's best spots to enjoy creative tavern fare, explore an ever-changing lineup of craft beers, and catch the big game, Rustwater Kitchen & Taproom deserves a place on your list. I'll definitely be back to see what's on tap next, and without question, those crispy tater tots will be making another appearance on my table with the ghost hot sauce, if still available, due to the company going out of business.
