Unlike the WingStop across the street, I recommend this store. Let me explain. My son and I are in town for the Air Show tomorrow out at the base. I figured it would be easier to come over tonight to make it much easier tomorrow morning...and remove the two-hour drive. Ok...back to this Chick-fil-A. The first thing you notice - or at least the first thing I noticed - was how organized the crew worked. There were 10 employees on the inside of the counter and they were all working together. The next thing I noticed was the attention to detail for safety. All the outside staff were wearing reflective safety harnesses and were truly watching out for traffic. The inside team cleaned things you wouldn't expect them to with germicidal wipes. What I mean is this. When I see employees cleaning trays in a McDonalds, I see them using a simply cloth with water. Tonight, I saw the staff member (working the register) cleaning table tents with germicidal wipes whenever she didn't have customers. Lastly, the funny thing is that they are both fast and slow. I received my order fairly quickly for the number of cars in the drive through - rivaled only by In-N-Out - and in the lobby waiting. But damn if it didn't take a long time. So what I'm really saying is that it's a great location, but don't expect quick. read more

My husband and I enjoy stopping at this location on the way out of town for a quick lunch. The location being right near the freeway is perfect. We have never had bad customer service or food. We have ordered for inside and to go and the order is always correct. The employees are always nice and I am constantly seeing them cleaning the tables and the restaurant. This most recent visit was no different. We went on a busy Friday afternoon and we still had the same service. We both wanted to try the Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich which tasted fresh and delicious. The fries are always great. An employee walked around and offered us refills and mints. Environment: We placed a mobile order ahead of time on our app and had a short wait before the food was ready. Staff members were warm and friendly. The place was clean and well lit. We placed an order for dine-in through the app and selected the table number once we arrived. Our food was brought to the table with in 5 minutes and everything was correct. The restaurant wasn't super busy even though it was just at the beginning of lunch time. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. The only thing I didn't care for were the cow bells all the kids were ringing. I guess they are included in the kids meal? Anyway, it was hard to hear the person I was with right next to me. Quick service and plenty of seating. Our order was taken by a courteous gentleman and delivered minutes later by a young lady. Both giving off an air of confidence but not an air of bravado. The restaurant was busy inside and at the drive thru. Even so, the tables that were unoccupied were cleared and clean. I ordered the limited time spice pimento chicken sandwich. The Hubs and son both had the Delux. I was happily surprised with the mild heat and overall flavor of my sandwich. My boys were very happy with their own choice making it another Chick-fil-A win. read more

The chicken was pretty good since it was freshly cooked along with the fries being hot and tasty with a good amount of salt. This time I didn't have to add extra. The sauce is good as always, love the flavor, and I practically dip chicken, fries, and bread in there so I order 2-3 extra sauces depending on how I feel. However, I will say that the size of the chicken I received was sadly not up to par. I had one piece that you could count as maybe half or less. I wish it was a bit bigger. The service was thankfully fast as it's fast-food anyway but they are pretty nice which is great! Ambiance is as you'd expect though I wish there was more parking or better flow of parking. Thankfully it's next to the mall so you can park close by but if you're looking to park right by the actual shop itself, better hope there's no line going out for the drive thru read more

I couldn't tell you how many times in the past year I have eaten at this Chick Fil A! It's close to work, the food is always hot and tastes fresh, always accurate orders and pleasant staff. I mean, what's not to love?!? This location is "tucked" away on a side street by Chevy Tex Mex. Right off I-80, Travis Blvd exit. The drive thru line is always long, but, it usually moves quick. I pick up more orders, go through the drive thru that I have eaten inside. It's very busy at lunch time and can get chaotic when waiting for your food at the pick up counter. It's roomy inside the restaurant. There is a play area for children. The drive thru was recently renovated and I highly approve of the new look! :) I'll be back for my next chicken fix! I received my order and it was incorrect. After waiting for them to correct it they asked me for the sandwich back which I had already touched. I asked if I could keep it due to the inconvenience and time wasted waiting extra time for my correct order. He said no that it was against policy. He proceeded to throw the sandwich away IN FRONT OF ME and offered me a 5 count nugget. So he wasted good food and proceeded to waste more by giving me more food. I was the last one in the drive thru on Friday night. I ordered the 4 count chicken strip, kale salad and a medium waffle fry. When I got to the window they said the strips were gone and offered an 8 count nugget instead. Sierra at the window asked if that was okay I said sure. After I drove off I dug into the bag. My fries were mushy and lukewarm. The nuggets tasted like they were at the bottom of the fryer the whole night. Hard. The kale salad was limp and no crunch to it at all. I should not feel like if I'm the last in the drive thru that means my food will be sub par. I called the store number all day today, but it goes to a voicemail that is full. Chick-fil-A is a good place, but it isn't GREAT. It has the same items, which limits what you can order. Sometimes the nuggets are on point, nice, and crispy, but other times, they are soft and soggy. Fries are also on and off. Sometimes they are cooked perfectly but really salty. Other times they are cooked perfectly but under-seasoned. Sometimes they are soggy. Burgers are just burgers, nothing great. One area where they excel is in customer service. I have yet to go there and experience lousy service. I usually order a salad, and I have nothing bad to say about it. I am disappointed they took away the spicy grill sandwich. it gave me something different to put on my salad beside the normal nuggets or grilled chicken. I love the sunjoy and have had their coffee and other drink options. All have been great. Sometimes I go just for that. read more

I absolutely love this location and the food. The service and quality are always on point and there is never a miss. Call me silly but even the ice is tasty! I love the crushed ice in the beverages. This is probably my favorite location in Solano County. I always order ahead to save myself time. The curbside and dining room pick-up options can be slow sometimes but I have learned to have grace and patience. So many places are understaffed and this location is always busy. They still have good customer service, I have never gotten an incorrect order, they're efficient with the drive-thru, and they aren't stingy with sauces (unlike the Vacaville location). Their chicken is cooked better than the Vallejo location in my opinion, especially the nuggets. Consider using the app to gain points for your purchases either by ordering ahead or by scanning the bar code in the app when paying. You can redeem the points for food. She came up to my door and stared at me for a few seconds before asking for my name. She just overall seemed like she was part of the "I don't like my $20/hr fast food job." THEY FORGET FOOD OFTEN & DONT REFUND! Beware. They have forgotten food via drive upon multiple occurrences. This most recent time I came back two days later and talked to a "manager" and they asked for proof of purchase, I showed them my Credit Card charge with date, time and location and they denied any sort of refund or replacement because it wasn't sufficient in showing "your order". It's ridiculous, we lose out on money. I even called the DAY OF and left a VOICEMAIL upon purchase, have yet to hear back from them. Sucky service. read more

This place is right off the freeway, so it's perfect if you're just passing through, or if you live in the area. They have two drove through lanes, a large parking lot that is shared with other restaurants, as well as parking right out front. There are a few handicap parking spots, as well as regular. It is wheelchair accessible with a ramp off to the left side of the building where your chair can go up, or if you just have trouble getting up a curb. The inside area has a play place for children, as well as a ton of seating area, which is always kept clean and free from garbage or dirty tables. The workers clean regularly after customers, even if it's busy. Every time I come, I get the chicken sandwich, with Mac and cheese for a side. The Mac and cheese is always made that day, and has the cheese on top that crisps up (my favorite part). They have a pretty good array of sauces to choose from. I usually go for honey mustard or the Polynesian. They don't freak out if you want extra sauce or get stingy like other places do. The customer service is always excellent. The staff are friendly, and they will always ask you if you need anything else. I have never encountered a rude employee here. I would definitely recommend this place.
