My husband and I enjoy stopping at this location on the way out of town for a quick lunch. The location being right near the freeway is perfect. We have never had bad customer service or food. We have ordered for inside and to go and the order is always correct. The employees are always nice and I am constantly seeing them cleaning the tables and the restaurant. This most recent visit was no different. We went on a busy Friday afternoon and we still had the same service. We both wanted to try the Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich which tasted fresh and delicious. The fries are always great. An employee walked around and offered us refills and mints. We have tried different locations and this one has always been our favorite.

What's up: After spending the morning exploring the wineries, we stopped by here to grab a bite to eat. Parking: Plenty of parking available that is also shared with the nearby businesses. Environment: We placed a mobile order ahead of time on our app and had a short wait before the food was ready. Staff members were warm and friendly. The place was clean and well lit. What was ordered: - Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich (yum) - Waffle Potato Fries (also yum) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Food was good and the staff was friendly. Since we came during the lunch hour, it was busy but the tables were still pretty clean. Credit cards are accepted.

Manager assures me all buns come with flour on the bottom, one bun is nearly raw and covered in a thick layer of flour and refuses to make it right. I'll pass the potential E. coli and not be returning to Fairfield cfa ever again

The chicken was pretty good since it was freshly cooked along with the fries being hot and tasty with a good amount of salt. This time I didn't have to add extra. The sauce is good as always, love the flavor, and I practically dip chicken, fries, and bread in there so I order 2-3 extra sauces depending on how I feel. However, I will say that the size of the chicken I received was sadly not up to par. I had one piece that you could count as maybe half or less. I wish it was a bit bigger. The service was thankfully fast as it's fast-food anyway but they are pretty nice which is great! Ambiance is as you'd expect though I wish there was more parking or better flow of parking. Thankfully it's next to the mall so you can park close by but if you're looking to park right by the actual shop itself, better hope there's no line going out for the drive thru

This is the 2nd time I've opened my sandwich to find what looks like a fly on the lettuce. The 2nd time this has happened.

I couldn't tell you how many times in the past year I have eaten at this Chick Fil A! It's close to work, the food is always hot and tastes fresh, always accurate orders and pleasant staff. I mean, what's not to love?!? This location is "tucked" away on a side street by Chevy Tex Mex. Right off I-80, Travis Blvd exit. The drive thru line is always long, but, it usually moves quick. I pick up more orders, go through the drive thru that I have eaten inside. It's very busy at lunch time and can get chaotic when waiting for your food at the pick up counter. It's roomy inside the restaurant. There is a play area for children. The drive thru was recently renovated and I highly approve of the new look! :) I'll be back for my next chicken fix! See ya soon! :)

I was the last one in the drive thru on Friday night. I ordered the 4 count chicken strip, kale salad and a medium waffle fry. When I got to the window they said the strips were gone and offered an 8 count nugget instead. Sierra at the window asked if that was okay I said sure. After I drove off I dug into the bag. My fries were mushy and lukewarm. The nuggets tasted like they were at the bottom of the fryer the whole night. Hard. The kale salad was limp and no crunch to it at all. I should not feel like if I'm the last in the drive thru that means my food will be sub par. I called the store number all day today, but it goes to a voicemail that is full. Chick-Fil-A used to have the best customer service, but that is not the case anymore. I want my money back and my food order made hot. Someone reach out to me please. Thank you

One of us ordered a salad and she did not like the dressing it came with. One of the employees (Willis) overheard her mention it and was Johnny on the spot offering to remake the salad with a different dressing. Months passed and we went back. I immediately noticed how friendly the staff was. Like crazy friendly. Like... maybe they even enjoy their jobs friendly (in food service that is pretty rare). This time Jerry took our order. Super friendly and interactive. I mentioned that he seemed really happy. He informed us that one of his favorite artists was dropping a new album that night and couldn't wait to hear it. We went back a few days later and Jerry was there again. I asked him how he liked the album and then we got into a discussion of music. We discovered we had very similar interests. Anyway, we are now very regular customers. I have met Jerry, Willis, one of their new hires, Miah, and their new Manager, Travis. Every time I go in, if I meet someone new, they are just as friendly as everyone else. I am slowly getting to know them all. Also, I now have my favorites. The Almost Fried Chicken is really good as well as the Chicken Parm. If you are looking for a place with a positive atmosphere and good eats, be sure to put this on your list. I just want to add that I've now been there several times since writing this review and every time, without fail, the interactions have been unbelievably positive. It is SO obvious that they care about their customers. There are people I forgot to mention, also, so wanted to add extra shout-outs to Sierra, one of the managers, who obviously knows how to treat her employees and her customers. And I recently met Brae Lynn who seems to have been a fantastic addition. It's gotten to the point where I'd almost rather eat there than eat at home. In short, if you've had a bad day, head on over to Mendocino Farms and get a shot of positivity. I'm pretty sure that's free. The food is a bonus! Why go to some fast food place where people hate their jobs? We know it. They know it. They know we know it.

I initially booked an olive oil tasting but later discovered that it was more of an educational thing where you have to sit in a room. With a baby and a dog , I was hoping we can just enjoy that outdoors but they weren't able to accommodate. I hope sometime in the future they can change that . Instead of the olive oil tasting , I decided to have lunch outdoors. It was such a beautiful day and a tad windy . We started with some cocktails. Pomegranate Margarita : 5/5 it was the perfect blend of tangy , slightly sweet and the salt rim balanced all the flavors nicely. Also , it was pretty strong . Charcuterie $45 : Wow the presentation for this charcuterie was beautiful . Everything on the board was yummy and was a nice snack for grazing and enjoying it with the cocktail . I really liked the sweet walnuts , olives , wagyu sausage , pickled carrots , cauliflower , & the fig jam . 5/5 French onion soup $20 : I never really think to get a french onion soup but I was convinced that this was the best thing ever .. and guess what ?! It was !! This was probably the best french onion soup i've ever had . It was super rich , savory , and slightly sweet from the carmelized onions . It also had some delicious melted gruyère cheese that was oozing with the soup . The puff pastry on top was soo good . It was nice and comforting . 5/5 Prosciutto and Brie $30 : Dare I say this was probably one of the tastiest sandwiches ever ?! I can't believe prosciutto and brie can taste this good . The combination of garlic aioli , pickled shallots , red onions with farm greens mixed in the sandwich really brought out all the flavors. The only downside is for the portion idk if it justifies the price 4.5 /5 Ordered a special Pre fixe menu that came with farm salad with Quinoa + Olive oil icecream puff pastry dessert $30 + 10 salmon add on to salad . Salmon quinoa salad : This dish was super simple but the fish was cooked to perfection . It was super moist and the quinoa was fluffy and the salad was nicely dressed . 5/5 We had a great time and the food was fantastic. I'm really happy this place was dog friendly and family friendly. It's so hard finding places that accommodate both . Service was great . Luis did a good job on making sure we were taken care of . He was always checking in on us during our meal and was even whispering when the baby was napping . A+ service . Overall this place is a hidden gem . It's a tad pricey for lunch but the quality and service makes it worth it . We will definitely be back again to try the other delicious foods !

Ever since my company transitioned to working from home, I don't get to visit nearly as often. Now it's more like once every year or two, so I decided it was time to come back and see if my old favorites were still as good as I remembered. I ordered two items that I used to get all the time: the tri-tip breakfast burrito and the Southwest tri-tip wrap. The restaurant is still a great place to grab breakfast or lunch. They have comfortable booths, a few tables, bar seating, and music playing in the background that gives the place a nice vibe. The menu is displayed on the wall along with their daily specials. One thing I noticed is that my old favorites weren't listed anymore, so I had to ask for them specifically. They also sell some of their food cold so you can take it home and heat it up later, which is a nice option if you're craving their food. The cashier was friendly, but I think she was new because she wasn't familiar with the tri-tip breakfast burrito or the Southwest tri-tip wrap. Another employee stepped in to help, and everything was taken care of without any issues. The two meals came to around $37-$39, with each item costing roughly $17-$19. It's definitely on the expensive side, so I was hoping everything would be just as amazing as I remembered. The tri-tip breakfast burrito absolutely delivered. It was a generous size, wrapped in a nicely grilled tortilla, and packed with plenty of eggs, cheese, and flavorful tri-tip. As I was eating it, I realized I forgot to ask them to add peppers like I used to, and I also wish I had ordered salsa on the side. Even without those additions, it was still every bit as good as I remembered. I would absolutely order the tri-tip breakfast burrito again. Unfortunately, the Southwest tri-tip wrap didn't have the same magic. The Southwest sauce looked a little discolored, the meat didn't really look like tri-tip, and the overall flavor just wasn't what I remembered from years ago. For the price, I expected a much better sandwich. Since I've had so many great experiences here over the years, I'm willing to give the wrap another chance because it's possible I just caught them on an off day. Overall, it was great coming back to a place that holds so many memories. The tri-tip breakfast burrito reminded me exactly why I used to come here several times a week, while the Southwest tri-tip wrap left me a little disappointed. Even so, I'll definitely be back for another breakfast burrito, and I'll give the wrap one more try before making up my mind.
