Pretty empty place. Used the mobile app to order food and the guy was nice enough to ask if it was me cuz he didn't want the tacos to get cold. Funny thing was they were fresh but only lukewarm. Meat was a little bland so had to use two sauces for one taco! The weirdest thing was they had the bathroom door open and IT SMELLED really bad! They had a fan going on which made the smell waft into the dining room. Yikes! The worst part was I wanted to wash my hands but one of the two bathrooms was closed and the other one had a dirty bucket full of grey water and a wet floor so I was like, "eh. that's okay...". People were nice but not the best JIB I've been to! read more

On my lunch hour sitting in the drive-through just finished placing my order. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, a cheesecake, and a small iced tea. Of my order I was told that they are out of cheesecake. And they don't have small size cups only child size medium or large. After she asked me what size drink that I want. And then she proceeded to tell me that they are out of ranch dressing they only have balsamic and southwest. Not too sure if I feel that my lunch order was for filled at least I'm able to still get the salads, I suppose. Drive-through flowed pretty quick there was about five cars ahead of me. Other than that the drive-through visit seemed OK. read more

So why in the world burn the crap out of eggs, cheese melted all over except where it was to be. The sausage croissants was horrible, and they charged $7.49. What a waste of money. All went in garbage disposal even it grunted when I ran it. They should change their name to CRAP IN THE BOX at least at Micky D'S the eggs are cook correctly. Guess what folks you lost me as a customer. Micky D'S is my new place to go. read more

Jack and the box... Where do I even begin! In my opinion it should be called Sergio in the box! The amazing service I received when getting my food countless times with a smile from that kind young man should be appreciated! Not only that the food was excellent and let's just say my munchie meal satisfied me in more than 1 way! Now whoever writes these bad reviews have never been served by Sergio or Mario! Now let's make the box great again! read more

3 Jan 2020: Jack-in-the box - an American fast-food restaurant chain was founded by Robert O. Peterson in February 21, 1951. The restaurant rebounded in popularity in 1994 after a highly successful marketing campaign that featured the fictitious Jack in the Box chairman Jack character. Jack has a ping pong ball-like head - and spots a yellow clown cap, two blue eyes, a pointy black nose, and a linear red smile that changes with his emotions, and is dressed in a business suit. I had several of those balls - but the antenna balls have since been discontinued due to the demise of the mast-type car antenna. Spicy Chicken: The buttermilk house sauce helped cool down the spiciness of the chicken. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - a perfect bite. Fries: Oh boy, I could not stop eating... Oreo Shake: My biggest problem here is trying to use the straw. The shake was so thick, I had to use a spoon. Ultimate Cheeseburger: Looks good but I didn't leave room for it. Tacos: Oops... ordered too much food this time around. Overall: 4.5 of 5 (today's rate on the window service) read more

Jack in the Box - my favourite fast food - Burgers Near Me - Fairfield, California

They might as well just close this location! I rarely buy fast food but I made a quick stop against my better judgement. First red flag, I should've turned around when I noticed all the "returning soon" stickers on many of the menu items on the drive thru. These are items that have been on the menu for years! Then there were portions of the menus completely missing! I select my order. Then I ask the girl for 2 tacos. Her response, "We ran out of tacos." WTF?! Then the girl just threw my meal in the bag and completely wasted it all over the place. She spilled it! This location has a history of running out of items. The previous few times last year I came here...they were out of French fries...FRENCH FRIES! Another time their soda machine was not working so they didn't have soda! The time before that I had to wait 15 mins in the parking lot for my order after already waiting 10 mins in line in the drive thru to order due to the line. This place needs some serious consulting. The owner of this restaurant has got to be an independent franchisee because this location is horrible. The people who work there have no customer service. There is AlWAYS a problem when ordering, they are always out of supplies, condiments, a menu item. The worst Jack n the Box ever! Thank you for reminding me why I don't like fast food. read more

This Jack in the Box has gone down hill. They constantly get your order wrong. I ordered a bacon & swiss buttery jack with extra onions in the drive-thru, when I got back to work and opened my lunch I have a burger without bacon, without onions and with ketchup, which does not come on the sandwich I ordered. The box is marked as a bacon & swiss buttery jack, but it wasn't. The cashier was friendly but that was the only good thing about my visit. My visit was 8/18/2023 around 11:25 - There was not another car in the drive-thru, they were not busy in the restaurant. There was absolutely no reason to mess up my order other than pure laziness. read more

The food was good but the service was bad she wanted us to park which was fine but how she said it was very disrespectful and I understand that she wanted her time to be good in the window but she shouldn't have talked to me like that. Not sure why this location has such bad ratings I was attended at the drive thru by this young gentleman that goes by the name Sergio he was very kind and respectful to me food was amazing I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich I really recommend it, overall A+ staff and A+ food one of the best locations I've visited. Props to the manager whom hired Sergio and the staff preparing my meal. Wish everyone the best read more

It's really a zero score for me. Horrible customer service and unsanitary bathrooms. The gentleman working the front register told me to use the bathroom that had feces all over the toilet as well as urine everywhere and this was after he went in and looked at it himself. I felt like he thought it was funny since he kept smirking when I was talking about how disgusting it was and I felt it was disrespectful to even suggest that customers use it in the condition it was in. I asked to use the other stall but he claimed it was closed down because it was clogged. If that's the case that tells me a lot about this location and how is being ran. People are just clocking in for a paycheck these days. They could care less about the level and quality of service they're providing their customers. Then had the nerve to ask me if I was ready to order.. I'm like dude you can't be for real, after all that you think I want to eat here lol just unbelievable and I don't even eat fast food anyway but if I ever were to it surely wouldn't be here smh read more

Service with a smile and enthusiastic. However, they sold me a very stale tacos and maybe thats why they are smiling at me? I was wondering why they are so fast at the drive through. By the time i came to the window they already have my tacos ready. Old tacos was re-fried and served. Very bad for business!!! I hope the owner sees this comment and retrain their employee to discard expired food away or cook only upon order like what their mottos advertised. read more

This place has no customer service and they suck at order accuracy. Not to mention the guy at the window sticks his arm out before you drive up and stops you before the camera captures your car and starts the clock on service speed. These five stars are for the older black woman who has worked here for YEEEAAAARRRSSS and continues to smile and work hard even at this terrible store in a terrible location. She makes the best of what she has!! I tried to get her name but I didn't want to hold up the line. I don't usually eat fast food but sometimes I'll crave those good old curly fries and there she is ready to help. My receipt said Joyce? I visited Jack in the Box today for breakfast. It's been a while since I've had breakfast at a Jack in the Box but today was Friday and why not. The drive through wasn't busy so I was able to move pretty quickly through it. I ordered only a Breakfast Jack. When I returned home and looked in the bag, there was a hashbrown. Asked for a chicken sandwhich and I'm wondering why its so flat like and weird. The bread was torn and it seemed as if it was microwave from how the mayo looks. It turns to oils when warmed up. I was so hungry, so I hoped that I don't get sick. One gross thing was the inside of my wrapper had dried up cheese on it. Like where did that come from when there was no cheese on my chicken sandwhich . Ugh sick of these fast food chains and low quality standards the food has gotten smh. read more

I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. This location is horrible. All the employees on this particular day were horrible and could care less about customer satisfaction. Horrible crew on this particular day. The only crew member who was not out right rude and obnoxious was the Hispanic heavyset young worker. My apologies for my description of her but I didn't catch her name. All others were rude and should find another field of work. The cook and the other Hispanic worker lied directly to me multiple times. Although I have been refunded I also feel like I deserve an apology for the way I was treated. I will never visit this particular location ever again. I typically visit the locations in Marin County. Food is cooked correctly and is always tasty , fresh and hot. Workers who take pride in customer service and quality food. This location needs work. Needs better customer service training and needs more training on how to prepare quality food. Very very disappointed in this location. read more

Got my order wrong, didn't offer to correct it and tried to charge me $1 for a cup of water. Avoid this place at all costs.

So after a long day of not eating I finally drive in to get a dinner and sleep. I order a Cheesy Bacon double cheeseburger 7.90$. Simple. I get my food and drive home. Well i go to eat it and my box has a Front Counter Custom sticker on it. Odd! I was in the drive thru at 1140pm and I didnt specialize it. I open it up and sure enough its stone cold and hard. Gross! I return allthe way back to the store they take the burger and microwave it. From past work experience it takes 3-5 minutes to cook two FRESH large patties on a grill, even with the press. They handed it tome both times in under a minute. I asked them to make it fresh and they refused. I asked for a free cheesecake for the trouble and they refused. They refused to print up a receipt both times. She claims they were "out of receipt paper". No, you dont want me having your name is all. She then proceeds to hand me a refund I never asked for and hands me 5.60$ 3.30$ less than the price I paid. She refuses to hand me full change and tells me to take my "bitchass home and come speak with Maria tomorrow". I was then told to leave. So I went home starved, robbed, disrespected And without proof of purchase. Never eat here again. I didnt get her name but she is red, maroon dyed hair, chubby and totally rude at the drive thru overnights. She should not be working there nor should the cook for serving the food as such twice. read more

Go somewhere else! Not only did they get our order wrong, but when I went back to get the missing items I saw the food prep area and it was disgusting... fries all over the counters, on the floor, papers napkins, wrappers, and every kid I saw working (if you could call it that) looked like they were stoned! And that was just the kitchen! read more

I understand it's hot but customer service should not lack because of the temperature. I just came through the drive-through and had a coupon and ordered some extra food on top of the coupon. When I got to the window he asked to see my coupon when I handed it to him he snatched it out of my hand I also was waiting for a total before I handed him my card and he seemed annoyed that I would not let him charge my card before knowing a total. The whole time he was on his cell phone asked me 3 different times what kind of sauce I wanted! The young land who handed me my food didn't say have a good day did you need anything else nothing just closed the window!
