0 stars if I could. AWFUL. I placed a mobile order and provided proof of payment as well as the code. They claimed they had no order in their system. I continued to try to show them proof of payment and order as well as the location ordered at (which is correct). The lady at the drive thru window, Yuritta, just shrugged and said there's nothing she can do. I asked to speak to manager to at least get a refund if anything. The manager, Jose, asked for the code, which I provided to him but he refused to check. Just said "I don't see it". He claimed there's nothing he can do and told me to call McDonalds and complain if I want. I proceeded to attempt to show him the proof as well. He was rude and unprofessional. He told me to get out of line and slammed the drive thru window in my face. FIRE THIS STAFF!!!!!!!! Update: Contacted corporate. Seems they're ok with fraud. They don't mind customers being charged double so their staff can keep the extra money and food... sooo heads up. Minimum wage increased for these workers, yet so did their attitude and entitlement LOL. If you have money to waste, just go somewhere else. They know you're not going to turn around and go back, so they don't care" I live near this McDonald's. I moved to Vallejo about 6 months ago and this McDonald's is at the exit where I live. I also work a job with odd hours so there have been a few times I've been through this McDonald's drive-thru late at night and every time they screw me. And every time I say never again. But I keep hoping that it will be better the next time. Sadly it never is.The food is cold, they leave something out of the order and they partially fill the fries. I think they do this on purpose to increase profits. So my last visit was the worst. Large fries and they were not even half full (see photo) and they forgot the sauce for the McNuggets. This isn't just bad food or service. This is like ripping people off. This is truly the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. I learned my lesson. I won't go back. For a McDonald's, I would give this place a 9/10. When I went inside the service was fairly quick and the food came out fast as-well. The environment was friendly and to be honest I have no complaints about the service. Unlike other locations, the workers here were actually friendly and quick to get some ketchup that I asked for and didn't leave me waiting for minutes. This may have been our best McDonald's experience, ever. There was an absolutely lovely girl at the register. I wish she'd had a name badge on so I could give her a shout out. (It wasn't on the receipt, either.) I'm coming over a stomach flu and am already lactose intolerant, so my stomach is hopelessly sensitive right now. She managed to piece together the most perfect order like a pro, and for that I'm forever grateful! We were road tripping when we stopped in, so of course we hit the banos too. They were very clean! Have never seen a more rude staff at any Mc Donalds. No customers other than me and my son in the restaurant at 7:18 pm still took 5 minutes for anyone to come talk to us at all. It took me knocking on the counter for the girl who had made eye contact with me 3 times already to yell "hey there is some asshole at the front" she yelled it in spanish I added the translation. I know I don't look like I speak spanish ... Surprise. Maybe you could tell her not to judge a book by its cover in the future. I didn't call her out in it, I just got my son a drink and we left. Ever had that craving for certain food/dessert and all of a sudden lost that craving with so much disappointment?? I've skipped fast food for a while and tonight decided to go to McDonald's to get 20pcs Chicken McNuggets, large fries, fillet o fish and Hot fudge Sundae. Sharing them with everyone at home. This gal told me my orders were ready, so i stood there while she was filling up my cup with vanilla ice cream. I think their machine was broken because she was having a hard time getting the ice cream out. Turned out as if a 3yr old put the ice cream in the cup‍. So then she was going to put the hot fudge which turned out to be empty. She asked if i wanted Caramel fudge instead and i said NO. If there's no hot fudge then I'm ok, I don't want it. Her manager suggested to just use the bottled chocolate fudge sitting on the side counter. This gal was wiping the side of the cup because it was just a mess!! I don't get why she still made it whilst i had mentioned couple times that I didn't want it anymore!?! She handed it to me. And i just, wow. I'm not the type to make a scene. But i was so disappointed by their work ethics. They should not have made it anymore!!Moving on, I asked for a ketchup for my fries before heading out and they didn't have those little packed ones for to go. Asked for BBQ SAUCE and she gave me SALTS!! She then went back to get the sauce and handed me 1 BBQ sauce for my 20pcs McNuggets. So displeased with my experience at this location!! Question, how do you ask people to leave while eating? So I go in at 8:40p and at 8:57p the young lady walks by and says we close down the lobby at 9p. I ask "Is that you kicking us out" and she says "Yes". So people who are eating have to get out of the restaurant......never seen that before, and to be honest it seems like a simple lack of training as I know this could not be a common practice. I fully understand the young lady does not understand different functions of her role but this is a basic concept. read more

Worst place to get food from pure rude staff, I have to get food from them for people working in my house. Ordered 5 big mag number one in the manu. They give me 4 sandwiches and five drinks, get home the guys told me about the messing sandwich, i have to drive back to Mcdonlad and go through drive through again, to be ignored by the staff, and when I asked about the missing sandwich it was there sitting over the counter. Give it to me without any apology or sorry, I ask to add French frid and will waiting for it, I hear one of the staff asking "what she's waiting for"; will I m waiting for a complete decent and respected order please. I normally wouldn't write a review for McDonald's but I had such a good experience here. The staff were super friendly and the restroom was extremely clean. I like that the staff has to push a button to unlock it for the customers. I'm sure this prevents vagrants from going in there and keeps it nice. McDonald's is great for its sector. McDonald's knows how to compete and does it very well. This location gives great service. The food is always good and They have so many offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner that are healthier choices and under 400-500 calories. You can eat a new grilled chicken sandwich and select the fixings. I love that. You can have what you like to eat quickly and cheaply. McDonald's is a good brand. I love them. read more

This location is the epitome of bad customer service. The orders are always incorrect. The workers are always distracted, especially the younger workers. Asked for the receipt since they got the order wrong, they reply they already crumbled it up... Even though we were still at the window. Really bad macdonalds-don't go here. Waited in line 20 minutes while they tried to figure out a hooka's order in a silver Mercedes (7" blue green hooka fingernails had trouble digging in slop bags). Bad combo when staff is unable to speak hooka and the hooka is unable to converse in Mexican. I just pulled out of line and left-even though I paid for my slop.
