I was told my order had not been started and I would need to wait until everyone in line was served first. I use to love coming here BUT my most recent visits have been crap! They are having the employees make SKIMPY sandwiches. I paid for 6 different sandwiches, which 4/6 were made all wrong. The poor young man that made them was there on his own during dinner rush, that time I used the app so I was able to use the coupon. When I go I'm to use the coupon the manager points to the wall and says we don't accept that here, I tried to explain to her I had use them in the app not even a week before she was not hearing it all. She is rude. While I was in there the young man that made my sandwiches before was there and the way she talks to him is very mean & nasty. She use to be so friendly and talk to you but not anymore. They would not accept coupon even though it was valid and said could be scanned in store. Forced us to order online and wait in the queue. Would not take our order. She was ignoring customers in front of her to argue with me because she wanted me to stand in a particular spot. Demanded I speak to her supervisor on their phone even though I declined multiple times. Two customers in the same 30 minutes had the same issue. When she was obviously upset spoke in her native language and was definitely talking crap. Advised to put a sign on the door to explain that they don't accept coupons directly. On my last visit I was served, most likely, by the same gentleman who served her. He refused to honor my coupon, and he also refused to accept my gift card. Horrible customer service! I'll continue to patronize this Subway, with discount coupons, if he is not there. If he's the sandwich maker, I'll spend a couple dollars more and get my sandwich, chips, and soda from the Safeway right next door. read more

Visited the Los Robles store in Vallejo last night (10/7/22), after making a mobile order thru the application. My previous visit to this store was very good,and enticed me for a come back. This visit was however severely lacking. To be upfront, This review is not about the Latino Lady who took care of my order. She was perfect and consistent in every way as I observed her over the course of fulfilling numerous customer orders. What the problem is, is with the managers. The managers brought this very nice latino lady into their store from another store in order to staff it for the night. She was there by herself all through her shift. The manager apparently was there at the beginning of the shift, but ran out after a few minutes into the evening shift, and didn't return until the end of the shift iwith a key n order toi close and lock up the store. Now here's my beef. This manager sabotaged this latino lady for failure from the start. The chips display was not adequately stocked for the beginning of the shift, there were no 40 ounce cup lids as they were out of lids, and they had run out if Italian Herb with Cheese bread as I had gottten the last one and they substituted italian bread for my son's sandwich without saying anything to us or holding up the order for us to select a different bread of our liking before building the sandwich. To top it all off, you don.t leave a young lady alone in a store at night in an area that is easily robbed at night. No other coworkers, no security in the store or walking around, nothing at all. It was so concerning, that her husband and daughter were watching the store from the parking lot until the end of her shift. This manager doesn't care about their store, they are only interested in the maximum amount of profit they can wring out of this store while only putting in the least amount of work. No wonder this young latina mother was in tears and telling me she was going to quit this job by the end of her shift. I would have had a very heated discussion with this manager if they had been in the store. You have adequate inventory in stock and on the display shelves for your customers to purchase, you have inventory in stock so customers can purchase and cover their their drink purchases and not spill the contents over their vehicle interiors, you make sure that you have the materials necessary to build a sandwich at the beginning of each shift including breads, if not, pop in and bake what you need at shift start, and most importantly you ensure the safety and security of all your employees at all times, and you never leave an employee alone and by themself especially at night. All you are showing the world is that you are an extremely negligent business prerson and don't care about the welfare of your employees. What is it going to take for you to realize that fact? An employee laying dead on the floor of your business? Be forwarned right now! The next time I come into your store, it will be as a "Secret Shopper" and I will grade you strictly by the book without leniency. I am often referred to as a "Troubleshooter", and will rip you a new one with the same ruthlessness that you have shown to your Employees and Customers. Remember this clearly, my reports go directly to Corporate, and are read by the higher up suits, including the President and CEO of the Corporation. Company owners and franchisees alike have lost their busness' because of unfavorable reports from "Secret Shoppers". So the question you need to ask yourself is this, Do I run my opportunity like a CASH COW or do I run it like a BUSINESS? The choice is yours, and when you next get shopped will tell everyone all they need to know. read more

I think good or bad experience depends on location and the server you get. If you have a good server, it makes all the difference. Similarly, if you get a shit one, that will be the experience you walk out with. Overall, I've had good servers at the Glen Cove location, but yesterday was a little different. The woman who made my sandwich was a little non-chalant and non-caring. She was just there b/c it was a job, slapped ingredients together. This was on 8/27/21 at around 12 noon, so if the manager cares, you can look her up. Returned on 9/3/21, had a different server and this one was worse, very clumsy in putting my sandwich together and slow as molasses. I tried to use a coupon and he said, "no, we don't take it" when it had been honored at this location before. Don't know if ownership had changed, but the "server" may be the new franchise owner/manager. He acted like he never made a Subway sandwich before. He was all thumbs. read more

Yay!! A Subway closer to home. Who can complain about a $5 footlong sub? Not I. The lines are never long and it looks a bit messy behind the counter and at the cashwrap but I just focus on getting my food and getting on with my life. The credit card machine isn't always working so you should ask first, if this is the only method of payment you have. The place is small but it's fine by me. Even if you show that the coupon us accepted in all U.S. Subway chains, this one doesn't accept them at all somehow or they just don't want to accept coupons or try so scan them on their qr code scanner at all. I went to get a sandwich last night. The guy could hardly speak English or understand English so finally after a few minutes we got my sandwich made not the way I wanted it. But there are also three homeless people in there that he was letting me use the bathroom they were sitting at the tables. And when you came in they smelled really bad.
