When it comes to fast food chains, I usually know what I'm getting so it's long as it's at least not far. There's no issues there. In this particular location that people really friendly and hard-working. The facilities are clean so I can't complain. The drive-through line was consistently long, so it was surprising that I couldn't get a refill until I find out no refills. The ambience was also dirty, and most staff were focused on fulfilling orders. A customer with children even had to clean their own table. Since McD has gone over to kiosk ordering this location has gone down in customer service, ease of kiosk use and cleanliness of seating area. The food is typical McDonald's but there is no other VALUE dining there. I have given this establishment multiple try again but it consistently has fallen short. Using the app is a chore as well. It is cumbersome and requires too many steps to get an order in and it is slow. read more

I feel like this place really is not welcoming. No one says hello they are very involved with drive through. I am a visually impaired person so trying to order at a kiosk is not easy for me. I get to work early and dine in at this McDonald's and I go in to order. I'm there place my order and 4-5 car get there food before I get mine. The problem is I ordered and I see the cars pull up and get their food before mine. I asked is it better to go through drive thru and then come in. She said probably then she said she was by herself. They locked the lobby, told no one, didn't post a note on the door, just refused to open it to anyone and a customer inside opened the door, because they too were unsure of what was happening, and the lady with red hair yelled at him saying "don't open my door without my permission!!" I am very upset I was there recently and I witnessed some drink lids fall to the ground the young man who was working was picking them up to throw them away and his manager yelled at him and told him not to but he should stock them back with the other lids he responded by telling her they touch the ground and with everything going on with Covid it makes sense that the young man would throw them away that's what anyone would do I was so disturbed to see that management had yelled or gotten upset with him for throwing the lids away he did the right thing I don't understand why management would be telling this young man to restock lids that had touched the floor I think this young man deserves a raise and management should be spoken to read more

Normally this restaurant is consistently high quality. They seem to care, they are nice. Food quality is hit or miss. Like today. I ordered a sandwich and requested tomato for .50 and leaf lettuce .40 be added as an extra, because they are important to me. Here is a picture of my .40 lettuce as I was realizing it is almost non existent, and definitely not leaf but fragments of shredded. Three stars for inconsistent quality. The conception of "fast food" speaks for itself. Customers are not looking for a fancy meal. Fast food instead is associated primarily with speed and accessibility, affordable prices, accurate orders, and friendly customer service. We have visited this McDonald's probably 5 times now, usually to grab some road trippin' snacks (typically a coke or coffee, some chocolate chip cookies, and sometimes some nuggets or a McDouble.) Expectations for taste, service speed, and affordability have always been met. Unfortunately, we have had problems with professionalism and accuracy of our orders for the last 3 visits related to the chocolate chip cookies. In the first cookie incident, we paid, and as the girl was handing us our food at the second window, she informed us that oatmeal raisin had been substituted for 3 of our 4 chocolate chip cookies. Yuck. When we said we didn't like oatmeal raisin, we were told we could let them know at our next visit and get a couple free cookies. Sounds a little sketchy. I probably would have preferred a refund, an offer to make a fresh batch for us, or maybe just letting us know when we ordered that they were out of cookies. Ok, these things happen sometimes. No big deal. The next weekend, we were planning to go on a long road trip. We passed by here near the start of the trip, ordered maybe 20 nuggets, a few coffees, and 6 chocolate chip cookies. By the time we were on the road and ready to break out the cookies, we found they were all oatmeal. FUUUUU!!! Then again at our last visit, we ordered just 4 chocolate chip cookies, paid, and were waiting at the second window when the lady handed us our small bag. "We don't have enough chocolate chip, so I substituted some oatmeal raisin, ok?" ....... At this point, we were a little tired of this recurrent theme. "No, that's not ok. We didn't order that." .....awkward silence..... After sitting there for what seemed like a minute staring at each other, no solution was offered, so we finally just took the cookies and fed the oatmeal ones to our dog. This place hits many of the checkboxes for a good fast food experience, and we will probably still come here on occasion to grab a coffee or soda for the road, but the expectations for accuracy and customer service are not being met and are areas definitely needing improvement. read more
